Ratings and reviews of properties are misleading. Company’s pay for better ratings. Because of them I ended up renting a property that had 4.5 rating . Found out through bbb & google 2 stars if that.

Often times, I use Apartments.com as a site to search for apartments but the information is not always accurate for rentals (as far as pricing and current availability). They need to review and update their listings.
