You can only get TV in one fairly basic package they offer. To add additional programming is usually $10 - $17/month depending on package details. Most of the Premium movie channels aren't included unless you opt in or add each one to your bill. Other companies in the industry offer several packages for customers to choose their price range and services they want to pay for. Only offering one package limits customers greatly, especially with how expensive the services are.

Billing and Installation

Expect to pay your service bill one month in advance, and plan for a professional install which normally costs about $40. Some plans also require a digital adapter, be sure you cover details with your installer.

The products are of great quality and I love the fact you can pay in installments and I've also been able to pay extra before my due date if I've been able to. The only downside is the customer service for my local branch (Wakefield store) I received and also family members has been poor, can be rude and sometimes unkind, but saying that some of the staff are lovely it's just a select few!

worst company lied about a rate increase said it was less than actual TWICE!! on emails when caught refused to correct had to canel THEM, Liars !!!! I have written emails as proof.

The installation was supposed to be free but I ended up being charged. Customer service was poor as well as terrible service.
