My service guy is Rex L. He did an excellent job! He went over my contract as a reminder, he did a thorough inspection around the outside of the house and discussed some other options we could consider if we ever have other types of problems like mice, etc. He really did a great job!

I like the technicians who have come by. They have been very well mannered and knowledgeable. Alcuin was the tech who came by . He was very responsive, knowledgable and well mannered and took care of everything I had talked to him about. Usually I do get a message the day before service, but this time I did not so I had no idea any one was coming. But it may be because of the COVID19 crisis we are in and that is completely understandable

Saul explained everything very well and took care of everything we needed. May I make a couple of suggestions? During these times of COVID 19, while I'm not feeling sick and it appeared the technician was well also and we always stood several feet away, I suggest the technicians wear masks to set their customers' minds at ease. Also, I think the technicians should wipe down any spider webs they see around the house also. Thank you!

The service technician (Shamar) completed the work according to the flyer left on my door, and according to the gentleman I spoke with over the phone after I noticed this email. According to the flyer, Shamar showed up earlier than scheduled, which is fine. However, it would've been great if he communicated to me by phone or at the very least, I expected for him to ring the door bell so we could chat about the issue, so now we missed the opportunity to communicate about the whole thing. I gave a similar feedback the last time they did their quarterly service, but it doesn't appear to be making a difference, which is unfortunate. I'm hopeful that the ant problem goes away as a result of this recent service.

Jordan S came today and so far he was the best of the 4 visits I have had. He appears to be the most thorough technician you have. Due to the virus he could not enter my home to check the opening to the crawl space where three or four bait traps are placed. Two rats have been killed in the traps on three visits. So I will need another visit as soon as this virus is under control. Jordan listens well and did all I asked.

We've been using Aptive for a couple of years now. The technicians do a good job of listening when I tell them about trouble areas, and use a variety of tools to address the issues. My main complaint is that, for our quarterly service, I typically get a message the day before, with no timeline. If I need the inside of the house addressed, I have to contact them to make special arrangements. It would be great if they could give a bit more notice to rearrange my schedule. For my review, note that I only give 5-Star reviews to companies that exceed my expectations.

We’ve been an Aptive Environmental customer for the past couple years. We had the technician, Leslie G, came to my house for quarterly inspections and performed pest control treatments. He took time on cleanings all the spiderwebbed around the house, under the deck and patio. He did an excellent job. He was really friendly and explained all the necessary questions we had. Karim C was thorough and courteous. He even moved the dog's water bowl and heavy pedestal underneath in the backyard. He didn't skip the area nor just sprayed over. Karim also took time to remove spider webs around the house thoroughly. It showed he really cared to do a great job. I wish to ask for Karim for all future services.

I took Gorge to an area where my son and I have concerns. Then invited Gorge to service around outside of house and garage. Afterwards, I did walk around and saw where he applied materials or remove nests overhead. Aptive has kept insects under control for this house and family. A much appreciated service far better than if alone did it.
