If I had it to do over, I would not. Good third party installers but I don’t feel Fluent is an honest company. Poor communication. They have been paid in full but I still don’t have a system that will pass county inspection. Energy company will not set the necessary meters.

Not good. They installed the solar panels and battery. They don't work and they have promised to come out and fix the issue. Going on 3 months and I am still paying my electric bill with a bunch of cheap Chinese made equipment that doesn't work. Get solar but not from this business.

this salesperson just showed up at my door and was very pushy.. I told him multiple times I am not interested and he just kept pushing.. I will never deal with this company ever.. and I will never recommend this company to anyone with those sales tactics..

Fairly slow with installation. Used a third party which was a mess Had to keep asking what was going on, even had to do sprinkler repairs from broken lines. 😒

HORRIBLE! multiple delays and over TWO MONTHS after “installation” there is still zero power being produced. Customer service is totally non-responsive. I have spent hours on hold or talking to a rep who is unable to do anything. STAY AWAY!!

Paying for solar that hasn't even been turned on due to the crappy service and out right lies.9 months I have dealt with Fluent. The ABSOLUTE WORST! Am no going to file complaint with BBB & District attorney office for fraud, and crimes against the elderly and local news stations. To bad you can't give no stars

Been working with fluent for 8 months making payments on solar panels and electric bill . No customer service. System not working. Have to make numerous calls to see when installation will be complete. Would not recommend anyone to use fluent solar. Just a horrible experience

If I could vote 0 or Negative Stars, I would. It took well over 6 months to complete the install, and I have been battling since October 2020 (Over 6th Months) to get reimbursements and promises, including things that were promised in my signing contract. They were a nightmare from beginning to end, Go with anyone else.

Read the fine print. Sales told us many things that were out of context. Customer service is laughable and required daily follow up so things would get done. Our panels were not installed properly and needed rewiring. Top price for a terrible experience. At lease the panels look nice. I only hope they produce as promised.
