Have always received excellent service & all both ladies & gentlemen who have done my service have been so very nice

Pros- So far they have kept their word. Seem to have a working product, and so far good customer service like you don't see much these days. Cons - You must ask for a supervisor many times over before the call center will transfer you to someone who's in the States and English speaking; this is the better customer service. You rarely get the same service guys. I feel like with all companies, the more the same guy comes, the more they want to please you and take pride in the service they do at your house instead of them seeing someone new and explaining everything all over to the new guy!

Omar had great communication! I loved his final text with pictures as well check it out great text: All done! We’re right in the middle of [spiders] season so that was my primary target today. I specifically treated where they live, travel, and enter and am super proud of the service I provided you today. I’m confident that I’ve taken care of any [spiders] problem in and around your home even if it may take 3-4 weeks to take full effect. You should be good to go all the way through when I come out next.

Technician was courtesy and very helpful. I had a sudden big issue inside my home and happened to have an appointment for my quarterly spray. Not only was he able to spray and treat the infested area but also installed a plug that can help in other areas as well. He explained what to expect in the next few days and how to treat the pests for the next few days.

Aptive has been a wonderful addition to our home care. Their technicians always communicate thoroughly, arrive on time, and seem to truly enjoy their work environment. This is really important to us because if the company takes good care of their employees, I believe they will take good care of us. Every technician that has come out over the years has exhibited these same qualities, plus they do a great job keeping the pests out of our home!

Dillian*, my service rep for the day. Came to the door and spoke to me about what specifically I was noticing and needed focused on, the helped me get rid of some of the smaller spider spots in the house before going to work on the outside. He spoke with me about what wet weather treatment would look like and overall left a very positive impression. I am so satisfied with my service today and still think I made the right choice for my house, my family and my pets, with Aptive.

Great customer service. Aptive sent me an initial email with my appointment date and window. They then sent me a text reminder the day prior to service. Travis, the pest control tech then texted me giving me an approximate arrival time. Finally, he texted me when complete and sent pics of the service area. With a very busy schedule. I love the communication! Great job!

I would just like to say Steven has been absolutely amazing. I have had other techs on-site and my security cameras have caught them servicing my property for about 4-5 minutes then leaving. Every time Steven has been assigned to my property I know the full treatment will be completed and I have nothing to worry about. If I could have Steven assigned to my property for all service visits I definitely see my self renewing my service contract when it expires. As mentioned if Steven was assigned for all my visits I would have no issues giving aptive a 5 star rating in every aspect.

Since I signed up - I had 3 different folks work on my property but Gary has by far super exceed the others. He took the time and effort on the job. The others are in and out relatively quickly. This service call make me more willing to recommend Adaptive to others. Will see future work. However, the scheduling and website does not work well at all and is one important factor for me

My tech TJ is awesome. Professional. Polite. Detailed in his work. He should be promoted and utilized as an Ambassador for other field techs. I think he needs to be utilized for his strengths to help grow business which will be sustainable excellence in customer service in the field. That will create long term relationships and word of mouth opportunities for sales. I know talent as a former executive. Act quickly. People that care, like TJ with skills and education is rare in your industry. TJ is, amazing! Aptiv, please don’t disappoint me like GREENIX did.

Shammal was absolutely wonderful. He is committed and diligent to his job. It is quite prevalent that he takes pride in what he does. He has a great personality and conquered our huge wasps nest! He was determined, and he did it! I must say he is the best out of all the people we have had come here from Aptive! I would like to request him for my future treatments. He is a 10!!! Thank you!!!

My service technician, Kyle W, did a great job today! He texted to let me know he was on the way, arrived promptly and was very professional and kind. He also let me know once service was complete + pictures, which is very helpful. We have dogs so this lets me know when I can let them out in the backyard. Thanks, Kyle. Aptive Environmental is a company I have just started with. This has been their third visit to my home. This company has done a wonderful job and the gentalmen that have come out are very professional. I have only been with one other pest control company to compair pricing and Aptive Environmental has very reasonable pricing for all they do! Thanks again!

I’d like to commend Aptive technician Aaron G for his excellent performance yesterday September 2 2022 in my property, Aaron’s attention to detail answering specific questions and hard-work thereafter while on the premises in my opinion is a testament to his dedication and integrity. Aaron is an asset to Aptive, and I’d love to have him back on my next schedule service, thank you Aaron for your hard work and honesty.

We have been using aptive for 3 years now and Sommer is by far the best representative we have had to date. She is friendly, thorough, communicates her arrival and departure information in a very timely fashion. She is professional and clearly takes pride in her work. I enjoy having the same representative each application and she has been the best one to date.

We had the lovely Aniya F come to our home yesterday. She texted us before she arrived and then spoke with my husband and addressed all our issues. She even sent pictures and gave a full report of what she did at our home. I was at work so it was super helpful to know what she did while I was gone. Service was impeccable and hopefully all the ants will be gone from our trampoline in the next few days!

I only have limited experience with the company during a solicitation yesterday at my house. The young man who introduced me to the company was very personable, polite and knowledgeable, and although I was reticent to purchase a treatment plan, Mitchell succeeded in signing me up. His partner D. J. arrived shortly after our discussion to complete the initial treatment. He was also polite, respectful and accommodating about dealing with my old fieldstone basement. My five star rating is based on my experience with these two fine employees

Aptive is quick to come out to handle any pest issues we might have. Their service personnel are always polite, professional, and do excellent jobs in a very timely manner. They complete tasks in a timely manner and bring attention to things we might not have noticed. Aptive has the best Fire Ant control/killer that we have ever been aware of!! It truly works!! We are very pleased with Aptive and rate them above excellent!!

Leroy came to treat our home for our routine pest control appointment. He's been our technician before and always goes above and beyond! I mentioned we'd been seeing more ants lately, likely due to the summer weather, and he spent extra time treating the areas I pointed out and adjusted the products he used for maximum impact. We always appreciate his attention to detail!

I was out of town and my daughter was home. I was so concerned but my concerns were unfounded. The person who came out was extremely professional and was very courteous to my daughter. She said she at no time felt unsafe. Huge plus for me as I was in Lubbock worrying. He made sure my gates were locked to prevent my fur babies from getting out and even sent pics of what he did. I have never been so pleased and assured that I have picked the best company for this service. Overall, a big 10 out of 10. Thank you!!!!

Aptive Environmental has been a wonderful company to work with. They do a fantastic job of letting you know when they will be coming out, the tech for that visit always knocks at the door at their arrival and lets us know they are there. They ask if there are any specific bugs you are having difficulty with and ensure that the treatment include spray to target that type of bug. Everyone I have worked with has been very kind and professional.
