They installed our solar electric system in March of 2011. In the past when a panel would stop producing, we would call and someone would come to Santa Ana from the Escondido area and fix the problem. In the past year, their service has been non-existent. I know we are in the middle of a coronavirus pandemic, but couldn't they at least call from the service department and say they have our request for service? I have called at least 5 times and get no response at all. Wish the warranty was over so I could use another provider.

I gave 1 Star only because I had to put something down! Anyone know of the real contact info for Ted M? He is evasive, changed from a corporation to a "self proprietorship" and his address on advertised is an automotive shop. In my opinion, as he did not honor the warranty when their equipment failed and was going to reimburse me for lost solar usuage due to faulty equipment, he backed out and has become "invisible'.

I am like the rest of the people on here, I bought a pool heater system from them and a warranty that they won't honor. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. They will sell you a system and warranty they they'll never intend to honor!

They don't honor their warranty, They don't offer prompt service calls, their system is unreliable and leaks several times per year. STAY AWAY!!!! The technicians and the service managers lie and make excuses. Biggest mistake I ever made concerning my home.
