Some years ago they did a good job cleaning and remaking my crawl space. Ever since they've kept it clean and rodent free. However it DID take 3 tries to plug all the small holes through which rats might gain access. We had an independent inspector who found more after Croach was done. But once they were all plugged it's been rodent free despite many in our yard due to a neighboring blackberry brambel.

I've been using Croach for about 2 years at one of my apartments. I really like to proactive approach from the prompt estimates to the pre-monthly treatment notices as well as a brief follow-up with details about what they did on their service day. I've been fortunate to have the same technician for the last couple months but prior to the current tech I experienced a revolving door of technicians. I'd get to know a specific tech and they'd get to know my property then they'd be gone. Hard to establish a relationship with your service providers when there is such a high turn-over"
