I had to have one window replaced due to a broken seal. The company sent an email verifying the replacement time and date. The window and two men showed up on time, after calling to say when they would arrive. The window was replaced in less than 20 minutes. They did an efficient job.

We had windows replaced in our entire home. We love our windows and the team that came out to the install was excellent. They had to deal with our three dogs the whole time they were there and they made the whole experience easy to deal with. They were clean, neat, fast and very courteous. We highly recommend them to everyone.

We are in the process of installing our last two windows. The house is much warmer and quiet and we love the doors . One door is separating on the inside, however, and our installer thinks we can glue it back. The whole inside of the door is pulling apart and we had to tape it together for it to close. our installer has the flu and plans to glue it back together when he returns next week. Besides this, all is beautiful. Any suggestion. Also, one of the small wheels in the screens is missing. Where can we get one?

We are very pleased with our sliding door. It is very attractive and works well. The technician told us to only use a lubricating spray without petroleum distillates. We cannot find this anywhere. Can you suggest some sources for this?

We installed Milgard windows 17 years ago and they are still holding up well! I purchased another local brand of windows for a different part of my house shortly after I installed the Milgard windows and I continually have them fog up and get hard to open but not the Milgard windows.

We had Millard windows installed about 15 years ago. We have had no problems with this brand. We noticed a big difference right away. We no longer had the draft like are old windows. And we seen a big difference in our electric bill. These windows made my house nice and toasty warm in the winter and nice and cool in the summer without breaking the bank.

We absolutely love our new window for our rental property. The window techs were extremely professional, on time and work diligently to make everything perfect for us. These new windows have cut down our tenants on heating and cooling cost immensely and we were so happy to have new windows in our rental property now. We have windows and doors from MIlgard and they do a great job at masking sound. They are nice to look at and relatively easy to clean. I like that the latch is easy to open on the windows the slide up, and the windows that crank and then lock - are also easy to maneuver. I would use Milgard for all future windows and doors (sliding or french) Plus, Lifetime warranty.

We have Milgard windows in our home that is about 6 years old. We have been very happy with our windows! They are sealed well and don't ice up on the inside when it's cold. They are easy to open and close which is super nice. The screens come out easily when needed for the most part. The bigger screens are sometimes difficult, but compared to other windows we've had, these are much easier. I think any big screens are just bulky and more difficult. The windows themselves are awesome! I would definitely get Milgard again if we ever needed new windows.

I had milgard windows installed in my house about 5 years ago and have loved the quality and look they provided for my house. The efficiency and ease of opening them great features. I love the color and quality of window. They were installed by a very reputable company ABCO Glass and made all the difference in my home. They have a great warranty and I was able to get a tax credit for their efficiency.

Total lack of accountability for shipping 3 out of 4 defective windows from Portland factory that had to be completely taken apart & rebuilt by a technician. Technician declined to provide a service report - told me Milgard would forward it if I made a request - Lauren said Milgard doesn’t share service reports publicly. Requested acknowledgment that issued were factory related as technician indicated. Sent an email with no acceptance of Milgard’s responsibility for the problem.

That appointment was changed by Milgard the day of the appointment to after New Years. We stated we wanted an afternoon appoint but was given an early morning appointment. They replaced my two windows that had a broken seal. However, one replacement seems to have some scratches on the glass. I thought it just needed a good cleaning. But after lots of windex and lots of scrubbing inside and outside, the scratches remain. It's better than what it was (foggy & smeary), but I was hoping my front view would be as clear as they used to be when I first had them installed. Bummed that there are scratches on this replacment. Other than that, I was very pleased with the process and the installer. He was great!

Lots of Milgard inefficiency and time to get my two windows replaced. I am the original owner and I required two windows replaced that had failed. I submitted a claim and Milgard arrived a couple months later to replace the windows. One of the two windows was not correct so the service tech placed an order for another. Couple months later, the tech arrived again but window was still not correctly made. Couple months later, tech arrived with correct window and job was finished. I tech seemed to do a good job. I fault Milgard for making the incorrect windows.

Sticky window issue

I moved to this condo 2 years ago and had trouble with one window. It took all this time of trying to have someone come here to fix it. A short time ago, I was sent a video to watch, on how to fix it myself. That didn't work. It took several more email messages to finally get approved for a technician come to evaluate. I'm upset that it took 2 years before I got help! The technician who came today, was very friendly, professional and quick to solve and fix the issue. So I had to wait such a long time to get help, then a little silicone spray took care of the problem!
