We got Newpro windows when I bought my house in 1998 and we love them! We had a couple issues with a couple of them and even though it had been 20 years, they came back and fixed it like their warranty said. I was so impressed with the windows. We had all our windows and sliding doors replaced and from getting the quote to the installation team, NEWPRO was the best! They answered all our questions, helped us take advantage of a great financing program, and have even checked back in with us to make sure everything was perfect. The installation went great and the team was so nice. They did have one problem, where a windows was the wrong size from the manufacturer but they resolved the problem and scheduled a follow up as soon as they recieved the correct window. It shows how much they care to make it right when something unexpected happens. As for the quality, we could tell the difference in our houses' insulation almost immediately. The doors and windows are holding up great. We would highly recommend NEWPRO to anyone looking to update their home.

NewPro was excellent from the start to the end. We had a great experience with Tyrell on the sales end, and we loved the team of pros who came in to do the work. They did exactly what they said they’d do in the time they quoted us. We planned two days for them to come in advance to take out windows and install. It took two days, first was installation from inside, second was outside. The entire team was extremely professional and we love our windows. We were able to get a loan through MassSaves as we chose triple pane. We can feel the difference in our energy efficiency.
