I have used Zillow many times, and each time, it seems to get better. I enjoy how easy the features can be used to see a property before going there in person. It makes the experience much more real, and when I have gone to see the properties, they are exactly like the description, photos, and everything on the website.

Have uses Zillow in the past to look for a home for sale for my wife and myself. I also used and recommended Zillow to our sons during their searches for their homes. Find their property projections to be pretty accurate. Was very impressed to find out they also accept mortgage applications.

Really like the ease of use of Zillow from looking to rent or buy to selling. I've done them all, and they are very receptive when things need to be edited (when selling). As far as buying, they are often behind on pendings and contingent sales. For that, I look to Realtor.com for more up-to-date information. Would still recommend.

Zillow is by far the site I've used the most for searching rentals and found several. Easy to navigate and lots of info on the properties, although some lack photos. My only criticism is that all the properties on Zillow seem more expensive than on other sites, I'm not sure why this is.

I use it to search for homes for sale and while their selection is good and it is easy to view the properties, lots of their properties ate sold but still listed on their site months after. Their rental properties are sometimes scam and I wish they have better screening process for that

I have used Zillow many times as I used to be a real estate agent. Zillow is good for the most part but often the home prices are over stated. Also they often have homes 'for sale' that have been taken off the market. Realtors do this so they can get more calls even though that particular house has sold.

The search engines are very specific and coincide with maps for every listing. Being able to contact realtors/landlords as well as apply directly for properties was a big plus.

Zillow is great for just checking in on the market area around you. Sometimes their map function doesnt work the best but jo big deal. I dont think their information on the details of the properties is always accurate but again its good for getting a general sense or just looking homes up for fun.

Overall a pretty good site. The mapping ability is one thing that I really like. I wish there was more filtering options. I have found some listing where the data didn't align with the end results. I guess this is because the poster selected bad data when creating the listing.

Not their fault if people don't list their homes on its site, but its really only good for searching for homes to buy and there are,t too many rentals listed that are in rural areas. The app is what I use most and its pretty good for what it is with minimal bugs and great features that allow you to filter alot

Easy to search & the interface is easy to use. The listings may not be 100% up-to-date though. Your email will get updates long after searches unless you remember to go in and delete the saved search from your profile. But overall, it's great. The app is very user friendly, too.

Best overall real estate app, except for the most important aspect of a real estate app, timeliness and accuracy of postings. Other real estate apps have updated info hours or even days before Zillow. Zillow provides the best pictures without annoying stripes or announceme ts. It also is the easiest to navigate.

I have used Zillow for years and love how easy it is to use their website, as well as, how informative it is to see potential houses, neighborhoods and what surrounding area has to offer. However, I've recently read Zillow uses the user data to identify high search areas and use this information to invest in areas that have a high demand for profit. I'm not against companies making money but in the end it hurts the user because it increases the housing and rental costs in those areas and then companies like Zillow can either profit or sell banking the money made based solely on the users searches. Zillow recently sold half it's housing inventory (18,000 homes) which according to Housingwire dropped their market cap from $48 billion to $13.7 billion, so it will be interesting to see what happens in the future? If it's a housing market crash soon then maybe Zillow got advanced warning and dumped it's real estate on the market blaming it's failed iBuying platform?
