The company was headed by the founder, Dale Reese, until 1993 when Dale retired and handed the business over to his son, Richard N. Reese. Richard started at the company when he was eight years old, working on Saturdays by helping his dad fold boxesfor supplies. Standard Plumbing Supply maintains family values and standards that carry over from its employees into the homes of its customers.
