The project was supposed to be completed months ago but we had problems that weren’t resolved until this week. They did compensate us for some of the payments, which was nice. It would have been nicer if it was done when it was supposed to be done. I am satisfied with the job they did. Though some of the wiring was wrong in the inspection so that had to be corrected. The salesman was fantastic. She did a great job.

So far is performing as expected. The sales lady made me aware they are the number 2 company in the US and they told me about the quality and shower my pictures. It was installed quicker than I expected. They did a good job. It was a better part of the whole experience. I don’t always hear back from customer service but usually after two calls they get me an answer.

They are very fair and corrected any errors and offered me a good price on the second installation. The response time of the battery is very quick. The representative I spoke to was very responsive and very helpful. Install was delayed tremendously at many points by the lack of permits by the city of Houston.

The only concern I guess we've had is that we were promised a credit and it took several months to get that. It took me calling to get the credit but we did eventually get them. The installation process was very smooth they were very professional friendly. Sun pro has been really good about doing what they said they were going to.

However, after installation, my project manager was not very helpful in resolving issues regarding the setup of the Enlighten app. His response was slow-to-nonexistent. Their equipment is pretty good. My system's been down now for three days. I've called them a couple times, this is seems like I call them once a week having to come out and take them weeks before they get out here and they still didn't got it working. I paid for fifty panels and I've only got seventeen of them aren't working most of the time. The installation process went fine. They're not providing very much support at all, my system is down more than it's up.

It was easy to make the deal. Took a while to install, then get inspections. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because when I finally activated the panels, half did not work. The company sent a worker and it was repaired quickly. Just wish I could have turned the system on and had all panels generating off the bat.

overall the process was ok. There was a piece missing from the original install (small inconsequential clip) but because it was missing the inspection failed. Then it took a while for the part to be special ordered and replaced. All in all it was better than worse, but just aggravating at points.

Everybody was friendly and nice and efficient. I think it is a good company. I like that they don’t drill into the roof. They put up cinder blocks so there are not holes in the roof.

It took a little longer than expected and the communication kind of broke down in the end. There was a delay on the battery. When they finally got someone out, the people were top notch, super professional and nice and it looks fantastic.

Had some trouble with obtaining battery, but we knew it ahead of time that they were on back order. Did not know system could not be used until whole purchase was complete so we were happy when the battery made it and we could use product.

The communication after our install was not good. We thought our panels were on and they were not. No one told us we had to wait for permission to turn them on. I found out when I called asking about an app to monitor our panels which they also did not tell us about until after I called. Also it took over three months to get the panels installed when we were told a few weeks.
