Ideal Siding - Utah

Fair price for good work. Responsive office. Needed to manage subcontracted crew a little bit, but nothing onerous. Will likely use Ideal Siding again.

We chose LP SmartSide after comparing several siding options, and Ryan did a great job explaining the durability and paint retention differences without the usual sales pitch. The installation on our 1,700 sqft home took five days, and the crew kept the site clean each evening. Communication could have included one more midway check-in, but overall the quality of the work was excellent.

Our home's exterior was starting to show its age, with several sections of the siding becoming warped and weathered after years of exposure. We decided it was finally time for an upgrade, and we're glad we did. The crew was professional, detail-oriented, and took the time to inspect the structure underneath before installing the new siding. They kept us informed throughout the project and made sure everything was done correctly. The finished result has completely improved the appearance of our home and even boosted its curb appeal. We're extremely happy with the quality of the work and would recommend them to anyone considering new siding.

We had our siding replaced on a townhome we own. The crew was polite and worked hard but the project ran about two days longer than the original esitmate they gave us. I think some of it was weather related and some was just the complexity of the building. That said, the final product is beautiful. The hardie siding looks premium and the color is consistant all the way around. I think the extra time was worth it becuase nothing looks rushed. Would consider them again for our other property..
