I have used Zillow for a long time now. I have used it to look for a home to rent as well as a home to buy. I love that it gives recommendations that are tailored to my search. I also like to use the app to keep and eye on the market and see when housing prices start coming back down. I will be keeping them on my phone in order to keep an eye on market prices to time my home purchase.

The thing I love best about zillow is that they know when the market is shifting and know the prices we can expect. I found a home I wanted and was able to get it for the price I wanted. Now I know I'll be buried in it when the recession hits because my value on zillow is already down 100k... so I love their service, I just wish I was as smart as they are.

Whenever I was looking for a rental or purchasing Zillow has and will always be my go to. With the rental app you apply and pay a ONE TIME fee that works for most landlords and rental companies. When I moved to Utah from Missouri the rental app fees were killing my savings and then I found Zillows app option and boom. I found my home online and drove my Uhaul with 2 dog 1200 miles to our new home all thanks to Zillow!

Zilliw is my first choice go-to site whenever I am seeking general real estate value information and Market conditions for a specific neighborhood. They keep me up to date on any changes in pricing from.month to month on my own specific saved properties. It gives me a decent amount of information totally free and is a good resource for anyone in the real estate industry or just buying, selling or renting homes! I have visited the Zillow website at least a hundred times in the last 2 years. Very reliable and professional data source for my real estate researching needs!

I have found two homes using Zillow. I was living overseas and had no way of actually seeing homes for sale for when I retired. I found Zillow and was amazed at the quantity of pictures available, the information on the neighborhoods, comparison to other comparable homes, and I could actually contact a realtor. After I found my first home this way, I shortly found that I needed a bigger home. So, I went back to Zillow, had my realtor check out homes I found interesting, and checked out homes my realtor suggested, and found a great home. I was very pleased with Zillow.

Zillow came out of nowhere to me. I remember none of the information for housing was available unless it was through MLS. And with that, you had to be a realtor. It's pretty cool to have free access to real estate details and property history. I never used the real estate services they offer, just the details and data they offer. Totally appreciate it Zillow!

I’ve loved using Zillow, it’s found me cheap apartments for rent in the area for years. I’ve found multiple apartments for rent through this company, they’ve provided accurate and up to date apartments as well as the landlord’s info. I would recommend buying the membership. It unlocks a lot of features that allows for easier management while house hunting for really cheap!

Zillow app is very user friendly. Realtors usually respond within 2-24 hrs . The properties are nice and in good shape. Im not bombarded by ads and millions of emails after making an account . They make it where you can submit multiple inquiries without having to type the same i information over and over again. You also have the ability to personalize your messages to owners as well. I always customize. Makes you stand out :)

We not only found our dream home using Zillow, but we also found our amazing realtor too! Zillow allowed us to search our area for the home that was just right for us. We narrowed down our options with their advanced search options. You can search for homes by number of rooms, price, and amenities. The only downfall would be houses showing up in the app as available when in reality they are no longer available

I love Zillow and use it almost daily to see what houses are for sale near me and in other neighborhoods. I love that I can save homes and follow them. There are a few houses that I would be interested in if they ever went up for sale. The only thing I don't like about it is that sometimes I can't see listings in my area when it says there is one available. It just won't show up. But other than that I use it as my go to resource for homes for sale, and for property value info.

I was searching for a new home while living out of state, and zillow had all the information I needed to help narrow down decisions to send my realtor, such as school ratings, property taxes, etc. Thanks, Zillow!

Zillow has multiple listings in our area and allows companies an easy way to display land and houses without having to go to realtor's actual business to get brochure. When my property was listed. Zillow did have it on the map wrong and my realtor had to change it several times. It had my property in the middle of nowhere and so it was not getting viewed often. Once the location was fixed, the property had much more action.

My wife and I were looking for a home. Zillow was one of the places we would often visit. They gave such helpful information. Their details about the houses in our area are precise and exact. I love the fact that they provide pictures of the properties. They even offer virtual walkthroughs. They are able to place you with an agent. They are able to provide you with comparable in the area. For someone who is investing in real estate or simply looking for a home, Zillow is a great tool.

just refinanced late last year and was offered a pretty poor appraisal for our home that we bought summer 2020. Was kind of insulted that it appraised so low see we disputed the appraisal's value and used Zillo to prove that our home was worth much more than offered. it showed comparable homes and the fencing that we installed when we bought the house. it made all the difference.

The listings we received seemed to fit our search criteria as we were able to customize our searches to exactly what we were looking for which in todays market u had to be "johnny on the spot" & if u see a home listing u even THINK you may want to look at you have to jump right in it....Zillow helped us find our new home!

Overall I love Zillow and appreciate the ease of setting filters and easy boundaries when searching for a property. The only thing I would change would be allowing visitors to cancel or eliminate a property if they've viewed it and are not interested. This could function similarly to the swipe left/swipe right interface many dating sites use. Currently, I find myself reviewing the same property repeatedly, even if I'm not interested. Other than that, a great site!

Zillow was the number one search engine I used when shopping to buy a home. I liked how Zillow shows you information such as the last time the home was sold and important facts and features that every home buyer is looking for. You can easily find out the property tax amount and use all this information to determine if this is the best/ affordable home for you.

Zillow is my 'go-to' for listing rental properties. They streamline everything with background/credit check and bring excellent tenants. It's easy to upload your photos and create your listing. They provide great exposure to the market of tenants I'm looking for. The fee is charged weekly, and in my experience, I've only needed to list a rental property for one day!

The Zillow website is easy to navigate and very user friendly. I especially like the filtering feature. It helped me to be able to search for rentals (apartments and houses) that specifically allow pets, or (using the map feature) are on the way to work. I used Zillow a few years ago to find an apartment, then later a house. The only thing that I found annoying was the tendency for places that had not yet been built to show up on a search for a house. (It would include contractors, planned community developments, etc. in a search). I wasn’t interested in them, and I wasn’t sure how to remove them from the search.

I like that Zillow offers a tool to filter houses by a variety of characteristics. When I was helping my brother find a home in Oregon, the up-to-date nature of the application was nothing short of helpful. I find that, despite other home search applications, I always find myself returning to Zillow because of its accessibility. I really enjoy the emails about changes in the market price of homes, it really keeps me in the know.

My favorite feature is the map search, which lets you search for homes based on their location. The pictures are always great quality and the realtors and sellers are easy to contact. Zillow provides a fast and easy way to look at the housing market. Some of my favorite features about zillow are the market summaries and details. I also like being able to look up house price estimates as I am driving by. This helps me feel informed in real time. I use this app a lot because of that. This past summer we were in the middle of the craziest housing market, thankfully we had Zillow! We were on Zillow all day everyday looking at neighborhoods and using the zestimate as a good reference pint in areas we were not super familiar with! Zillow was a key component of finding our home! I also used Zillow to rent our unit on our rental property and it is amazing! I love how they have an application all ready for you to use and how easy they make the process in communicating with potential applicants.

Each listing tells us everything we need to know about the home, the property, the community, etc. You can often times read what the seller loves about the home, that’s one of my favorite parts. I have had the Zillow app off and on for quite awhile. I do like the ease of using the app and all the things they usually include (info about the property) there seems to be one glaring issue I do have with the few times I have actually contacted someone on Zillow. I never get a response. I don't know why I haven't had much luck getting an agent to contact me back about a property but it seems someone is listing these properties and even updates them, I just on at least 2 different occasions not have an agent reach out to me. Even if I was interested or even to answer a question about the property. Maybe I am expecting too much?

Overall the page is very manageable, but sometimes I get lost. I don't know if it is because of the area I am looking for, but it tends to send me other area codes instead of the one I am using. I have to go back and put the zip code or name of the town a lot of times, so that I can keep seeing the houses at the area I am looking for. But overall the page is very user friendly and can get you different houses in a variety of prices. Just need some adjust.

Great site for starting the home buying process. Very easy to look around and find potential house/apartments/etc. Their user interface is easy to use once you get the hang of it, but setting filters is not as easy as on realtor. Their team is very helpful and prompt in getting you in touch with real estate agents in your area, and it's very easy to get a mortgage pre approval through them. I didn't use them for my mortgage, so I can't speak to how good their lenders are, but from my experience they were fantastic.

I used Zillow when buying our home in 2020. I find the site easy to navigate with very helpful filters. I’m also a writer and use Zillow to get information about neighborhoods, housing costs, etc. when I’m writing about settings I’m not very familiar with. It’s been very useful!
