Technician was great, he worked very diligently to find all the Yellowjacket nests and eliminate them them. He even was in the middle of a swarm of Yellowjackets up on a steep second story spraying a nest next to his head! I would have nightmares for weeks with that view. He didn’t even get stung, which was the best part! This man needs a raise!

Devon did an excellent job with our outside areas. He cleaned all spider webs, treated the entire outside area for ants & other pests, and the job outside has the entire inside of our house free from all bugs. To improve, though, I’d like to request the same technician every time a treatment is done. By using the same technician, they’ll be familiar with the property & the areas we want particular attention paid to. We were outside with Devon, today, because when he arrived, we we sitting in the lanai & showed him certain things we wanted done for all future treatments.

After not being successful in getting a return call or email regarding re service. A door to door aptive salesperson Israel was able to book us a re-service. The technician contacted me when he was on his way and listened to my concerns. The overall service and pest control has been great. Its just the office customer services that is lacking.

I waited till 5:30 pm and the house had not been sprayed, so the person came after I had to leave for a dinner appointment. I would have liked to have been there to talk to the person and ask him to hit a few areas , but that didn’t happen. I called earlier and talked with a lady and explained to her that the first treatment was done one June 3,2019 and I was told in your contract to me that to break the egg cycle it had to be done in 30 days and they never came back and the lady said your correct we made a mistake and she e mailed me a date for September 2, 2019 to break the egg cycle at no charge and was told I would get a $20.00 credit and I was still charged the regular fee of $127.33. I am happy that my bugs are for the most part gone, but not happy with the service and wouldn’t recommend Aptive and I hope on September 2 they can show up before 5:30 pm and I hope they honor and credit the $20.00 I was told I would receive.

Caesar was very thorough and polite. He made sue my patio is safe again. He even sprayed in the garage door me. He checked the grills and cleaned up the spider webs on the patio. I had alot of spider issues he also made sure I knew they would come back if I saw bugs

My service tech today was Jeancy C, he was great. Treated the areas I wanted treated, was also very quick. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because you can't just give out a link to family and friends for the referral rewards. You have to submit an email to Aptive and then Aptive emails them. It just shouldn't be that hard. I should be able to just share a referral link on Facebook.

One MAJOR problem. Your man arrived at 6:17 yesterday and only sprayed the cement and block wall on our driveway and left. We had waited on him ALL DAY and finally left at 5:20 after one of us called the company and said we were not waiting any longer. Your man did not enter or spray anyting else. He DID NOT SERVICE OUR PROPERTY, but told you he did and the service was complete. A lie. You are welcome to view our security camera that surround our estate.

I noticed a wasp nest in a shrub the day after a scheduled service. The technician that did the service did not notice the wasp nest as it was well hidden. I called and was told someone would arrive within 2hrs. Tyler indeed came as i was told and eliminated the wasps and nest.

Was impressed with tech, Conner J, who explained what he was going to due on his initial visit and when he completed the job of getting rid of BUGS, told me what he found around my house and treated. If insects reappeared the company would come out and treat again - free.
