Usually consistent with communication before during and after service. Most recent one service was a disservice. No notification from the tech, and the spraying patterns were all over the door and frame, to a point that I had to wipe the door down after. Seemed to be a new guy, he’s definitely in need of professionalism training, there was no pride to be had from his work that day. If not for that most recent service 4 stars.

I like the overall service including the products used. The only issue I dislike is the price per visit. Unfortunately, the price is a big negative. I pay over $200 per visit and they want to visit a minimum of 8 visits per year. I may have to seek another service after my contract expires

We're a very busy household with a toddler, so I appreciate they'll contact ahead of time and I can tell them not to ring/knocknand proceed silently. If we have ants or roaches inside they come within a day and resolve it.

Your service is excellent. However, whenever I go on your website to pay after the pest control sprayer has come, your website says my payment is past due. Also, I am getting letters from a debt collection company saying I owe Aptive $199. I have already called Aptive to clear that up and they said they would take care of it but I keep on getting debt letters from your debt collectors company. This is frustrating since I have always paid my bill after service was rendered. If you could correct this I’d appreciate it

Definitely notice a reduction in pests. The few times we see activity they come back out to take care of them. All technicians have been very nice and professional. Have noticed a reduction in grubs in my yard as well!

The technicians seem to intentionally avoid communication so they can avoid providing the more thorough service that I believe we are paying for. Today, most of the roach hotels in the house are full and need to be replaced. I waited by the door to greet the technician. But he/she came and went. Your customers deserve a means of communicating basic service needs. Why do they not ring the doorbell to inquire about service needs and effectiveness? Why do I painstakingly schedule these service calls when it makes no difference to Aptiva that I expect to be present for them? Had the technician simply rang the doorbell today to thoroughly assess my need for service, I would rate the visit 4-5 stars.

Cons: Expensive. Not all technicians are thorough if I’m not home to instruct. I hardly ever get advanced notice of what time in the day they will be arriving other than like 10min right before. I wish there were more organic options. Pros: little to no pests.

I asked for spray treatment under the deck since there are two windows and I watched on the cameras and it didn’t appear that she sprayed underneath. She also said she inspected the eves for spiderwebs, usually I see someone taking a tool to remove webs she only sprayed and didn’t remove spider webs I still have a bunch of webs on my front windows.
