Not worth the time, nor the heart ache it will cause. I borrowed $450.00 and I am looking at a total payment of $2500.00. That's 500% of what I borrowed. Could never get in touch with customer service and getting into my account, via online, was impossible. Will never use there services again.

This company will suck your blood. Go sell or pawn your wife's jewelry, your guitar or whatever you got but don't take a loan from these blood suckers. I paid $400 for $800 loan for just one month. Think other ways to get money before you fall for this one.

This company is a complete rip-off.. I called in to make a payment to pay off my loan at 8:43 am and was told that my payment would not be dated for today but tomorrow. That resulted in an additional 13.00 in interest that had to be paid... Never again!

Big picture loan is extremely predatory. I've been trying to pay off my mother's loan for weeks and they won't let me. She fell on hard times and I just want to get her out of this mess. The customer service was no help and I never got a call back or received an email that I was promised.

We never applied for a loan or received any kind of funds and they got into our account illegally taking money out we called and spoke to several different people and got no where said there was a misunderstanding and disregard the payment confirmation which is crap cause we never got a loan with them fradulant people please beware

After closing my account and providing written documentation that they are not authorized to draft my bank account THEY DID IT ANY WAY. 2 TIMES. After many phone conversations they will NOT return the money and just say "sorry for the inconvenience" This is a HORRIBLE DISHONEST COMPANY.

I took out a loan from them. The interest rate was near 700%. They kept renewing my loan to make it so I would never have it paid off. I turned them into the Minnesota Department of Commerce and found they were being illegal. I then closed my bank account and stopped paying them.

Made my payment and a little more to get it payed down. they took what was owed on the loan out of my account also. then they tried to get me to reborrow and would not credit back what they had taken without my knowledge. i had to make a stop payment on them so would stop taking money out. They advertise a one fee of $78.00 on a three hundred dollar loan but actually they charge $78.00 a month and 75 cents goes toward the principal. I have paid over 400 dollars and they say I owe $303.75 still. This is consumer fraud at its highest. I didn't realize it until I finally got through to them and asked for a statement of account.

I have called them several times and it is hard to hear the person and the communication is very poor. the loan amount is much more then advertised or explained to me. Do not use this company unless you want to pay allot and I mean allot of money. If I follow the term I will pay $1900 in interest on a $400 loan.

From their documentation on a $600 Loan: If you pay $167.32 every other week, you make 26 payments in a year. The Total Amount Paid after you've made all payments as scheduled: $4,348.64 Holy Crap!!
