The Good

  • Customer Support
  • Locally Owned
  • Specials

Customer Support

Customers are hardly ever dissatisfied with work done by Statewide Remodeling. When they are, they can reach out to the company over the phone or on social media. Its Facebook page provides testimonials and other information customers will find useful. In addition to being informative, its social media pages are virtually free of customer complaints, which says a lot about the quality of service offered.

Locally Owned

Though this might be seen as a negative, companies that are locally owned tend to be extremely loyal to its local customers. Because it only services residents in the state of Texas, Statewide Remodeling is sure to be dedicated to treating every customer right.

Specials

On its website, there is a whole page dedicated to specials and deals. Not only do these deals apply to a great variety of different products, there is a deal specific to customers looking for siding services. This is a great way to help customers save money and promote a good customer relationship.

The Bad

  • Low Coverage
  • Undisclosed Information

Low Coverage

Though they have had success within the state of Texas, Statewide Remodeling only services a tiny portion of residents in the U.S. This may have been a part of its business model, since its name implies that it will only ever operate in one state.

Undisclosed Information

Though the website does say that there is a warranty guarantee, it does not say anything about the warranty term or about what specifically is covered. On top of that, Statewide Remodeling does not provide any information about finance rates. Customers will have to contact Statewide Remodeling to get a better idea about warranty, pricing, and financing.

The Bottom Line

Even though they hardly disclose any information about warranty and financing, Statewide Remodeling seems extremely dedicated to its customers. Its website provides deals aimed specifically at saving you money. If you are lucky enough to live in Texas, Statewide Remodeling is a fantastic option for siding services. Additionally, such customers would likely have to inquire into warranty options, contract length, and finance rates, but if customers are satisfied with these elements, we see no reason why Statewide Remodeling shouldn’t be your first choice.

The overall work was great. We had already gotten quotes from other contractors, so we knew what to expect. They use a very pressured approach when they come give you an estimate. They have a right now price, a give me a few days to think about it price, and a down the road price. We had to make all the design choices right then! If we hadn’t already started the process ourselves previously, it would have been MUCH more stressful. After that, the process was great. We were assigned a point person and they did the rest. Our bathroom looked great afterwards!

We were planning to remodel our shower. They are a very expensive company. We did let them put in a new shower door. Which was still kind of pricey and I do think if we would have shopped around we would have gotten it cheaper. They put the shower door in all the people with statewide that we talk to were all very nice. One week after the shower door was put in one of the side panels shattered. My husband was in the shower when it happened so Thank God he was not hurt. I called the sale Rep. got back with me quickly and they had order a new panel. They are coming wed to put in a new panel so we will see how it hold up. They say that it happens . I think they are use to it. I know our old shower door was made really well heavy glass. This seems cheaper made.
