Marble is a law firm that can help with a wide variety of legal needs, such as divorce, custody, immigration, and more.

With Marble, legal representation is no longer out of reach for millions of Americans. They’re breaking down economic barriers that have existed for decades, making it easier for people to hire the lawyer they deserve. Unlike many traditional law firms that require a high retainer fee upfront, Marble offers more flexible payment options, ensuring clients get the help they need, when they need it. For example, clients can choose to pay over time with a monthly payment plan.

At the same time, Marble cares deeply about the client’s experience. Instead of working with one busy attorney who can be tough to get in touch with, Marble clients get a qualified legal team, including a case manager dedicated to helping them throughout their legal journey.

Marble currently has offices in 10 states, including the following: California, Texas, Arizona, Florida, Illinois, New York, Georgia, and Colorado.

The Good

  • Wide Range of Legal Services
  • Ease of Finding the Right Attorney
  • Pay-per-step Pricing
  • Innovative Model that Empowers Lawyers to Better Serve Clients
  • Case Access, from Anywhere
  • Price Transparency and Financing Options
  • Experienced Legal Team

Wide Range of Legal Services

Through Marble Law, clients have access to fully vetted independent attorneys who handle a wide variety of practice areas, including:

  • Family Law — divorce, child custody and visitation, alimony and spousal support, and more
  • Immigration Law — citizenship, green card, and work visa or permit cases

Ease of Finding the Right Attorney

Marble makes it possible for clients to find an experienced attorney online. After an initial conversation with the Marble team, the client will get to speak with an attorney. During this call, the client has the opportunity to explain their needs and get a professional recommendation on the best path forward. If the client wants to move ahead with Marble, the financial team will work with the client to set up a payment plan. Marble is very flexible, so clients don’t have to worry that they won’t get the help they need if they don’t have all the money upfront.

The only exception to needing a payment plan is if the client has a legal matter regarding their employment. Marble takes employment cases on a contingency basis, which means clients will pay $0 unless they get a recovery from the other party.

Keep in mind, Marble is a modern law firm, not a referral company. This means that all attorneys have been vetted to meet Marble’s standards.

Pay-per-step pricing

Certain traditional law firms charge hourly (often hundreds of dollars per hour), and bill clients against a retainer that they need to pay upfront–and then replenish if they drain it. When clients get a legal bill from most traditional law firms, it probably won’t clearly state the work being done. Marble’s mission is to bring clarity into legal cases, and bill clients per service, not per hour–so they always know what you’re paying for. Clear, fixed prices for each step in a client’s case mean they don’t have to worry about an unexpected legal bill or a lawyer running up the clock.

Innovative Model

Marble was founded on the idea that the traditional law firm was outdated. Many lawyers at traditional law firms spend countless hours on vetting, marketing, and billing–Marble believes that’s time that would be better spent focusing on clients and their case strategy. That’s why Marble takes all of that work off of lawyers’ plate, by empowering them with a team and suite of tools to help handle the admin–so they can spend their time on their client’s case.

Case Access, from Anywhere

Lots of law firms are outdated when it comes to tech–some even still send faxes. Marble wanted to make it easy to track your case progress, contact your legal team, and upload and review important documents, from anywhere–that’s why they created Marble Home, a secure, virtual case portal where clients can see messages from their lawyer, track their case progress, and get access to exclusive resources.

Qualified Legal Team

At many other firms, clients only have access to one lawyer who may be incredibly busy. It’s different at Marble, where clients work with a qualified legal team: an attorney, paralegal, and case manager. The attorney leads the case strategy, while the paralegal meticulously prepares all the legal documents. On top of that, they have a case manager, who’s the point person and supports the client throughout their legal journey. This ensures that clients get quick answers to their questions and feel taken care of.

Price Transparency and Financing Options

One of the most stressful parts of a legal journey is how much it costs. Attorneys typically charge per hour and require a high retainer fee, paid upfront. Once a client starts working with an attorney, bills can quickly add up, making the client feel stressed and out of control. This can be extremely challenging, especially if the client didn’t expect this cost and hasn’t budgeted for it. One way Marble removes some of the stress is by setting flat fees for each legal service. This way clients know what they’re getting and how much it costs before signing on with Marble. Then Marble takes it a step further by offering financing options. Clients can set up a monthly payment plan, allowing them to start getting the help they need right away while paying over time.

The Bad

  • No Free Consultation
  • Limited In-Person Meetings

No Free Consultation

Some law firms offer free consultations to clients, which can help determine if it’s a good fit for all parties. Marble doesn't offer free consultations, but they do offer a legal strategy session with a qualified attorney (many other law firms that don’t offer free consultations charge hundreds). During this call,  the client has the opportunity to explain their needs to an experienced attorney and get a professional recommendation on how to move forward. Although Marble charges $49 for this strategy session, that fee is applied to their balance if they decide to move forward. If the client cancels the session in advance, Marble refunds the fee, no questions asked.

Limited In-Person Meetings

Marble prides itself on being almost entirely virtual, so clients most likely won’t go into an office to meet their attorney. This helps the client save time and money by not needing to commute, but if a client strongly prefers going into an office to meet their attorney, Marble may not be the right choice. That said, if that’s very important for the client, they can definitely ask Marble if an in-person meeting is possible.

gavel

The Bottom Line

Marble aims to provide exceptional legal services as well as payment plans that work with most budgets. This makes it a great option for those looking for an experienced attorney with more payment flexibility. Marble serves clients in 10 states and is rapidly expanding.

ANYWHERE BUT MARBLE

had a racial discrimination case against my former employer and my attorney didn’t use all the elements of the case…. Even when I asked why, questioned what he was doing I never got clear answers - answers were always evasive. Communication ABSOLUTELY SUCKED!!! And there’s no other clear example I could give in law other than if this were the OJ SIMPSON CASE and me/Marble Law were the “prosecution” with ALL of the evidence against “OJ/my employer”, my lawyer at Marble Law focused solely on the Bronco Chase and tried to use the facts and elements of the Bronco Chase to prove OJ Simpson did it. I know that because I fired my lawyer after 2 years of not answering questions, not being available EVER, not telling anything he was doing - it wasn’t until I fired him that it was confirmed what I knew for 2+ years - my lawyer didn’t do anything!!!! And didn’t do anything to the point that I feel he was in cahoots with the other side.

This people are bunch of crooks and shady. I pay this attorney firm $2200 for an attorney to represent me in my divorce. They make me filled a questionnaire from which they filled the document in the computer. they send me 2 documents by email that they filled up with my questioner. It happens to be that me and my wife worked things out so I call them and cancel the service. Well…. This people had the nerves to charge me $2000 for 2 forms. They never went to court nor filed anything in court for me. They claim it was all the work they did for me that in essence was only 2 forms! this is unacceptable and they are ripping me off!!! So in conclusion… they did nothing for me and stiff me of $2000. Don’t use this company please! Not worth it and they are bunch of crooks! When ask if I can talk to someone else of course their is no direct line to a decision maker(how convenient). What ever they are going to tell you is not what it is. This attorneys should be ashamed of themselves for ripping people off and their customer service is useless!!!!!

**Warning: Seek Independent Legal Advice, stay clear of Marble Law** I urge anyone considering legal services to seek assistance from an independent attorney. My recent experience has left me utterly disgusted and deeply disappointed in the pervasive greed and lack of ethics in the legal world. It is disheartening to see companies prioritize profit over providing genuine and quality services, particularly in critical life events. This company operates with deceitful practices. Despite portraying themselves as having their clients' best interests at heart, they are solely focused on their own financial gain. They pressured me into taking out loans for my divorce at exorbitant rates, exploiting my trust even with excellent credit. The promises of personalized service and care turned out to be empty lies, as their attention to me dwindled post-payment. Once the deal was secured, their facade of friendliness vanished, and getting in touch with them became an arduous task. Their system is designed to benefit themselves, leaving clients feeling disregarded and unimportant. When I raised concerns, they offered no solutions or ongoing communication, promptly suggesting I withdraw my inquiries as they had already received the payment. It became evident that my well-being no longer mattered to them; they had what they wanted—my money. In light of my distressing experience, I implore you to be cautious and seek legal counsel from professionals who prioritize integrity and genuine client care. Do not fall prey to deceptive companies like this one, whose interests lie solely in profit maximization at the expense of trust and ethical practices. Protect yourself and your interests by choosing independent legal representation that truly has your best interests at heart. These good reviews on this platform I assure you were purchased or a fake!

I paid over 8000 for an attorney to represent me my attorney did not finish my case at all. We have trial coming up but as soon as I paid off the money because they charge a flat rate they dropped me the next month saying the attorney quit and they couldn't get anyone else. But the attorney told me she was still working for them that they dropped me. They only gave me half the money back and they didn't even do anything! This place is a scam! They charge a flat rate so they can drop you and keep half the money without doing the work. If your case isn't going to be finished quickly and your payments will be paid off before your case is over then beware because as soon as they aren't going to get anymore money from you they drop your case with no warning! You screwed over the wrong mother! I have already turned them into the BBB! And I won't stop until I receive a full refund or my case is finished correctly! I would never choose this place if you have a case that's important to you!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! Will take your money and do absolutely nothing. My so called attorney literally sat in court without hardly speaking a word. Then they charged me almost 6k for that. She never did anything else for my case. Showed her face and let my exs attorney do all the speaking. Customer service told me they would give me a 75% discount because the attorney only put forth maybe two hours of her time. Now here it is two years later and they are trying to send me to collections after an agreement was made about price. Which I already paid! Now I’m hiring an attorney to file suit against them.

I cant even put stars for this law firm They caused nothing but stress and depression and now an over $2,000 charge for one thing they did! It was never explained throughly that all they would be doing was the starter paperwork for my custody case. I could hardly EVER get anyone on the phone from my lawyer or my team And when the lawyer says Are you sure you can win this? After the intital consultation I was worried but gave him a shot. I could only get ahold of one to two people and that was only after me constantly hounding them. When court was coming up and I was told there would be an additional charge for him showing up, I had a breakdown. I dont believe I should have to pay such an ungodly amount as a single mom trying to get her kids back and you did NOTHING but cause me more stress and anxiety to boot!! I had to discharge myself from this firm and find someone who would actually help me and be with me the whole way through!!! I have proof where I emailed constantly trying to get updates to no avail. And now I have this ungodly amount of money on my credit I cant pay! You should better communicate to your clients EXACTLY what they are getting for the amount you require them to pay!!!! I was never explained to throughly about what I was fully getting! There was no fluidity to how things were done and it was an awful, stressful experience!!!! I dont think I should have to pay this bill!!

After waiting time and time again and through two different attorneys of theirs nothing was every completed. After several explanations of what was needed still attempted to file the wrong items. Attorneys don't return calls and you constantly have to chase your tail with them. Quick to take your money but horrible at delivering any results. After 7 months deal waiting and waiting asked for a refund and still got the run around. Finally agreed to refund and they stated "someone " would call to finalize results and complete refund in 7-10 days. No one ever called just received an email stating the refund would process 7-10 days. 21 days later still no refund and impossible to get anyone on the phone. Incentive, horrible service, on a legal matter that was drug out over 7 months with no resolution. Would never recommend.

This is the most unresponsive and unprofessional law firm. I’m an active duty service member trying to get a divorce.Dealing with their customer service is the most challenging part. With the lack of communication with attorneys and paralegals and the bare minimum of help from customer service, take your money elsewhere. You will wait 1-3 business days for any concern, then never receive a call. Then when you call back, it’s another 1-3 business days, and the circle repeats. I constantly call about the same issues and get the same cookie-cutter answer. No supervisor can help, and customer service is the only number not to receive help. It may be affordable, but you get what you pay for. Take your money to a more professional firm because Marble Law is anything but professional. You already deal with many stressors needing legal help, but dealing with this company makes it 100 times worse. Why pay your good money to these people so that they can add to your headache?

BIG SCAM!!! If I could give 0 stars I would! Paying them any type of money was a big mistake on my end. I had a custody case that was not taking seriously at all. I have tried to reach out to my attorney several times, she simply ignores several of my messages. I even called and requested a new one and couldn't even get them to call me back. If you want to lose your kid in a custody case, hire these people. If you want to constantly have to reach out to your lawyer and be ignored, hire marble law firm. If you want to ask your lawyer to put in motions and for her to do nothing for WEEKS, this is your place. They’re really out here SCAMMING PEOPLE and playing with lives. save yourself much time energy and stress and hire a real law firm.

DON'T DO IT! I hired Marble Law because of the payment options, and the need for a lawyer immediately for my custody case. I had court dates quickly approaching, and responses to the opposing party that needed to be filed. I was assured by Marble that they would get right on it, and documents would be filed immediately. Needles to say I go to court in two weeks, and after a six weeks in, NOTHING has been filed. I have made phone calls, and sent an email to Marble stating my concerns... They still haven't responded. What makes matters worse is I am paying $9,000+ for LIMITED SCOPE services. For $9,000+ I "get" my discovery response filed, request for discovery, and Trial. Turns out those rates are highway robbery!!! I am being GREATLY OVERCHARGED for these services. I have a very easy case (so I've been told by several lawyers) so at this point I have zero confidence in a firm that has not lived up to ANY of their promises. I essentially took on all of this debt for nothing! Marble saw my desperation and capitalized on it! I have every intention of reporting this firm!!!

I signed on with Marble Law a while ago. My attorney Paisley A was a complete failure, she made promise she did not keep. She did no research on my ex for the divorce at all. She did not respond for days or weeks after messaging unless I held payment. The Tennessee managing attorney Jeremy made promises and drug out a continuance that never got filed, even though he said how important it was to be filed with in 30 days. After they failed for almost 3 weeks to get my file corrected with the correct charges, then they wanted to hold me up for more money. In the end I have a trial date 6/6 and they have completely put me in a very bad situation. Jeremy sent a text saying they were going to file the continuance for free, of course after they drug it out and he could find a way out of it. This review will be all over the internet. This is so bad I am in the process of filing a bar association complaint and with the state attorney general. Do not use this company if you value your case or money.

I signed up with marble law a month ago they promised that I would have an assistant and a paralegal and a lawyer. I’ve never was given a paralegal, and the assistant was very unhelpful pretty much useless. The lawyer kept telling me he was going to contact my ex-husband‘s attorney the next day but it never happened. It’s a month later and it still hasn’t happened. Meanwhile, my daughter and I are living without alimony. I have a special-needs daughter and we are have really struggling. They charge me a ridiculous amount of money I was willing to pay. But they made promises that they cannot keep. They said it would be very simple. Will be done in two weeks and here we are a month later and they don’t even contact you. There’s no email address for the attorneys. The whole thing is a scam. The whole thing is ridiculous so disappointing I am filing a complaint against a lawyer and the law firm for negligence. Had they filed when they were supposed to with my lawyer? I would’ve had this months alimony, but he chose not to and when you try to call them, they don’t answer and there’s no email. The whole thing is like unbelievable

***WHATEVER YOU DO DON"T CHOOSE MARBLE!!!** I never give anything but 5 stars and glowing reviews but a consumer warning is needed here. I wanted to give zero stars but it would not let me. This is not a real law firm. It is also not a human or humanitarian law firm by any stretch of the imagination. This is a middleman that will find you a lawyer somewhere within 500 miles of you. The type of lawyer that they will find you is one that is incompetent and desperately needs leads and will try every means, including delays and forcing the case to go to court when it doesn't need to to get extra money from you. The bundling concept is garbage and I wound up getting charged double what they opposing party was charged by a real lawyer that lived and worked right in the county that our case was in. The incompetent lawyers that Marble connected me with lived many miles away each and did nothing but harm. Actually, if you want to spend a lot of money for nothing and help the opposing party, go ahead and sign up with the Marble scam.

We lost out on a very important opportunity for a young lady we've been raising for the last 5 years. She graduated high school with amazing grades and wanted to go to college. Due to COVID, adopting her was delayed. Against my better judgment, we hired this firm to help us make it happen quickly to meet deadlines for college in the fall. We were told via email that the entire process would only take 4 months, it's been ten. Plan B is to now wait until she turns 18 in September, then she could apply on her own, but has to wait an additional year to apply. Unfortunately, taking her in wasn't planned, so we didn't have the cash saved up to pay for her tuition. By adopting her, we could have used my wife's disability benefits from the V.A. to cover the expense but that deadline has now passed. Of course, Marble is just a referral agency, which is why I didn't want to use them. You pay them to find you an attorney, generally struggling attorneys. The entire setup is prone to failure, aside from low-hanging legal fruit. The attorneys Marble hires are forced to work at a fraction of their hourly rates, meaning they focus on the easy money and push others aside in pursuit of quick cash. Most legal issues are complicated on some level, so many suffer as we have. If you look closely at the positive reviews found on Google and such, they look fake. Most are five stars, posted recently, and all with the same voice. We were hurt by this company, which promised the world and delivered nothing. We asked for a refund and they ghosted us.

I began with Marble Dec 14th 2022 and to date I am on the hook for approx $12,000, and now I am 22 days away from the next hearing at which point myself, my kids, and all our animals, 5 horses, 4 dogs, 4 cats and 3 goats will literally be put out on the street with NO WHERE to go. My case is a complicated one and not what you would refer to as a "slam dunk". However I have come to the conclusion and it is abundantly clear that my "attorney" is not experienced and my case is not the type of case that a novice attorney should be cutting their teeth on. At the last couple hearings it was very apparent and obvious to me that my attorney did not know basic court rules. How many pages could a motion be, how many pages of exhibits could you submit, and when you should submit them and the fact that my hearing was not the proper venue to argue what she was arguing. I have wasted almost 3 months with this attorney, whom I actually like, however as stated she is clearly not experienced enough to handle this situation. She seems overwhelmed, overworked, frazzled, and at hearings appears as a high school student trying to do a book report on a book they havent read. I am repeatedly told by her how confident she is in our position yet every single hearing she is shot-down and destroyed by the judge and opposing counsel. I actually feel embarrassed...because of the way she presents herself. At one of the hearings the judge as much as she could without giving legal advice told her she needed to redirect her focus but then at the last hearing my attorney went in with exactly the same argument as the hearing before and the disappointment and disapproval on the judge's face was clearly apparent. For example the judge said, so you didnt submit anything new and you are coming to me with the same argument? Then in the middle of my hearing the judge was handed 150 pages of exhibits, which my attorney submitted the day before the hearing and the judge and opposing counsel obliterated her right in the middle of the hearing. For the past several days from that hearing on March 1st, where we lost yet again, she tells me she is going to tell me next steps, what our plan is, give me an update etc...that was 8 days ago and I still havent heard from her. I then received a phone call from Marble finance department telling me the last case was "closed" which again has a hearing date of March 31st! How is it closed?? and its going to be another $3000 for some "motion". What motion? I am running out of time and I can not sit here assuming that she has this handled when every time she has told me that before its clear she doesnt. Its too late now to tell me that I dont have a case. Its too late now...3 months and $12000 have been wasted by someone telling me that I do. I am literally facing being put out on the street with nowhere to go and I need someone to step in and take this over, now ASAP.

When I was set up originally as a client of Marble Law, the financial team set me up perfectly and followed through to return mu calls and messages, until they received my money. Once they received my money - either they became unreachable, or when I finally received contact after much agony and effort, they did not follow through with my case. Following my previous negative reviews, of my experiences with this company - the client quality team reached out to me, after promising in their reply to get me back on track and to address the hardships caused to me by Marble Law. I was then promised a call to follow up and discuss the issues properly, after the specialist conveyed the need to gather the necessary facts and details relayed before discussing the appropriate measures needed to address the issues raised. I never received that follow up call to discuss the issues as promised. I emailed the specialists again in order to receive contact and to address the issues properly. In my experience there is no follow through with this company. Be warned and Save yourselves and your family. I would not recommend placing the legal issues of your family in the hands of such a firm.

My name is Jesse A of St Mary's ga,I am currently assigned a child custody lawyer through this law firm, and I have been contacted 1 time through email since I hired one of their attorneys named Casey, any email I sent gets no response, except 1,I am not informed on anything happening,at first she was very polite on the phone and said she would be in contact after payment, then after payment I never got the response in the time frame they gave,I called, and then finally instead of returning my phone call,I get a email.i have since then tried to update her about my case with no response .I am a very reasonable person, but this does not feel right ,and I am giving it until Friday March 3rd,to at least get a voice chat and some information,or for her to discuss the case ,and listen to what I have to tell her,or I will be seeking a refund, and finding other council.she could be an amazing lawyer and very busy, but it only takes 2 mins to send a reply or call and tell me that.not trying to be rude in the slightest.but I haven't seen my children in 18days,and I would just like to know that this person cares about my case and not just money.hired Feb 12 and it is not March 1st and I got 1 email and zero replays or interest in what I am saying.if the lawyer feels that she is to busy or not a good fit for my case ,I would like to know.because my children are 3 and 5,and I am missing out on a lot everyday I am not with them .so as of right now I would not suggest anyone use this law firm.or they can change my mind and I will change my review.

I wouldn’t recommend this law firm to my worst enemy.. My attorney was not prepared for my hearing, she didn’t not know how to question me at court, it was so bad that the judge had to interrupt her doing the questioning and tell her what she was doing wrong. Morgan R also expressed to me that i was giving her anxiety cause i had questions about my case and wanted to know the worst case scenario, she also went on to tell me how she had other case to prepare for so she couldn’t talk to me anymore “at that time”. I get that she is a Laywer and have case but i work and have cases as well and i can unsure anyone that each gets my undivided attention and i am alway prepared for anything. Before i paid any money and was on the phone with a recruiter i asked for a bull dog Laywer cause i knew what type of person i was up against. I have called and tried talk to upper management to get a new Laywer but no luck at this time. I feel like i have been Rob, it’s always about the money and i wouldn’t have a problem with that if i was seeing some results. I pray this review helps the next person not to get robbed.

I did a Google search for "discount divorce attorney" and Marble Law came up. I didn't have any money as my husband (the breadwinner) was not providing me any money help since our separation. I wanted to file for divorce first so I could be somewhat in control of the process. I contracted with Marble Law to file for divorce. Well, beware. That's ALL I GOT. I was charged $2000 just to file the divorce paperwork. I thought they would follow my case through at least the first hearing. Nope, not to be. I got a call that in order to file the Motion for Spousal Support and be represented for that hearing, it would cost another $2500. What!? What part of this is a discount? At this rate, paying for each step, it will be an invoice over $10,000!! I can say with certainty that I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND Marble Law. Now I have no other choice than to represent myself for the remainder of the proceedings because I wasted $2000 (that I didn't have) not realizing how they work, or lack thereof. They take advantage of people in the worst times of their lives. Thanks for that Marble Law. Your "discount" program sucks and takes advantage of people.

I don't know how this company has been able to obtain as many stars as they currently have on Trust Pilot. Read their Yelp Reviews and do your research. In speaking with other attorneys, they spoke horribly about the process (or lack thereof) which really reflected my own experience from start to finish. The only person that is accessible to you is the person in charge of collecting your payment. My case is related to family law/child custody. We have a trial and a pre-trial that is coming up at the end of this week. I finally heard back from the attorney who was assigned to me, last Friday (today is Tuesday). He thought less than a week was ample time to prepare for a pre-trial and a trial. I have no words. My family case is complex and we needed an expert witness and other witnesses. All of this was laid out when engaging with Marble. All of this was specifically relayed to the attorney the first week in October. He gave me homework and requests that I completed within a day. I never heard back from him until this past Friday. My case managers keep changing. I don't think they even know how to help me. There are no defined processes for escalation besides "let me have a think" / "I will look into this." I was way too nice in the beginning until I realized that they are NOT doing this for free and they are not my friend. This is a business that I am paying for a service in an area that I cannot drop the ball on. Marble has no oversight on lawyers they "co-counsel" with. This means they find an attorney near you whom they have a weak relationship with and outsource you to him, despite informing you that you will have a case manager and a paralegal in addition to your attorney assigned to your case. Despite my multiple and repeated attempts to reach the attorney, no one at Marble was concerned. I also could not get anyone to pick up the phone. I had to schedule multiple requests online for a new consultation in order to get someone to call me back. This really felt like a scam. If I can save anyone a headache or trouble by not going with them, please listen to me. You do not want to be in my shoes, without representation, on a pre-trial before a judge and an aggressive opposing counsel. They left me out to dry. I have requested my money back. Not once have my concerns been validated but instead, I was provided with "I am going to look into this" only to not hear back from anyone. If you don't have options and go with Marble Law, brace yourself for another uphill battle.

Words can not begin to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with Marble Law. I needed some legal advise and to file some paperwork back on September 27th. I had to call back at a later time to schedule another meeting before filing paperwork due to the change in my circumstances. I have been cancelled on three times! Each time I sat around for an hour waiting for the attorney's phone call. Several hours later I'd get a call saying how sorry they were and schedule me out another appointment a whole week later. It is now November 8th and even the Senior Partner that was supposed to call me, never contacted me, not even to reschedule. I am no closer to solving my issue or getting the paperwork taken care of that I need. This was an absolutely a terrible experience during an already extremely difficult time in my life.

Prices are extremely high! Just having a payment plan shouldn’t be a justification to be a rip off!! I asked them to apply for the green card for my wife and 3 kids. In the beginning they told me their legal fees would be 5000 $ but I would get a discount because I am applying for four people. When the money people called me after the initial consultation, they told me it will be 5500 for each one, but they will make a discount to be 5000!!! Other offices provide the same services for around 3000-3500 and that seems reasonable especially cause there are other costs included in the process other than the legal fees. Just didn’t feel comfortable from the beginning and I didn’t want to start something with them then regret In the middle of the process.

Do your self a favor and hire ANYONE ELSE but Marble Law. They are a sales company that takes your case and farms it out to attorney's that look at you like nothing but a number. you think your getting a deal with Marble but your not. Your being taken advantage of in an unfortunate situation. They had a slam dunk case with me and ran it into the ground. They didn't even communicate when i had court or deadlines. I missed court because they didn't respond to email, texts, or call backs for five days leading up to court. they neglected to tell me it was on zoom vs in person. They seriously don't care about your case they just want to collect the monoey... HIRE ANYONE ELSE BUT THIS COMPANY THEY ARE EQUAL TO LAW BROKERS TAKING YOUR CASE AND FARMING IT OUT TO C- LEVEL LAWYERS.

Hands down the worst experience of my life. My daughter has been kept from me for a year. My divorce and child custody were all I needed. It started with David C being a complete and utterly useless individual. Between him and his paralegal they kept mixing up my paperwork. Took make it better I requested a new attorney and they assured me a discount and true help would make me feel better. So dumb of me I added 2 additional services to bring my bill up to $8,000. Fernanda in billing waited until just now 4 pm to let me know they don't have an attorney for me. I have court first thing in the morning tomorrow. I called the main office and they assured me someone from my area would call me In 10 minutes. It has now been an hour and close to closing time and I still don't know what I'm going to do for court.

I have started using marble law about 4 months ago. For a custody matter and unpaid alimony. A financial plan has been put in place for the payment of unpaid alimony and the custody case which invole fake accusations on my behalf. We are now months later and I'm asking why nothing has changed in my case. I get very sketchy update on matters that are important. Such as the lawyer is getting a hearing ready. While this is not responding to my questions. The case manager is the bridge between my lawyer and I, and there is no support. The amont of money that I pay is huge and in return I have no update on my case. All the steps that had to be taken and for which I signed the contract aren't being taken. At this point I'm fed-up to be left aside in my own case. To have no explanation and responses to my questions. The money is being taken every months and nothing is moving. I was told the last time that a hearing is being put in place. I asked what was the hearing for. ? I received absol no responses. While the essential questions that I have are not being answered neither are my requests in my own case. Why am i paying for. ? This is non sense. At this point I want to know know what I'm paying for? Because nothing has been honored except one hearing. Why am I paying 15000 usd. For one hearing ? No way

Hired this Law Firm to assist with a TRO and Custody matter, They were immediately paid. Prior to the hearing the attorney evaded my calls, even when they accidentally picked up the call, they hung up on me. Just prior to the hearing the attorney filed a motion with out my permission to extend the process to require an additional hearing. Despite my contract with them stating that if the attorney delays the outcome there would be not additional fee, they demanded more money. The Attorney quit the case without resolution or putting any actual work into the case.

This company robs working class people. They promise service but do not deliver. I opened a case a year ago and it is still opened and now messed up beyond belief. Worse was the laywer was so bad I had to call to complain multiple times. I am still being charged for services not rendered. Worst lawfirm ever. I file a BBB complaint daily in hopes someone will stop their predatory practices.

Super Expensive!!! And they lied about lawyer representing me up to 3 court visits. Cost me 2700 for first visit to court. 3000 more if I wanted her to come to 2nd court visit. 6000 more if I wanted her to file 2 forms to court pertaining to my case. They do offer loans to prepay for services through outside providers if you willing to get that much in debt with them. Hate that I'm paying 2700 plus interest for my lawyer to attend 1 court hearing with nothing being resolved.

I haven’t had a good experience with Marble. From my legal team no keeping in contact to my attorney that was assigned to my case not reaching out for months. I’ve called numerous of times still not getting any clear answers. I honestly feel money and my time was wasted because my case doesn’t seem important to them. Now I have to continue paying Marble and hire new representation

Ada Z and marble are thieves! They lied and screwed my case and took way too much money for the zero services they provided. Ada Z missed time sensitive dates for my child custody case then out of no where withdrew. After me showing her numerous emails, texts, and call logs trying to get ahold of her. This law firm doesn’t have cola in pricing. Stick with a tradional lawyer it will save you in the long run! Stay away!

Worst company that has ever existed! They overcharge you for work that is never done…. The lawyer can’t remember who you are and what case is yours. They aren’t prepared when it’s time to show up any legal meeting. They act like they care but the only thing they care about is getting your money. A lot of it!! Don’t do it!
