Overall, the whole process was simple and easy. ION Solar was very transparent and kept on updating on the status of the progress via email and SMS constantly. Also, through their mobile app I was able to track the status of the progress. The whole paperwork process was convenient and was done electronically. I had an issue when I received the loan payment before my system was turned ON. We try to reach ION Solar and requested them to look into our issue. Honestly, I was disappointed at that time. However, Mr. A. from ION solar, Customer Experience, immediately contacted us the same day regarding our issue and professionally reviewed our concerns and was able to resolve our issues immediately. For this experience and showing compassion to customer and going above and beyond to resolve the issue...I greatly appreciate ION solar. Other than little hic cup at the end the whole process was simple and the work was done professionally.

We signed up with ION solar, with Hollie Trahan, in April 2020. She assured us that ION would take care of all permits, fees, etc. If not for her and so many ION staff who helped, we would never have survived the ALL OUT efforts by PNM to derail the project. If it was me alone, I would have bailed after 6 months or so. Note that ION hung in there for almost a full 14 months--dealing with all the fees and fixes and nonsense that PNM invented. THANK YOU ION... we are up and running.

This entire process was so simple and they communicated and supported me the whole way!! I wasn’t required to put anything down and my payments are what I already pay for electric!! (After the tax credit which I qualified for in full!) We had a small issue at installation that was that I needed a new roof and they took care of that too!! An incredible company from start to finish!! Lastly, they hit me up about my current mortgage and are refinancing me at a lower interest rate!! It’s all true AND GOOD!!

Excellent! Most efficient company I have dealt with in a very long time. Every phase, from signing the contract to turning on the switch was flawless. I know this is not always the case but very happy it happened with me! Our salesman, Scott W was very knowledgeable. From the time that Ryan, the sales rep, rang my doorbell to the final text I received stating I have full solar power, my experience has been nothing but positive!! It was long because of my HOA, but their team stepped in and was able to get some things overlooked by the HOA because it made no sense as to why it was required. This team is A-MAZE-Ing! Professional, Prompt, and Communicative. From the start they were always on time, and explained every step of the way. I had done a lot of research prior to my in home presentation, so I was able to fact check them ahead of time to see if they were just trying to get a sell... from first meeting to actual install was less than one month, and I haven't had to do a thing, but be home on install day. We still have to have the power company inspect and all that before my panels are switched on. But smooth sailing thus far. Highly recommend ION

Our sales and installation of our ION solar system was really flawless by the whole team. We were really very impressed with Garett our project manager he was in constant contact making sure we knew everything from start to finish, our instillation crew was very pleasant and did an awesome job we flew a drone up to inspect it and it was beautiful. Even the city inspector was impressed with the technology of having the power inverter on each panel he went on about how much better that was. And James our sales manager was very knowledgeable thank you team!

We recently purchased a Solar system for our house from ION Solar. We signed the contract on 12/12/19 and our we received PTO from NV Energy on 2/11/20. The installation was very clean and professionally done. The wiring is installed through the attic leaving a clean and uncluttered installation on the roof. They even when to the extent of painting the electrical conduit that running down the side of the house to the electrical panel to match the color of the house. We also requested "critter guard" as part of the installation ( to prevent pigeons nesting ) and it was installed after we received inspection from the city. After our system was initially turned on after receiving PTO, we were told one of the panels was not reporting and that a service call had been scheduled. It took several service calls to resolve the issue, but in the end all panels are working and generating power. The benefit of having this issue arise during the install has been that we can testify that all panels report and generate power independently, so only those down affect your output and the remaining panels still operate and generate power. So in our case 11 of our 12 panels were working the entire time. I was skeptical about the power generation capabilities of our system, but so far we have generated approximately three days of excess power in a little under a 3 week period. We have received all the incentives we were promised during the contract negotiations. There are cheaper solar installations out there and I do feel we paid for a premium product, but having said that I also do believe we received a premium product. We are currently not producing anywhere near peak power due to it being February and yet our average daily output is almost reaching our estimate annual average. And that is with one panel down for most of that time. We are very happy overall with our experience and final outcome and would recommend ION Solar to others based on our experience.

Even though there were some misunderstandings between the salesperson and myself, everything turned out great. Make sure everything you discuss is on the contract. In my case, it was the critter guard. ION Solar worked hard to make it right. I had some issues with communication early on when they changed my project manager a couple times, but other than that it went smoothly. Working with Ion Solar was a pleasure. Everyone was patient, kind & considerate, & answered all my questions. M. Rowley made sure I understood the step by step process & understood the new terminology I was learning. I received my 1st electric bill 12/7/18 after one month of being on line with Ion Solar. I had a 53.00 credit! That made my day! One less bill to pay! I have not had any problems with my new system, I don't notice a difference in power service.

The energy adviser Justin G presented ION solar to us and my wife and I thought that it would be a good choice to go Solar. So we sign up with Justin who said that it would take awhile for everything the fall into place. It seemed like a long while before anything was happening then we heard from Micheal R our Project manger. He keep us informed as to what was happening next. This is very important, keeping us imformed makes it feel like you haven't beeen forgotten. The people that installed the unit were very quick and professional.

Two weeks ago Chad W and his lovely assistant came by to offer my family a fabulous deal on solar panels for our home. The presentation was so thorough we decided we Had to have it. Unfortunately after consideration we decided we had to cancel our contract for now. I've been very pleased with ION. They installed my system in Feb of 2018 and I have been enjoying no power bill for a few months now. The only thing I pay my power company is the connection fee which is a flat fee I guess each month no matter what. My interactions with every employee was overall good. There was some miscommunication with the installers showing up earlier than expected, but when they give you a window of time to show up, you generally dont expect them to be right on time! I would recommend ION to my friends and family.

I have had many solar companies come by my home. I spoke to a couple of them but did not like what they offered, so I quit talking to them. After about a month ION showed up at my door. I decided to listen one more time. I was amazed by what they had to offer. ION has been great. They have great customer service and I would highly recommend them.

I like the service I received from this company, the equipment is attractive and impressive. after the installation was complete on my home, several neighbors like it so much they purchased the same system. I live in Hercules Ca. My rep go's by the name Mario and I can tell you, he is very knowledgeable and always available when ever me are my neighbor call. I don't usually give reviews, I had to this is one of the best purchase I have made.
