I highly recommend Aptive. I give them 5 stars across the board. Not only for their product of being eco friendly but the results. I have been dealing with those awful critters (huge roaches) for so long regardless of the pest control business I used...One day a knock on my door was a new service recruiting new clients & finally my problem was resolved. The last service I used told me I would never get rid of the critters, well they were so wrong. The first time they came to spray & I had them service only the outside the critters were gone...& I have continued with them servicing the outside only. Aptive employees are all so polite & professional & they take pride in their service & they also guarantee it too. So, if you are looking for a pest control service, you will be pleasantly surprised how satisfied you will be with Aptive. My service is on the quarterly plan & very reasonable.

We've been Aptive Environmental for our pest control for over a year. We can call them anytime we see spiders, wasp's nests, and other pests. They set up an appointment and show up quickly! Today Lance brought a trainee, Austin. Lance always knocks on our door and steps back from the door because of Covid and my husband's respiratory issues. After discussing any bug issues, if any, he goes to work spraying the yard and the garage this time due to an increase in spiders. Lance is always thorough and will take care of any spider webs in the yard and fence. Lance always taps on the door to let us know he's completed his spraying. We're glad he is training the new guy-we know this great service will continue on by Lance and he's training Austin to do the same. George S. Noblesville IN

Douglas T was the BEST service technician I have had since my salesman. HIS knowledge of your service and products and the time he took to explain to me the answers to my questions was undoubtably 5 star service to be proud of. If at all possible I would request him to be assigned my property for the balance of my contract. Until today I was NOT a happy customer!!! Note: ALL of the ratings in this survey would be one star until today. This rating is for Douglas other than the 1 star for Company Trustworthiness and company recommendations. We had our initial treatment for free with Aptive today, then they’ll be back in a month to do the quarterly treatment. Eric and Bayron were professional, thorough, and friendly. I appreciate that they use eco-friendly products, and treat the lawn as well as the perimeter of the house. Eric discovered that we have 3 vents from the outside into our basement furnace room that completely open for wasps and other critters to come into our home. He made some suggestions for ways we can put screens over the opens to prevent this from happening. No one has ever noticed this - thanks Eric! I also like the Aptive app on my phone that will make scheduling and possible rescheduling convenient. Thank you Eric and Bayron for your service and excellent customer service! Aptive rocks!

Our Technician who came out was AMAZING and so understanding! Not only was he friendly and completely thorough but he double checked his work after spraying and even came back to fix some small things he had noticed while inspecting the second time. He has gone above and beyond more than any Aptive employee ever has since servicing my house. He did a very detailed job and made sure everything was knocked down and taken care of. He wasn’t in and out in 2 minutes like the rest of them. I truly appreciate his work and I really honestly wish he could be my technician every time we get serviced! This time I actually felt like I truly got the service I pay for every quarter. Thank you so much!

The first time someone was here, his name was Alex and its an understatement to say he and the other guy that he may have been training deserve at last a $5 dollar bonus for superb customer service. And, after what I told him about what little space there is down in the crawl space when I wanted him to check it, at least he stuck his flashlight down there and looked around to determine there wasn't any insects down there. My wife had seen several spiders in our house after they sprayed on 9/18, so it was nice that two more guys (one was being trained) came back to spray again for free. Unfortunatley, don't know their names and wish I did since they were very nice to visit with when they came back to spray again. Thank you, Dale Edmonds

I looked up Aptive to make sure it's a legitimate company and I was surprised by the great reviews of pretty much a new company including one of the best companies to work for. This was my first service with Aptive. Anyway, I believe it was Kody C who was the service technician -- very polite and customer-service oriented. I asked if he would check on my traeger grill as I saw spiders there before underneath the cover. Kody did find a black widow and got rid of it. He also found several mud wasps under the eaves of the house and sprayed along the perimeter of the patio slab where he saw ants. He also got rid of a lot of spider cobwebs. I also want to mention the sales person, Hunter -- I met him the previous day and he wasn't pushy about a sale. Nice technicians and they represent the company, Aptive, very well. 5-stars to both!

This is only my first time with Aptive, the technician who came out ( Leobardo P) and gave me the rundown of what treatment he was using and what he will be doing for the initial treatment was a great! He was very polite and knew what he had to do, he asked questions and listen to what I had issues with. He was very courteous before going to any rooms while he was treating the interior of my home. I would like to help him get that bonus on the email that was sent with this link but the link attached to it isn’t working for some reason. Please let this review goes towards that bonus because he definitely went above and beyond!

Noah is a fantastic worker that takes pride in a job well done, as he well should. However, Route Manager Nicoli lied to me twice with a smile on his face. Nicoli is either misinformed, or he is intentionally deceiving the other people in my area as I know Noah had at least three other jobs near by before me. Nicoli lied about having a compound that repels wasps from building their nests in the same place again, and then committed a lie of omission in neglecting to say that the baited trap that I requested would raise the bill substantially. Had Nicoli approached me with the same integrity that Noah had, I would have been convinced to remain a loyal customer for legitimate reasons. Jonathan Poblete

The person who came out for our service today was excellent! She knocked on the door to introduce herself and asked if there were any specific concerns we had and wanted her to pay close attention to. I really appreciated that. She was professional and attentive. The prior technicians never did that. I wish I knew her name but the other link you ask me to rate her on isn't working. She deserves a $20 bonus. Before she come today, I was considering cancelling our contract. We haven't been happy with your service. But now, we will consider staying. Still not comfortable referring others to you because outside of the technician that came out today, our experience really hasn't been all that impressive.

Although Aptive's automated ssystem scheduling could use a bit of revision in methodology, we had very little, if any, difficulty rescheduling for a more suitable time. Recently, on Monday, 24 August 2020, Daniel I was our Pest Control Technician. As expected, Daniel was very thorough, and professional, during our Quarterly Service / Treatment, with extreme attention to detail! Jordan and India were very very very thorough, professional and on time. I am impressed with the fact that your company hires veterans! . I do feel bad that Jordan has a severe case of carpal tunnel and it is visually apparent that he is in severe pain but he pressed on and did an excellent interior job. India did an absolute superb job as well, knocking down the wasp nests (there were a few) and handling the awkward equipment. She was a real trooper and worked hard. Bravo little lady! All in all it was a great first time experience. My hope is that your techs will do a consistent good job each and every time they come out in the future; I am getting tired of firing pest companies. So far so good and I will tell all my neighbors about this super positive experience!

Angel is by far the best Technician you guys have! She reads the notes left by dispatch but still checks with me at the door to double-check what the notes say and speak to me about the activity and issues we have in and around our house. She is super thorough, picking up toys left in the backyard and puts them out of the way during the treatment just shows how considerate, thoughtful and going above and beyond to ensure we are getting the best possible service and treatment. We had her initially as our main technician and is the ONLY reason we stayed with your company. We still may cancel our account with you all just because you should be looking at Angel as a trainer for your other technicians, so us leaving has no reflection over what she did, but only you all as a company. She was the ONLY one who showed me the app you all are using that tracks your technicians footsteps and shows pictures in the area they took those pictures. If it were not for Angel, you would have lost a customer today.

We have been customers of Aptive close to a year or so, and have found that the agents are prompt when scheduled as well as professional, and courteous. We never have had interior pests since we have lived here (3 years now), so it's difficult to judge effectiveness of treatments, but maintaining that condition is an important factor to us. We believe prevention is always better than trying to eliminate a problem. We don't know how Aptive's product quality or dollar value compares to that of other companies, and we have not had occasion to contact customer service, so it is hard to rate the below areas fairly. We are satisfied with the exterior work regarding wasp, mud dauber and spider web eliminations. We already have recommended Aptive to some of our friends.

I am happier now that I have been Re serviced. Yesterday, both Loren and Jay were very pleasant, listened and followed through. I was rt there to make sure as the previous two finished so fast. I looked out and they were gone! The cobwebs were still on the side and back of the house and all insects invading as if they weren’t even treated for. These two, yesterday went above and beyond.. and I am grateful. Hopefully, this does the trick. I am giving 4 stars since this is my 2nd reservice since I have started. ( I had to take a day off work to make sure it was done- although, I shouldn’t have had to!) Your staff has always been pleasant and courteous.

Monty B was our service pro last week for our first pest control treatment with Aptive. He was very attentive to every one of our needs, and though my husband wanted some of the house sprayed he cautioned on spraying the areas I would be because I'm currently in my third trimester of pregnancy. He sprayed all the areas we wanted sprayed and made sure all the areas were cleared and bugs were cleared. He explained everything in terms we understood and took the time to explain things we had extra questions about. I was interested in the company because of the non-toxicity of the chemicals they use. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to get an estimate and then how fast everything got set up. Payment options were fair and terms were more than reasonable. I liked that there were different plans to choose from. Price was great! I appreciated the reminders and especially the 30 minutes heads up on the arrival time. I really liked the report I received afterwards explaining the chemicals that were used plus the detailed report about what areas were covered and what pests. I especially like that I was made aware of any problem areas that needed special attention. The entire process from start to finish was unbelievably easy. I am so thankful for the piece of mind! Who ever it was was great he was like superman ,ninja and the flash all in one . according to the email that was sent to us he was the flash in at 4.03 pm and out at 4.09 pm that was so fast my 3 camera's didn't pick him up any Back Yard Front Yard , drive way or door ,the dog didn't bark or the 3 people in the house didn't see or hear anyone .He must really be a ninja. and look at what the report said was done Back Yard Front Yard Eaves Crack and Crevice Front Porch Deck Doors Door Trim amazing how fast they where all in 6 minutes then their is part superman or invisible man unless he works for ups or the mail in there part time no truck or cars where seen only one was a ups truck and mail man most of flew from their truck not being seen by a camera or person or dog All within 6 minutes . how much is a visit by these by these 4 super hero's ?????????????

Was at home while the technicians did their thing and thought they did an excellent job. Time will tell if there are any pest issues but so far so good. Have a rose Bush that had some insect damage, so waiting to see how that bounces back to life. Only issue I have, I got an email from the company with a link to give the technician at dollar bonus if I thought he did a good job. I click on it, only to get an error. So I'm assuming he won't be getting his bonus, which is not right. Don't give me the option if it's either not going to work or it's deliberately rigged so he won't be able to get that bonus. They work in the heat, rain dungie basements, around wasps, bees and the list could go on. A 5 dollar bonus or more should be awarded if the customer thinks they deserve it and they did. Hopefully that glitch will be worked after reading this.

The technician kinda walked into a fire storm, but he handled it very well. Kudos to him for taking the time to listen to my concerns. He took down my concerns and promised me he would relay them to the office and completed my service as expected. The rating I gave the technician coincides to the way he handled my frustration. Great Job! Now to the issue! I specifically asked to be notified when my service would be completed. 1. To make sure I'm available to unlock the gate and 2. I wanted inside service complete. I was not notified this time of the service, but I extended grace. In the future please have someone call and let me know when the service will be completed. A couple of days notice will be sufficient.

First experience with aptive. Pest control service was solicited. Scott did a good job explaining the service. Costs were reasonable. The technician (Tyson) was professional, courteous and showed up on time on the day scheduled. He explained what he was there to accomplished and went about his work and we didn't even know he was here. Over and above, Tyson checked out when he was finished, mentioned he did not have enough granular material and indicated he would return to finish. He did and I think that is impressive. He could have left and we would not have known he didn't have enough material. He chose to be professional and finished the job. Right now, I'm sold on active, thanks guys, job well done.

Today we received the first pesticide treatment in our home from APTIVE. Both, my wife and I, were totally satisfied with the service. Richard has shown us to be an efficient operator, professional, and very respectful in dealing with us. We hope that his work gives us very good results. We are part of the Glen Oaks Manor-Homeowners Association, so we are under constant scrutiny for the smallest details, and we want to ask you a great favor. We need an APTIVE proof of the anual contract to remove MICE and RATS, and also, if is possible, a sign to be put in front of our house specifying the type of treatment (M and R). I want to commend your technician, LaCraigory G, for correcting what I presume was an administrative oversight. When I received your service notification, I emailed to request service inside my home and was acknowledged with “We’ll add that note. However when LaGraigory arrived he was unaware of my request. Taking the initiative, he suited-up and honor my request—thereby averting an embarrassing administration mishap on Aptive ‘s part. Additionally he did a very through job covering the outside of our structures. Someone need to review where the disconnect occurred so email requests by customers are not misplaced.

Today we had received exceptional service through Aptive from Skye A. He made sure to ask us, before treating the house, if we have been experiencing more bugs and/or how he can improve the service for today. He took the time to treat our house throughly, which was greatly appreciated. He by far was the most involved Aptive worker we have had come to our house so far. Aptive as a service is also extremely friendly and willing to accommodate however they can. If you begin to see more bugs around your house, simply call them and they will send someone out to spray again. Yearly services are reasonably priced and employees tend to take pride in giving their costumers the best service they can.

He was professional, patient, non-judgmental, great attitude and thorough when completing the service. When your company has new employees, Marcus would be great at training them, as well as supervising them. We cannot say enough about Jesse (I am awful with names, but I believe it was Jesse) as he was incredible about answering all our questions, providing us with sticky pads to better observe our home and taking time to provide excellent customer service. He’s the only person who has cleaned away cob webs and taken time to really inspect around the house. We had cob webs all over and were considering changing our services to another provider out of frustration. But he showed up, did the job right and kept us on board with his great service! Chad did an excellent job! I would like to have him as my only service technician servicing my house. I will work around his schedule for my next service. When I wrote my first review on October 2019, didn't have to much of the time to explain my citation. I own my home for 25 years, never had any pest control done. But the past 2 years had to go to Texas for business so I decided to rent my home to a friend, as a favor. Returning from Texas few months ago, I find my home destroyed and full of German coaches in the kitchen. I was very upset but unfortunately that's what's happening when you trust your home to a friend thinking they will appreciated and taken care of it. Big mistake... I was wrong! So I contact Aptive to resolve my coach problem. Chad, was my service guy. The first time in October and the second time today 11/20/19. I saw a big difference from his first service. Today he came to inspect the results and to spray again. He is professional, dedicated, polite.... But most important finally solve my problem. He is an excellent worker and still I would only want to work with him and around his schedule. Great job Chad!!! Thank you so much, and as much I appreciate you... Hoping Aptive do the same!

I couldn’t be happier with Qusay’s service! He was very professional, made the effort contact me early this morning to coordinate the appointment time, took time to understand the bug issues I was experiencing and communicated his approach and to remedying the problem, offered tips on what I could do in my yard to make the bugs less interested in staying around, and was courteous throughout the entire time. I’ve had my doubts about staying with Aptive due to previous negative experiences, but as long as they have folks like Qusay who are customer-service focused, I will continue to use this service! Great job!

My technician was Rashad, a very nice and polite man. He listened to my concerns and offered advise and solutions on how to solve them. He will work with me to get those issues under control. He also came up with a plan on how we can work together to permanently get on top of it. In addition to what he did while he was here he even had a check list on what I need to do before he comes back next month emailed to me from his office. I have only been with Aptive for a short time but I feel very confident that together we will be able to put my issues to bed. I recommend Aptive to anyone looking for professional but personal service as well. I used to use one of the more popular services but never felt as comfortable. Thank you.

Jerrod was extremely professional and helpful with all my questions. This is the first time I have ever had a pest control service. I am recently divorced and my husband took care of this. No matter how silly I felt my questions were, Jerrod assured me they were important. He was patient and made sure that I was comfortable with everything before he left. Since I am now on my own, after 25 years of marriage, I have been has forced to inquire with several new services/companies. I can definitely say that Jerrod and the Aptive representative that sold me the service made my experience much more pleasant than some of the other staff/services I have encountered. Aptive provides a quarterly service and is consistant with the service. It is apprecaited that a text and email message is sent from Aptive to inform me of an upcoming treatment. The notice also allows for me to reschedule to appointment if necessary. Addtionally, I do not have to be home for a technician to provide the treatment (our contract is limitied to exterior home treatment. Today's treament was performed by Fernando "Fern" A. who presented himself professionally with a full explanation of the treament he was going to perfom. Once the service is performed, an invoice is mailed to me that reflects what arears of the house/yard were treated and the targeted pests. Pest/insects have been controlled while Aptive has been providing treatment to our yard and exterior of the house. I would recommend Aptive to others.

Had to reschedule for Aptive to come back out free of charge to take care of this flea in gnat infestation on my property. Aptive showed up right on time. Listened to everything that I was telling the tech. He saw for himself the amount of fleas and gnats that were all over my backyard as we walked through the grass. He explained what he was going to do to get rid of this problem. After he was done I checked the backyard and I did not see any fleas or gnats flying around as I walked through the grass. Few hours later Before letting my two dogs out I check the backyard again and still no bugs. Very happy that he was able to disregard these bugs that had been bothering my two animals. Hopefully the chemical that he put down will last.

Sales Rep Trish is great! Went over every question I had. Made sure I understood their agreement before signing. She even gave me her cell number before leaving so if I had questions at any time or problems I could call her directly and she would fix the issue. She has held true to her word, any questions I’ve sent in a text have been answered in a timely manner. The Tech that came to the house to spay was very professional. Dressed very sharp. Made sure I was comfortable with everything he was doing and asked if I had any questions or concerns. He went over problem areas in the yard I ask him about. He even found wasps nests we had no idea we had. Over all I am very impressed with the service Trish and Alex have give me. I have not had a pest control company because they have always been very pushy at the door. These 2 Aptive employees have been great to work with and we look forward to a big free home and yard!

The technician for me was Stefan from Aptive in Bridgeville PA. He arrive on time and we discussed my problem. My problem is with voles. I am on about 1.25 acre lot in a wooded area. He placed 4 bait stations with me looking at what he was doing and following his descriptions of the applications. He demonstrated how to open these stations to verify the activity (if any) of the voles if they visited the stations and replace the bait if needed. So, I am very satisfied with his service. So far! We just signed up for service today, and I am impressed with the polite, professional manner of both your rep (Tayson) and technician (Jose). I have had pest services from many different companies over the past 15 years we have lived at this property and must say that what sold me was your use of a plant based product and the fact that you cover slightly more than the standard base of the house. Upon arriving, Jose and I walked through the property noting any problem areas (including a wasp nest near our downstairs bedroom window) and a plum tree overrun with aphids. He also was particularly attentive and respectful of my decision to NOT have any product to harm rodents on my property as I rather enjoy watching them in the wild section of our yard. Thanks!

We have had scorpions at our house and I read that nothing really kills them but finding them at night and squishing them. But after being stung twice I read About Aaptiv’s guaranteed to come back if I ever saw another one and I quit seeing them for over two years now this monsoon season I’ve seen three and got stung again and they came right out and did the whole inside of the house again. I haven’t had the inside done in a while and I think that’s why but I love their guarantee the guys are very professional and attentive and they always get rid of all the spiderwebs outside which I love

My technician Jerome was on time and was very meticulous in treating all areas outside/inside the house for insects. He took his time, but was very efficient and was in and out in no time at all. La Ron performed a quarterly service today and was extremely helpful in addressing new wasp nests in our shrubs and retaining wall lights. He eradicated the wasps and nest in the shrubs today, however the process required to treat the light fixtures is slower and more complicated. Spraying the fixtures would damage the electronic components, so a powder was used to kill the wasps over a few days, leaving the nests to be removed later. The process, products used and follow up required was explained. He even left some product to use should wasps return before the nests can be removed next week. Thanks La Ron!

Inspected eaves and exterior windows for wasp nests, spider webs and spider egg sacs. Removed any harborage or nest activity found on front, back and sides of home. Applied Insecticidal barrier treatment around foundation for crawling pest activity Applied insecticide crack and crevice treatment by exterior doors, windows and vents for crawling pest activity and to prevent pest entry into the home. The technician also treated a yellow-jacket nest I pointed out several yards away from the house and set mouse traps in our crawl space to ease my concern of the mere possibility of mice activity. He left the area clean and locked the gate behind him.

I had service yesterday performed by David, who introduced himself to me when I opened the door. He asked if I had any specific concerns since the last service. We went over the problem areas. He asked if I noticed any changes in the insect population in the yard. I told him that there had been an enormous increase in spider webs of the messy variety, indicating widows, though I had yet to see one. I brought up the white moths that were present while we chatted. Their caterpillars are VERY damaging to plants and flowers. He said they had no treatment for flying insects, I told him I would use hair spray on them, which he found interesting. He went on to service the yard, the fence, under the lips of my large outdoor planters and raised beds, the normal spots on the outside of the house and patio, my potting area, under the "handles" of the garbage bins, around the hose bibs, etc. He rang the bell to advise he was done and to say thanks. Then he said he was going to do a little more around the entrance and be off. Very nice man; thorough, professional and pleasant. I like the Aptive personnel as well as the service they provide. I have been with Aptive for over a year and have only good things to say about them. Their services are guaranteed. They IMMEDIATELY respond to my emails.

The representative of Aptive showed up on my doorsteps at the wright time, I was getting really frustrated with earwigs and spiders coming inside in our rental home. I know the house wasn't treated for a while ( over 1 year ago for a spiders) . Your representative Cameron was very knowledgeable, soft spoken and I got all the info I needed to be sure that this was the company I wanted to go with. Next was the technician's visit set for 9-11 am. Eli arrived little bit after 9 am, which was perfect timing for me. He was very respectful and kind, he even put a shoe's covers to not to bring any dirt from the outside . Love it and appreciate the gesture. Eli left me a little quote - on the "how we did" flyer- by Mahatma Gandhi, little personal touch which makes you smile. I haven't seen anything inside and almost nothing outside after his visit till the big rain on Saturday (2 days after treatment). Couple spiders in our lower level and earwig in the kitchen , but I know that it was first treatment for the house since a long time and things can try to come back inside, it takes time. I would still give 5 stars for both of gentlemen, Cameron and Eli for the professionalism and kindness. Will be calling to request Eli to be my specialist. Thank you

I am pleased to share that Fabian B is a excellent representative of the Aptive Team. He was professional yet friendly. He freely engaged in conversation during his service. He was not able to service the outside of the house due to the rain. He assured me that another request for service would be automatically scheduled based upon the notes he would enter. Fabian was most attentive to his task. Not once did I have to say “ You missed an area.” . As a customer, I appreciated this thoroughness. Fernando was our sales rep. He was professional and knowledgeable. A good salesman. Alex was our technician today. He arrived on time and presented himself and Aptive in a very professional manner. He clearly explained what he was going to do and made sure that I understood. He asked several times times if I had any questions. I believe he performed our service with care and thoroughness. He checked in with me when he was done and again made sure I understood what was done and what would happen next. He told me if we saw any bugs between treatments to call immediately. Joseph was courteous and very helpful. He listened to our concerns regarding the scorpions we found inside our house. He offered advice and provided glue traps and powder to try to alleviate our problem. Unfortunately, the last person before him was so fast and cursory that we believe that is why we found scorpions so soon after the other man's visit. Also, the other guy failed to do my office/study we he was here and that is where I found a baby scorpion awhile after his visit. But, Joseph, thankfully took the Necessary time to treat our home properly; and, hopefully, prevent another call-out to our home.
