Installation went perfect , the panels were installed in one day and look great. I would give 5 stars if there wasn't a lack of communication. We weren't given a date when the panels would be active. I downloaded the app but wasn't given any instruction on how it worked or even what I was looking at. So i am giving 4 stars for lack of communication.

We had a rough start as we wanted a unit mounted on our barn but it would have required a lot of additional cost for trenching. The people who came out to e valuate our situation were not knowledgeable but when Casper, a supervisor, talked to us, he helped us decide a better and less expensive placement option for the system. Installation went quickly and smoothly. Staff were very nice to work with. We found Anabelle particularly responsive and helpful
