Other companies weren’t upfront about their options. Momentum helped me get out of another contract and have been pretty helpful for the most part. The system seems to be top notch. I don’t think it produces enough energy to power my big house. Getting it installed was easy. They came by to do the inspection one day and another they day they came back to put the panels and the inverter on the house and they came back one more time to make sure everything was running right.

It helps save energy. The electric bill goes down. I talked to four or five people before I got it and they said it was the best. Everybody has been friendly so far. I feel very comfortable and I trust them.

They made it easy for me. The process was not hard at all. I only have to pay the monthly payments which is great. Installation was finished pretty quickly. I haven’t had any issues with it yet.

Every time I have a question, they are able to answer pretty fast. There was an issue with the city to it did take a little longer but everything was smooth. It really blends in with what we have outside the house.

I don't see the equipment because it doesn't hang over the bottom so it's pretty much out of sight out of mind. I just wish customer service was a little more accessible, I would prefer not having to go through different channels for different departments to get one answer.

The employees that we have interacted with have been very friendly and informative. Someone did drop the ball on switching our plan over to solar through the electric company. We ended up having to do that on our own and Momentum was great with reimbursing us for the electric cancelation fee and the months that we missed out on utilizing solar.

Friendly service. Issue I have is i was told if I recomend anyone for the service and they sign up i would recieve a $750 check. My neighbor that i gave the Momentum info to has gone with your service and now has pannels installed and I have not recieved any check or word of any check. I love that the panels are locally made in America. A lot of people in customer service followed up with me throughout the entire process and always answer the questions I have. From the beginning the Momentum Solar Staff were all very helpful and informative. We checked with other solar companies starting back in 2018 when we set my father's house up. The representatives from Momentum Solar, by far, are the most professional. My system was quoted, installed, and activated within three months. (My HOA ate up some of that time). My sales rep was ALEX S, and he is the main reason for the 5 Star Rating. He stayed available from start to finish and helped run some of the questions I had with HQ down for me. The company delivers what they say, and I definitely would recommend them. They addressed all questions and concerns promptly and professionally.

The first young man Ryan F who came to my house to explain about Momentum was very thorough, polite and most informative... I still called and spoke to two young men in NJ....Steve and Bill S.. who made me more convinced I was doing the right thing about solar. I really don't know anything about this solar energy. Since then I have spoken to Julia U and knew by her manner of speech and they way she treated me that they are all educated, responsible individuals and I have nothing to worry about. Joseph W and his crew from Orlando, FL office came out and installed our solar panels. They were very very good hard working, polite, on time..and they worked from 9:30 AM until 7:00 PM non stop putting up our panels in extreme heat. The company is out of NJ and I worked with Paris in NJ he was wonderful addressed the issue and was prompt on returning our calls. We have not had it hooked up yet to see how it works but so far everything was great. I will write another review once it is up and working and let you know how much we are savings...So far I highly recommend this company. Very professional, friendly, polite, and on time...something different for FL.

I have found Momentum Solar to be very professional and concerned with excellent customer service. The installers worked diligently to make the system the best it could be. The office kept every promise that was made. One mistake was made by one of the field personnel which caused the start-up of my system to be delayed. Momentum did more than I asked to resolve the issue completely. I only had a couple complaints during the entire process, I have no unresolved complaints and my system does everything they promised at the price quoted with no surprises. It’s difficult to find a trustworthy company these days bu tMomentum is the real deal. Use them with confidence!

Today is Saturday September 15, 2018. I just had a wonderful experience, if at all possible, getting solar panels placed on my home by Momentum Solar. The crew arrived early, started work expeditiously. They were professional, organized, efficient, and knowledgeable of their craft. This is not an hyperbolic attempt at creating a narrative of service that was no more than average, or usual. However, like many home owners apprehension about placing solar panels on the roof, and the damage that my ensue because of it was laid to rest by this crew. They were well informed and experienced enough to address all of my questions satisfactory. If you are getting Momentum Solar company to install panels on your home, and you should, please request Dean, Howard, Alex, Chaz, and Leo to do the job. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
