I had my gates locked when Aptive came so they couldn’t get fo the back yard. I called and they sent someone a couple days later. The tech that was onsite was so friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. They were here when they said they were going to be here and I really appreciate them coming back.

John was my “bug guy” for the day and I was very impressed on his attitude toward working on such a hot day. I followed him around to make sure he dusted the entire house. He was a happy guy and he paid attention to detail. I want him next time also. He did a better job especially dusting than the first person that did the house.

She was very professional and explained to me what to expect within the next 2 weeks. I was assured that if I saw any more spiders or bugs of any kind after 2 weeks to call the office and a technician will come out with another product to try. No service rep before has ever explained that to me.

Very nice..patient..hard working. Unlike the other techs yall have sent. He did all that he was suppose to do. He sprayed in and outside took his time and .di-webbed. No other tech has ever di-webbed..and the others are done in 10 mins... I want this same tech again when it's my next appt. Dont send me anyone else but John!!!

Yesterday was our first initial treatment and the Technicians name was Michael... he was from the LI branch up to help. Michael was very polite and professional, he truly did put the customer first. He explained in detail what he was there to do and was able to answer all our questions. Was definitely a pleasure to deal with.

I was astounded that Aptive swept the spider webs in my garage and around the outside of my house around the eaves. I have seen a couple of big spiders dead on my back porch. My nanny was home when the Aptive technician came on 7/31. She felt very uncomfortable and uneasy with certain comments he was making to her - mainly the way he was addressing her. He would call her "dear" and "honey" although he was of similar age as her. You may not be surprised with someone much older addressing a young lady in this way, but he made her feel uncomfortable - especially she was in the house by herself with the baby and this young man. We would appreciate if he did not revisit our home again to do the services and/or if this can be addressed with him since he did tell her this was a new job for him. Thank you.

Arrived on time, introduced himself, explained what he was going to do and proceeded to do it. Very professional and pleasant to talk to. Have notice dead spiders around the outside of the house but I did get stung by fireants in the backyard the next day. Hoping they were stragglers.

They manage to keep bugs out of my house without disturbing the natural ecosystems in my yard. I've been extremely pleased with their service . Stephen listened to my concerns and was very efficient. The initial home treatment as well as the follow up treatment has yielded a noticeable decrease in the amount of ants I see in my firepit and pool areas. Further, I've seen no insects in my home or garage. I only wish Aptive would spray in the attic, but I understand the liabilities associated with walking into a homeowners attic.

Our first technician wasn’t that great of an experience (the service that we were initially interested in and signed up for were not provided) and our second visit was scheduled for 30-45 days and we had no one contact us until we almost hit the 60 day mark. We were very content and appreciate Leslie G for going above and beyond with customer service. He gave us some feedback, closing gaps near our doorways and extra tips. He was very willing to listen to our needs and provided great service. Although it was 5pm by the time he stopped by, he had no rush and answered several questions we had. If we could choose a tech for a following visit we’d definitely chose Mr. G. Thanks!!

Great Rep. She was very courteous and attentive. She mentioned a follow up service to take care of the wasp nest will be needed and told me there would be someone within the next day or so coming by. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars so far is, because the follow-up appointment hasn't happened, as I called today the company wasn't aware of an issue needing attention. But that wasn't the Rep's fault, as she made it clear in the notes that a follow-up was needed.

The technicians are good, but we still have spider webs on our backyard plants and front entry plants. The spider infestation around our house doesn't seem any better than before. All other bugs are reduced like ants for sure, but not the spiders. They do a good job when they are here, but for some reason, whatever they are using chemistry wise is not effective on the spiders. Maybe they have jumped from the house to the plants?

The technician was scheduled to come on a day when it was pouring down rain. I told him it would be better if he came another day when it was not raining. A technician then came the next day (today). The technicians have always done a very good job.
