The crew arrived exactly on time, every day, and worked consistently....finishing the job within the promised time frame. A decorative window, which was old, broke during removal, and was replaced/special ordered at no charge to us. We are very pleased with how beautiful our house looks.

I liked the fact that John H was very thorough explaining the merits of the windows. They helped with financing and set a date which was very close to the actual installation. The installers were professional and everything went well. There was a broken window that was resolved quickly. The windows are beautiful and easy to operate. Victory has called me and texted me even after the installation to make sure all was well and that I was happy. I feel secure with the new windows and I am happy with the whole process. I definitely recommend the company and the windows.

I had 2 phases to my window(s) install. The first was fine. The 2nd found us up and waiting for I believe it was 2 hours late for the install to start. When I called to see what was going on you all apologized and sent over 2 installers who hurriedly put in the remaining windows. When called to see how it went I told of my un-easy feeling about the 2nd phase because it was late and seemed "hurried". I was told someone would come and check the installed windows to assure all was well. No one ever came. I am now a little skeptical about all of it and wonder if the need for all the window replacement was needed or if I was "talked into it". I remember the man who looked at one old window when I was deciding and said "is that mold?" was really concerned with mold or just saying it to get me to buy more windows. Also, I was not pleased with the quality of the windows/install as cold air was pouring in from them. I went to put a draft blocker over the lock part that connected the two parts that was really drafty only to find that the windows were un=locked. ALL of them!!!! I went to every window you all installed, and they were UN-LOCKED!!! After locking them, I am still checking on their soundness and it isn't bad so far.

The product Victory has is truly amazing. It’s custom and of high quality. I wish I could give a 4.5 star instead of 4. The only reason I dock the 0.5 is due to the need for me to explain the few things I needed changed on install. Victory had absolutely no problem addressing it and changing the items I wanted. It just required me to call a few different times to get it done.

The house is 43 years old and needed some attention. Victory Home Remodeling was the answer. They were competitively priced, relatively new to the industry and eager to help. I had the soffits fascia gutters and siding replaced. The house looks brand new! The people who worked on the house and with me from the beginning to the excellent outcome were good at what they did and very professional. They did their jobs well. I was kept in the loop the whole time. I have yet to find one nail laying around after they finished. Their warranty is excellent. I believe they will stand behind it if I ever need them.

This project started w/ my husband & I wanting to change out 3 windows. THREE. We'd gone thru the whole spiel w/ Anderson who wanted to swap out all our windows for an obscene fee. That was NOT what we wanted. After submitting an Angi request, Victory reached out. We set up an appt where they showed us the quality of their windows & also pointed out the poor condition of ours. We were immediately impressed. I'm talking energy efficient, virgin vinyl, break in resistant & MORE. We were sold but concerned about being appvd for financing. Kyle was able to find us a lender at a decent rate. He assured us the job wld go smoothly. Truthfully we were dreading the actual install because of the mess. Kyle assured us again that everything wld go smoothly. Install day arrived. We were told prior that it'd be an all day project. Understandable for 18 windows. A team of 4 arrived at 8:30, got right to work & were done by 3pm! And when I say done, I mean installed AND cleaned up. They thoroughly vacuumed the areas they were working in. I couldn't believe it. Now our windows are beautiful! No more mold. No more decay. No more stuck locks. What a total upgrade! I've never experienced such good service. We're looking fwd to finally being able to open our windows safely AND saving $ on heating & cooling. Money well spent! I highly recommend Victory Homes.

The workers completed the project and cleaned up so well that it didn't even look like a construction site. There also was a project leader on site that was very interactive while the project was going on and answered all of my questions.

Victory did a excellent job on the siding and trim around all my windows. Excellent workmanship and crew was very professional and hard working. They worked 10 to 11 hours per day and kept coming till job was completed. They also to were responsive in coming back to do some touch up work. They were the most expensive contractor quote but sometimes you have to pay to get excellent quality with no aggravation! I believe that paying 15 percent more was worth it for this quality job. My instincts were right in choosing Victory..
