I switched service to Aptive because my old bug guy didn’t kill slugs and snails. Aptive treated the lawn yesterday and last night there were no slugs or snails in sight. Hoping the product they used holds up for the 90 days.

Benjamin was very professional and did a complete job. Since we have become an Aptive customer we have not had any issues with ants or bugs in the house. I like that they completely remove all cobwebs and wasp nests from the house eves every appointment.

Wow!!! Just wow~ Leslie is the best technician to have come to our home. Such attention to detail and so personable and kind. Went above and beyond and explained things we could do to prevent insects in the future, no technician has done that yet. Really really great service! If I were aptive I would do my best to keep this employee!!!

Both of the technicians I spoke with were friendly and helpful. The process was explained thoroughly and took time to answer questions. When they came out to spray, they checked for numerous nests and found a wasps nest we didn’t know was there. I am extremely happy with the service! I highly recommend Aptive Environmental!!

He seemed to have his spiel memorized pretty well. It was awkward - he didn't check in when he was done spraying, so my husband saw him drive away at one point and some other guys from the company were still working on other houses and we just never really saw him again. What's spurring this review is that we just found a ton of ants in our upstairs office... we were here last summer while we were renovating the house and we had food around and heat and everything and never saw ants in the house. We even had foster kittens in our office a month ago and during warm days and with kitten food just laying around in there and never saw ants. Today our desk was filled with ants. AFTER being sprayed. We're not overly pleased here.

First time anyone came out, it was great. Friendly, informative, all around great. However, nobody ever answers the phone. Maybe if I didn't have a job, or a family, I could sit on hold all day. Not to mention, nobody ever follows up with the customer. I got one call, that I missed, three days before my service, and they show up at my doorstep, but won't answer the phone when I call ten times. The voicemail even says to call if you have any questions. I had questions. I dont know how much longer I will continue paying so much money for less that great customer service. It's a competitive market, and it's no longer just about the product. For the record, I understand that, let's say you have 2,000 customers, theres no way all 2,000 are going to be happy with their experience... it just sucks when you're the one having the bad experience. I'll give Aptive a chance to improve.

I have been battling ants in my 2nd floor master bath for years. My Aptive Technician, Mr. Enkhamgalan N , after treating the area, was able to point out small caulking gaps in the window sill, which allowed ants to enter from outside. I had never noticed these gaps before and since re-caulking have not seen another ant.

Its hard to rate your product since this is the first time that it has been applied. I gave it a 4 star although that is debatable until I have an opportunity to see the results. I should have a better idea within a week or so. I can, however, rate the young man that did the application. He was clean-cut, professional, patient, understanding, cooperative, and did an excellent job. I was very impressed with how courteous and respectful he was. He is a keeper, definitely an asset to your company.

Jose was very considerate. He called ahead of time to ensure I was ready for his arrival. He was friendly and polite while disposing of the two pests caught in the traps. I’m glad I did not have to worry about maggots and flies in my garbage can because Jose took the dead animals away in plastic bags. I had no issues with the technician

I was never notified by the company that you were coming today. Because of that, I was not able to have the inside of my home serviced. I will need to have that done ASAP. Technician was very nice, and helpful, but he did not let me know when the job was completed or when he left. He also did not close my back gate. I have dogs. If I wouldn't have noticed before I let them back out, they could have ran out of my yard without me knowing.
