We’ve been with mint for about 2 years now and we worship them! We moved to a new home that we built one land that had previously been farmland and woods so the amount of pissed odd bugs coming at us is out of this world. We’ve had everything from wasps, spiders, to a huge yellow jacket nest out in our backyard with our dogs. Mint has helped every step of the way! I can count on one hand how many spiders I’ve seen in our house since moving in. They’ve always been great about communicating with us when they are coming to spray and are always there when I need them to come out for a quick trip to take care of some wasps. We Absolutely worship them!

I live near a wooded area and had mice making nests in my attic & chipmunks tunneling in the flowerbeds around the house - all that activity has stopped. I am no longer cleaning up spider webs & bugs on a daily basis on my front porch. I am on a quarterly plan; however if anything comes up in between those visits, they are quick to respond. I recently had carpenter bees burrowing into the pergola and they came right out. I am always notified ahead of time before they come out. The service guys that I have met have all been very respectful of my home & property and easy to work with. The office staff has been easy to work with as well. I think the service is affordable and I will continue to use Mint as long as I am living at this home.

I loved the fact they called the day before they would come out to do the work. Mint had a small company feel and each associate wanted to always go above and beyond to rid my back yard of mosquitos. They always sent a text or email when they were done to explain specifically what they did each and every time. Very transparent and caring company. I highly recommend them.

We have had Mint Pest Control for several years. We are very satisfied. They let us know the day before we come via text and are willing to reschedule if we need it. The number of bugs inside the house has really decreased. The biggest plus has been with the mosquito treatments. Our kids used to not be able to be outside in the summer. They can now go outside and play without getting eaten alive.

The problem we are having with Mint is not the service itself. It is the fact that the salesman who came to our door told my elderly husband he could cancel any time with no problem but that is not the truth. We are trying to cancel but are being told it will cost $290 to do so. So basically he was told one thing but they are now saying something different. Salesman was misleading. The fine print on the electronic tablet you have to sign is so small you can't read the facts. My advice is don't listen to the salesman and don't use Mint.

Love our MINT bug service. They always call each to make sure the timing works. The guys sweep down the cobwebs all around the house before they spray. The bugs die! Since we started with MINT we can sit outside comfortably and enjoy our outdoor space.

So far I have no complaints. They are always very friendly & customer service is great. They've offered to come out between quarterly treatments if necessary, but I've never needed to do that. If I notice any areas that look like potential problems, they take care of them quickly. They always offer to spray inside too, but it hasn't been necessary. And they always text me before they arrive. I am very pleased with everything about Mint.
