AM Sun Solar makes many promises they do not keep. The salesperson assured me prior to signing of the contract that the solar loan was assumable (which was important as I was selling the property shortly after install). They misrepresented their financing option, stating they were "unaware" that the loan they placed me into was "no longer" assumable. This was found to be untrue after the Manager and Representatives of Matadors Credit Union stated they have NEVER offered assumable products for Solar for AM Sun Solar Systems., BUYER BEWARE. I HAD TO PAYOFF the entire cost of the system plus cost of a new roof which they sold me into financing along with it to get the tax write off. This entire sales tactic was misleading. When I contacted the Sales Manager directly with options to either move the unit to another property (at their cost), or refund me a portion of the cost of the system (after tax write off) THEY REFUSED and referred all further communications to their attorney! This company represents itself as being full of integrity, when they absolutely do not stand behind making things right by their customers when even when they clearly know and admit they're in the wrong!

We are sorry to hear you are less than happy with how your project went and the issues with PGE. I would be glad to look into you deposit claims further because it is not our policy to keep any part of a deposit unless there were fees paid to the utility on your behalf.
