Delivered everything on time, and worked with the permits with the city for us. An old permit was even cleared up for us. I just got my electricity bill and it was negative, just like Luis promised me. I would recommend Luis specifically at the company. I called them for batteries again and they said they have good pricing on Enphase batteries too, if I get them I am going with Luis. You can't even see the solar from the street, they did a good job.

Solar panels are up and they are going to save me a lot of money over the years. We had some hiccups but my agent Luis was there with me on the journey to complete the project and make sure I'm taken care of. Saving money and the planet so I'm happy!

These guys installed a 13 400W panel job with enphase for me in lancaster. not a huge project but they got me the best deal I could find. They were pretty quick given I live in county territory and my inspectors out here were difficult for my previous permits I pulled myself for roofing. They had to have some extra inspections that they didn't charge for. Overall great experience with Luis and I have recommended several people to this company. My last electricity bill for September was -$50.

California state Development delivered as promise. Great price and good work. Luis made sure everything was completed as promised. Happy with the work that was done.

Just as the last comment stated, DO NOT PICK THIS COMPANY. It has been over 1 year and my project is NOT complete. They do not answer, return calls or respond. This company does not care about anything but the money and as soon as you sign you have to chase them for everything and will get nothing. The promo's are fake, you'll never see that benefit, so don't give them a shot just for that.
