We were a little impulsive choosing them. One time I sent customer support an email for help and I was sent back a very unhelpful and rude email. We haven’t seen any major changes to our power bill. Installation was pretty quick.

I was promised things that they didn't deliver, such as a check for a thousand dollars. Kind of underhanded sales tactics. It took time too. Install was not that great actually. It made my house look like crap so I had them come back in and move it and make it more aesthetically pleasing. Other than that it was fine. I thought they were pretty dismissive of my concerns once they got the money in hand they don't really care, which is too bad because it's their reputation.

I never heard from anybody for the longest time, I never knew what was going on and then they would call and say okay this is happening. And then people showed up when I didn't know they were coming. But it was fine

Lack of communication or response. Horrible. It was supposed to happen in March of last year they finally got turned on a week ago. And its been on my roof for almost two months sitting there doing nothing. It's outdated from everything I've been researching and been told by everyone in the solar industry here in Vancouver Washington. We were over charged. I'm never do business with them again.

DO NOT USE THEM!!!! SCAMMERS! Nothing but lies from the sales reps all the way down to the installers. It's been over a year since they started and I still don't have solar power. Communication is awful, they can't keep employees, no response when you email them or leave messages. Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life! Next step is getting a lawyer. I highly recommend ANYONE else! Horizon Power sucks beyond belief!!!

You can't get a hold of nobody. Once they put up the solar they disappear and can't get a hold of somebody to get my issue resolved. I ended up buying the solar and they said they were going to do it online, then six months later they finally show up to do it and the installer did a great job.

I've experienced terrible communication I've been promised phone calls that haven't been done. I was told that my I would not have more than a $10 electricity bill and my bills are coming to me over $100. I've called to resolve this and get no help.

Honestly I would not recommend them. We are trying to fix the system and they sent someone and we still have the same problem. It does not work. I’ve had the same problem for thirteen months. It is not worth it.
