I wouldn't even give them 1 star but you have to choose 1. GREENIX WILL GET YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER AND JUST KEEP CHARGING IT ERRONEOUS CHARGES AND WHEN YOU TRY TO CANCEL THEY WOP $100 S MORE DOLLARS ON YOUR CARD FOR A CANCELLATION FEE. THEY ARE A BIG RIP OFF AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THEY GET YOU TO SIGN A TECHS PHONE CONTRACT AND THEN THEY CHARGE MORE THAN THEY TOLD YOU AT THE DOOR. I NEVER GOT A COPY OF THE CONTRACT. I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS COMPANY STAYS IN BUSINESS. TRIED TO CALL THE GUY THAT CAME TO MY HOUSE TO FIND OUT WHY THE MONTHLY CHARGE WAS MORE THAN HE TOLD ME AND HE WOULD NOT RETURN MY PHONE CALL THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY

Greenix unsolicited targeted my 85 year old widowed mother as she lives in a neighborhood of elderly single and retired people. they convinced her that she needed monthly pest control because she admitted to having some ants in her yard. this escalated to a monthly charge of $40 and she unwittingly consented to a year long tcontract. they then convinced her that she needed rodent control in the form of a bunch of boxes filled with bricks placed around her house which was an additional $59 a month which she thought was a one time charge. when she realized she had committed to a monthly charge she asked to have the boxes removed and the representative offered a reduced price explaining she was committed to the service. when i learned of this chicanery i contacted greenix and tried to cancel the service and was told the boxes would be removed within a week. two weeks later the boxes where still there and she received another bill for the rodent traps. I called again on her behalf and was told they would come for the boxes but she would be charged a $250 cancellation fee. when I requested to cancel all their services because... this is so wrong. they threatened to take my mother to collections. I had to agree to continue the $40 a month regular fee until December to avoid legal action and collections.

Well if you need customer service it's a joke I needed reservice wanted to call them and guess what...customer service is in the Philippines. Good luck getting anything taken care of. They really are only about the $$$ not the service. Asked point blank when we signed up, due to allergies, that if we had bees would we be able to get someone ASAP to have it resolved. ABSOLUTLY was the answer. Called today spent rounds with Customer Service and first available is NEXT WEEK. They have nothing that would be earlier than that. They then agree to expedite it as "a favor". Then I get a nameless text saying someone will be there today...great, but wait they didn't ask when someone will be home and/or where the nest is. How are they going to service anything?? Heck they could say the tech was there and nothing got done. AGAIN, no idea of what customer service is at all. They just pretend to have customer service. Only people I feel sorry for and the poor guys that have to do the service an me for having been stupid enough to believing them.

The pest control service is fine, but they keep trying to bill me more than my contract states. My contract is for $89,00 per month. They've tried to bill $91. 68 twice. They made the correction, and it's a small amount of money, but it adds up to $32.16 per year, which is almost 1/2 of the monthly charge, and I really don't want to have to call and complain each month as each call finds me more aggravated.

I called this service in Kalamazoo Michigan to test for pests at a family member's residence in August 2023. When no pests were found, I tried to cancel the service in May, 2024. I was told that I could not cancel (without a cancellation fee of over $200) until closer to the renewal date in August and they would NOT note the account. When I was notified of a service that was scheduled in August, I called the number I received the message from and told them to cancel. I was assured that the property would not be treated and that the service would be cancelled. Not only did the service not get cancelled, but another technician was sent to the property to treat. When I called today regarding the additional billing/payments, I was told that "we tried to call but din' get an answer, so we continued with the account". How many times do you have to cancel a service before it is actually cancelled?? I am out $180 because the "Technicians are unable to cancel services". The business practice of this company is certainly lacking in customer service. I would not recommend based on my experience with the financial dealings of the company.

First, almost nothing is covered without an up-charge. Flea and tick treatment? up-charge, Mice? Up-charge...and on and on...Trying to cancel service after the expiration of the contract period is like trying to get fly paper off your fingers. Every month I get a text that they're coming and every month I have to call and tell them I'm already OUT! Only to be told "To cancel you'll need to speak to one of our account managers." Where they'll do all they can to convince you not to cancel. In the end, if you want someone to knock down your cobwebs (most not all) and squirt some bug and spider chemical liquid you could probably buy at your local Agway Store once a quarter. Then go for it!

Joke of a company. They pressured me into signing up for service for a year, each visit in 3 month increment has left me feeling like I was gypped. Its super expensive and the tech just brushes the downspouts says to call back if there are any issues. I gave a 2 star review because the latest tech although quick, have always been nice. The first tech sent out I had to remind to spray in multiple places. He was like "oh yeah, I forgot". Made me feel like he was rushing to just be done. The biggest problem I have is they say "just call if you need anything in between scheduled services". Problem is, they coincidently never have time to come out. I recently had a bad ant issue, I called to have them come back, told me it would be 2 weeks away. Since then they have called and left messages to reschedule multiple times. I spend 5-10 minutes each time on the phone and they end up saying "I can't find a time, I'll send this to another team to get back to you." I've just counted 8 separate phone calls for this one service and have yet to have anyone come out. I'm fairly young so I can take care of my own lawn but if I were elderly or disabled and I had a major issue relying on them just to say "we'll be there in a month"!?!? Those rats and ants cant wait right!? NO thanks! If you are even mildly able to do these things yourself, do it. Save your money, its not worth the headache.

I hired Greenix in early 2020 for a problem with voles. Initially the service was good. The problem has worsened in the past month. I had three scheduled appointments for someone to come out and check the bait boxes. No one showed up and appointments weren't canceled. Today was another, no show appointment. The vole holes went from 10 three weeks ago to more than 50 over the weekend. Obviously, their treatment is ineffective. The problem may now require new topsoil to cover the holes that have become a fall hazard. I called the Utah headquarters for assistance. All they can do is pass the message onto the local franchise.

For the most part great, customer service on the phone is 5.5 stars, Elmer was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. Some of the guys that have come out to my house could of done a better job clarifying when trying to sell me new services, but overall very nice!

Their Service has decreased (they will not come inside, etc) which I understand due to Covid), but their prices were not adjusted. They used to sweep the cobwebs and spider nests, but do not any longer.

I didn't care for them. They were spraying for spiders and bees. I had more spiders on my home than a little bit. I wound up exterminating my contract and then exterminating the spiders myself.

Hi Raymond. Thank you for your feedback. Typically after the initial treatment, bug activity may stay the same or even increase as the bugs are getting disturbed from the treatment. After about 10-14 days, activity will decrease. If you continue to see bugs after this time, we would love to come back out and treat your home again for free.
