Momentum Solar is the first company to offer me ground installation instead of rooftop. Unfortunately, their customer service hasn't answered all my phone calls and have not solved my issues. The installation process went fairly well, but took a bit longer than expected. The equipment is high quality.

It took this company forever to get me signed up with them. They said they'd get it up in February, but they just got it up and going in June. When they monitored my panels, they noticed one wasn't working properly and they came out immediately to fix it. They're a very trustworthy company.

We had additional questions and design changes which they handled beautifully. The installation crew arrived on time. They were done with the install in less than one day. They were professional and polite. When they entered the house, they even removed their shoes which I appreciated. They cleaned up after themselves. I am very happy and recommend them very highly.

The installation team at momentum is the best. They install solar panels without tampering with the integrity of the roof. They also clean up after themselves and will keep you informed every step of the way. After install, they call to check in with you as well. I am very impressed with their level of customer care. And the panels are working great too!

I did a comparative research between Momentum and several other solar companies. I arrived at the conclusion that Momentum is the best value for money. They are affordable, and their solar panels are of high quality. Now, a year later, my solar panels are holding up beautifully and any time I have had to call and speak with customer service it has been a very pleasant experience. I am glad to know that I made the right decision.

So far only the sales experience and we will give the customer service and salesmen five stars. Two salesmen here, one the expert and the other very knowledgable salesperson who was learning the biz. They took their time, answering our many questions patiently. We are rarely inclined to make a decision on the spot for any purchase this much and in the end we were convinced we were going with the right company and committed to the deal. Good company and installed as advertised. We went with them because the installation methods , and equipment was cleaner than neighbors in my subdivision. 50 panels system, 4337 SF home and our system generates a surplus every month with a family of 5. Duke energy bill is a meter charge only for $12.79 cents per month. Very happy paying for the system less than $200 and ZERO down instead of $500 per month to the power company.

I've only paid the utility company $8 once on the first bill after solar started and ever since we went solar! The utility company owes us money every month. Momentum did a great job on my solar panels! The salesman (Vitaliy) was a great person. He spent over 3 hours with me. Answered all my questions and explained everything about the process! Speaking with him I knew with his abundant knowledge on solar that I was dealing with the right company. Fast, good communication and very thorough. We decided that the fact that they used only Momentum employees for all the work and the highest quality components for our system was worth the slightly higher cost than a competitor who sells only “cheap prices”. Who wants a sub contractor on their roof with no insurance? The free monitoring system was icing on the cake. Highly recommend!

My family spoke to another solar company first but Momentum went above beyond to ensure we'd qualify with the highest offset. We were able to save a bit more money , and the sales man seemed to know more about what he was selling, so we felt more comfortble. the install crew finished last week so just waiting to be turned on. This company started out with a bang and then has slowly just regressed into a customer service nightmare. Salesman promised a install check when he sold us the panels. After installation no check showed up and to this day 5 months later still havent received anything. 45 days ago local sales manager calls me and says we cant pay you the amount the salesman promised(shocker) but we can settle for this?? I give him an amount which was half of what was promised and we agree to it. Well 45 days later and they pretty much have done nothing. My local contact at the office told me he was taking care of it 2 weeks ago and now nothing. Do yourself a favor and buy from any solar company but this one. These clowns have no idea what customer service is about and taking care of the customer

Our panels are up but still waiting on CPS to do their hook up. I think they over calculated the number of solar panels. They said the rebate would be valid once the panels were installed only to find out we don't get it until after CPS is done with their part.

1 and messy scheduling and follow up. The solar panel has been installed for two months. There were no follow up on city inspection and repairs for the problems inside or outside the house after the inspections. The system is still not activated and as a customer, I have to do all the follow up myself. The salesperson and all other people are just blaming on the pandemic and no follow up and responses to my inquiries or complaints. Horrible service.

Caused roof leaks then more roof leaks and terrible at correcting interior and exterior danage that they caused. Terrible communication. My friend in Orlando was talking to momentum and a 2nd company but their sales representative was way too aggressive and started having an attitude. I also steered him away from momentum with my experience as well as the reviews he has seen from others.

The actual installation went quick and easy but it has not been hooked up and nobody returns phone calls. We were not informed of the steps. We’ve gotten a letter from the city multiple times telling us the product was denied. The people they hired do not do their job.

Their customer service department is not very efficient. When you call you have to wait a while to actually get someone to talk to you and answer your questions. Installation went well, but the solar power is terrible and is still not working after installation.
