Roman did an awesome job with my service today. He took the time to listen to what I needed done and then accomplished it in a quick and through way. I would definitely give him a 10 out of 10! Thank you Roman. On the other hand, when I called to cancel an upcoming service so there was no duplication. Jacqueline in the office was extremely rude and had poor customer service skills.

Tyrone F, the service technician was very courteous and explained details and listened with proactive result. We already have dead wasps that I didn't know were there. He found at least 4 bees wasps nests.He provided timely instructions on how to take care of the problem in the future. Very thorough and professional. Thanks.

I called them for removal of a wasp nest, they sent a technician out the same day. He was such a nice guy, took care of the nest, cleaned up and made sure we didn’t have any other problems. This company has a lot of great reviews and they deserve them.

I had a reservice because of bees in a bush I was trimming. Mathew H went right to spraying the nest and even volunteered to finish my trimming so I wouldn't get stung again. He had them swarming around him but, never got stung. Great job!

The technicians are friendly and explain what they do in a very thorough manner. For each treatment so far my wife and son have been home. My son has autism and can be curious when strangers come to the home and my wife has not had any bad incidents.

Our technician came into our home and sprayed throughout the kitchen, He also inspected the garage and patio area. We pulled out the oven and threw some more traps in the area and identified spots of entry for the cockroaches. He offered to spray other areas of the house too. Very quick.

Lyle did an excellent job and took care of all my problem areas and concerns. He called prior to arrival which I appreciated. Last Friday, I was supposed to have a treatment but the technician did not show up well past the window of time that was promised and did not call ahead for me to tell him I was not home. It is a waste of both of our times. I do feel the technicians seem to have an undue time constraint and are typically rushing through the treatment which is possibly the reason I seem to need a retreat more frequently than I used to have with my previous pest control company. Lyle took the time to really get every room and the outside and I hope this takes care of my issues once and for all.

Ryan did a great job! Not only is he personable but he is very very knowledgeable and comes across to us as being extremely competent. I would certainly recommend Aptive. We had an adjustment on a previous visit and they were extremely fair. Aptive is very well priced and a good value for the services that are provided.

The technician Wes was fantastic! He arrived at the scheduled time and explained everything he did. He discovered I don't have voles which is why I contracted with Aptive. He explained what I needed to do to cancel my service. I called customer service and Sam and Zach were very helpful. I didn't have any trouble canceling the service. I don't think the sales rep Jordan was too pushy, but I am surprised and disappointed that he didn't know the holes I showed him were not vole holes.

Bad and inaccurate sales tactics. Service did not work after 5 applications, could not cancel without several heated phone calls, and they charged a 200 cancelation fee. All sale pitch lies to get the business.

The Pest Control business is very fraudulent, they show up and are on your property for less than 15 minutes. If they were concerned about keeping customers, they would take time to really treat my property with care.

Aptive Environmental is great and we've used their service for a couple years now. We rarely have bugs around our house so that means they are doing their job. Their employees have always been great! The number to call to cancel the appointment though could be better. It's hard to get someone to cancel it. That was only one treatment we wanted canceled, and we'll continue to be a customer.

I used to live on a farm were wildlife often found it ways inside your house. This problem was usually solved by finding the creature and relocating it but other pests like mice simply needed to be permanently removed. Aptive Environmnet has many products that work effectively which is something that I learned from experience. I highly recommend them to anyone with a mouse problem.

Most servers have done exactly what we have requested and a few have gone beyond what they were asked to do and took a brush to all overhanging porches to get rid of any cobwebs which amazed us. We have not had any encroachment of bugs or scorpions since they have serviced us. We prefer treatment that is as natural as possible and we believe they have it right. Thanks for your service.

We had SOOO many bugs when we first moved into our little apartment in Provo. After Aptive came- bugs totally disappeared and didn't come back. I also found a ton of dead bugs outside on our porch/driveway a couple days after Aptive came and thought- wow... good thing I got pest control. I had NO idea how many bugs were living in my house. Yuck. The team is super good about coming back out if you aren't totally happy with the service.

I canceled the service in January, but was billed $85.30 on July 1. Called on July 16—refund promised but never received. Then got charged another $85.30 on July 31. $170.60 taken with no refund. Billing department is unreliable and untrustworthy. If you value honest billing and responsive customer service, be very cautious.

Bait and switch (no pun intended). $99 service doesn't happen. They try and force you into an agreement and then don't follow through. Do not agree and sign an electronic agreement! Terrible company to do business with. Not reputable at all. One of the worst companies I've ever done business with. Never again!!!!!!!

Super aggressive, horrible company!!! Completely disregarded our community’s clearly stated no soliciting policy. Numerous people asked them to leave and the police were called. Yet, they persisted in disturbing the neighborhood. A company that shows such blatant disregard for an entire community can’t be trusted.

Pricing changed drastically. Also, there was little consistency on when services were performed. When prices jumped to $187 per month they were performing services much more frequently until we noticed. After I called to cancel they offered $111 per service to stay which was insulting.

Con artists, the sold my wife a one time service and if we liked it we could sign up. The copy and pasted her signature on 2 year premium contract and signed us up for auto pay. After many calls and threat of legal action we got out of it. 💯 illegal what they did. Do your research and you will see nothing but bad and illegal tactics from this shitty company

Worst company I have ever done business with. Products are ineffective. And goodluck trying to cancel. My wife called and emailed. They said they would cancel but then they sent her another email, without telling her, that they required she respond to in order to "complete" the cancellation. These are predatory business practices and illegal. They are designed to continue charging you. This company is awful. DO NOT USE.

Dishonest business practices. 1. Since the initial contract, Aptive has raised the monthly cost of my service and provided no supportive documentation for why or when. 2. Now again they are attempting the increase the monthly cost with no notice or explanation. They just indicate a higher cost on the account. 3. My contract was for quarterly appointments but they use an automated system that schedules appointments every 2 months and the system makes it impossible to reschedule to achieve a quarterly schedule.

I went with this company thinking everything would be okay, first off they don't come like i was told initially from the start, I was told they would come back every week if they had to make sure we were bug free, everything sounded good to you signed that contract, and then the attitudes come from the office from their customer service reps, I had issues with spiders and had lots of issues with mosquitoes I contacted them I was told they'd be back in 2 to 3 weeks I said I was told you guys would come back to the very next week if it wasn't fixed that wasn't the case, they're rude and just want money and that's all they really care about, they talked me into putting down some snake stuff some brown powder I asked him several times even the office this is safe for pets am I correct they stated it was my dogs got into it I guess around the yard but he really wasn't around the yard that they got into it their tech left a black bucket full of it behind my house I found that later on when my dogs were drinking out of it after it rained one of my dogs passed away wasn't exactly sure what it's from wasn't worth trying to figure it out, the other one was vomiting for almost 4 days we were so scared that we were going to lose him thank God we didn't, I contacted them and let him know their answer was well it's supposed to be snake away and it is safe for your dogs so we don't understand what happened we'll just take it off your bill still charge me for that one session. What's to be honest with you did nothing because we did find a copperhead underneath our deck thank God we were able to use a stick and get rehome him to the woods , this has been one nightmare and then they hold over your head at 200 bill I wonder if they want to pay the vet bills. I definitely would stay away from these guys they're not professional they don't seem to know what they're doing.

This is a ripoff service. Steer clear unless you like to burn money. I consider myself a pretty astute consumer, but what was offered and what was delivered were two different things. The first service was offered at a discount and was reasonable, although I could have done the same thing with easily obtained chemicals and a stepladder. After that, deplorable. The second "visit" should have been enough to cause me to cancel, but I was too busy. The third was over the top--they sent one of their service people out on a rainy day (and not in the service "window"), and he immediately informed me he could not do a treatment because it was raining. He was at my home for literally 10 minutes, took pictures, and left, and I was charged in excess of $100. I finally was so pissed I cancelled, even though I had to pay a cancellation fee. So, BUYER BEWARE.
