They came in with a competitive price and stuck to it. They handled everything: city inspection, interface with the utility company, and installation. The installation was very clean and they even made a change that I requested for aesthetic reasons at no charge. I researched different kinds of equipment and the equipment they supplied was what I had determined to be the best stuff. When we first switched on, there was what turned out to be a hardware problem and they were diligent in troubleshooting and rectifying the situation. Throughout the entire process, they were always in touch with me so I knew what was going on at all times,

I quoted several companies to install a solar panel at my house. CB Solar was about 10% less expensive than the other companies. They did a great job installing the panels, and worked well with my local electrician to connect up the system to our home, They also made the application to the electric company for net metering and handled everything. The installation has worked flawlessly for 3 years and has provided a nice payback for my investment.

They were very easy to deal with. Very helpful explaining the process of getting and using the solar setup. We did have issues once our system was installed as not everything worked right off, but they worked very hard to get everything figured out and running right. The system works wonderful now. Question 7 is misleading, my bill is $8.49 on average as we have to pay taxes out of pocket...MidAmerican won't take them out of our credit. We wouldn't have a bill otherwise.

Staff are very personable and professional. They explain the options, cost, payback and how the configuration works very thoroughly. Our installation was 5/2021 on our residence and consisted of 64 panels and they were able to complete the installation and have it up in running in a couple of days. The monitoring app, which shows daily+ production, among other information is very helpful. We would recommend that anyone even remotely considering using solar, contact CBSolar!

Note that we've received only one electric bill since the system has been fully operational, so the "average bill" is yet to be determined.

Solar is working great after a year. CB Solar was good to work with on the setup and approval process. My reason for -1 star was the attic insulation was matted down throughout the attic and the fan of my bathroom must have been stepped on because it cracked and pushed through the ceiling drywall a little ways.

When the unit did not work after we flipped the switch, I emailed Mike, and he came down the next day and rectified the error crew members had made when they failed to turn on the set of switches on the building where the unit is mounted.
