The initial walk through for the project was well done, timely quote and decent communication. Instillation was lacking knowledge, had issues installing and trouble shooting aspect of the electrical system. Little to no follow up when the job was finished and no walk through on how to use the new controller, installer just left the manufacture manual and was gone.

I really like Atlasta. They were completely upfront, transparent, and honest. Other companies use high pressure sales techniques which was a huge turn off. Atlasta, on the other hand, was completely transparent, up front, and zero pressure. Chris is awesome, super responsive, and interested in providing high quality solar service. The prices were very reasonable, and their reputation in the valley is top notch. I've already referred them to multiple friends who have all had similar experiences. I am confident that the install, panels, inverters, etc were all quality. However, if I do ever need service/repair, I am equally as confident that Atlasta will there to help!

The solar panels and system work great. Our auxiliary electric box and sprinkler box (rainbird) are still hanging from the installation. Never came back to remount them. Stone wall pieces never reinstalled. Exposed inner wall.

The installation process went well but timeliness was a real concern. The on board that comes with it is not working. Even before that, it would go out quite often and it was hard to get it to come back on. They just need to do stuff more on-time and when they say they're going to.

We ordered our solar project and completed all paperwork including financing. Six months later nothing was completed except a site survey. Atlasta wanted six thousand more for a ground mounting of the solar panels. That is ridiculous and overcharging the customer. After we could not get commitment for installation timeframe, we tried to cancel the order. Atlasta overcharged us $1000 to cancel given their previous work on the project. Sales information was promising but configuration, pricing, and follow through are much to be desired.

Atlasta has been a great company to work with. We put solar on our previous home (with a different company) and the process took way longer, had a lot more issues with install, and overall was not a great experience. Atlasta was professional, VERY quick to respond to our requests, answered all our questions, and wasn't pushy about us getting solar. 100% would recommend them over a door-to-door salesman or other solar company.

I would suggest no one has any dealings with Atlasta. I had to have another company come and straighten out what they did. And I had already paid to have it done right. Very negative experience. The installers did not know what they were doing and put the system up totally wrong. I would rate their customer service as 1 - the very lowest.

I have required quite a bit more electricity from Excel than I was expecting. I understand that last summer was exceptionally hot, but I was hoping my electricity bill would be less.
