Bob Larson Plumbing’s Advantage Club allows customers to save 10 percent on all their plumbing needs. The company's website outlines the following services and benefits you'll receive by signing up for the Advantage Program:

• Toilets are checked and tested for leaks (adjustments are performed for free)
• Exposed water lines are checked for damage and/or corrosion
• Piping under bathroom and kitchen sinks are checked for any signs of water damage
• Sink drains are checked for any leaks or clogs (above and below)
• Crawlspace is visually inspected for water or sewer leaks, standing water, etc.
• Washing machine hoses and valves are checked and tested
• Water pressure will be checked
• Receive one free half-gallon of Bio-One, a natural drain treatment that keeps your drain lines clean. Technicians will treat your drains while they are there and again when returning to perform your annual home inspection
• The gas meter is checked for earthquake preparedness and leaks
• Drain/flush water heater (if it is up to code)

Howeve, our research team felt  the company was a bit vague on how its Advantage Program operates. We would like to see Bob Larson Plumbing add a few more details about the program and how it benefits customers.

It would also be helpful if the company disclosed a preview of the terms and conditions, so consumers can see what is covered, if there are any exceptions, and generally what they can expect from this program.
