WindowWorks has impressive warranty terms. Products sold by the company qualify for a lifetime warranty. Additionally, WindowWorks includes a five-year labor warranty on installations. If a customer isn't happy with an installation, WindowWorks should be able to fix it at no cost within the duration of the warranty.

With 25 years of business behind it, WindowWorks has been able to accumulate a large amount of online reviews. Unfortunately, not all of these reviews are positive — some, rather critical. There have also been formal complaints filed with the BBB; 13 of these occurred within the last year. 

Recurring customer complaints fault the company for its lack of punctuality and responsiveness. Others were unhappy with the quality of products and installation. To the credit of WindowWorks, the company’s employees do try to connect with these frustrated customers and make things right. However, whether the company follows through on these claims is unknown.
