The product seems to work well and price is fair but the customer service experience has been a joke. I've contacted them 3 separate times and they honestly seem to be incredibly....dumb. I also hate this new default subscription model that so many online retailers are using...they make it hard and annoying to cancel or modify but VERY easy to sign up. If they could improve the user experience around account management and customer service it would surely help with retention.

College apartments aren't exactly the most sanitary or safe when it comes to bugs. My sophomore year of college, the apartment me and my friends lived in developed a bit of a cockroach problem. We tried everything from bug spray to peppermint oils but it didn't improve. We ended up buying Pestie's bug control solution Which did a great job removing or problem. My only complaint is how long it took for the stuff to be delivered.

Non responsive company. I have been trying to get a live person on the phone because I had a question - but after a week of no responses (tried calling and emailing) I emailed them to cancel my subscription. Very unprofessional and makes me feel like this is a scam. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I emailed them about a known pollinator killer (imidacloprid) that is in their subscription package and I never heard back from them. They do not provide a phone number to call them and ask questions either. It's sad they claim they are eco friendly yet their ingredients state otherwise.

I was using a regional company for quarterly applications and decided to go with Pestie to save some money. Big mistake, about a week after the first application we had ants in the bathroom. I emailed customer support and they sent me a booster application. No help we now have ants all over our kitchen in all areas, pantry, cupboards, under the sink. We keep a very neat home and kitchen. I reached out again and no more solutions or other types of bait just "it sounds like you are unsatisfied we will give you a refund."

Pestie is lying to their customers! When I brought it to their attention and asked for a refund they blocked me. They sent me Temprid Fx! It’s sold on Amazon for $7! Which they advertise as their proprietary blend of chemicals but is not! It’s sold on Amazon! I have purchased it previously from Amazon for $7 but Pestie advertised selling a proprietary blend of chemicals so I ordered their product paying $49 thinking I was receiving a blend of chemicals to kill bugs based off where I live. That’s how they advertise their product. It’s false advertising and a scam! They basically package up something they get cheap off Amazon and re sell it to customers for WAY more! Beware!!

Having a pest problem can be really embarrassing. I contact Pestie as soon as I could to get rid of the issue. They came in and were both fast and respectful of my embarrassment. I would recommend Pestie to anyone having a pest problem and who wants a reliable tool to get rid of the issue.

First shipment - my sprayer doesn’t work. I get no response from customer service on the email or chat. No phone number. Then I go to cancel and it tells me to email that same unmonitored email. It’s such a scam.

I went through the whole process to get signed up, putting in my ZIP Code in so I could get pest control from my area, and when I receive the box, it was flea spray. Come to find out I somehow got signed up for a pet subscription, which I didn’t even know existed . When I reached out to the company they were more than happy to take back the product but I would have to pay shipping to return it. Disappointed in the whole process, and Customer Service was subpar. Double check to make sure you know what you’re getting. Very disappointed past customer.
