If you are looking for a moving experience that turns into a complete nightmare, this is your company. The sales team talks them up, the prices seem a little cheaper, and once you pay your deposit, hang on. We were moving from GA to TN and they changed the pickup times 4 different times, and then tried to back it up one day. Once the driver arrived he tried to charge us an extra $300 for a riding lawnmower that was already on the inventory list, and then their customer services told me that the driver had not even signed and acknowledge the inventory list and was not aware of what was on the inventory list. I had to call customer service at least 6 different times during the pickup time, and at one point, the driver got pissed off because I would not pay the extra $300 and just got into his Uhaul truck and drove off. I called customer service again and the drive agreed to waive the extra $300 and said he would come back at 4 PM; the driver showed back up at 8:30 PM. My wife and I were up 23 hours that day dealing with this move. The driver said he would contact me the next day and let me know what time they would be delivering our stuff, and it didn't happen either. He just showed up. Then while unloading my riding lawnmower they almost dropped it off the back of the truck and I had to help the driver and his helper keep my mower from falling off the back of the truck. Then the driver tells me that I have made this move miserable for him. Customer Service told me that a manager would be contacting me about this experience, and nope, that didn't happen either. I was told if I wanted to speak with a manager that I would have to contact them. This company contacts their work out to god knows who all, and then extra "helpers" show up at your home to assist.

Don't hire these people! They will give you a quote that seems like a deal then 24hr before your move a guy from quality assurance will text you asking for pictures of the things you plan on moving and your price will double or triple. But they will tell you it’s not their fault they use a computer software. Don’t listen to anything they tell you. Just read the contract because whatever they text you or email you doesn’t matter. For example the sales guy Jason B. told me 4 days to get us your stuff but that doesn’t matter because in the contract they have 30 days to get you your stuff. They will use all 30 days. It took 32days for us to get our stuff. I have all the text! I have so much documented. But they will tell you they are just the brokers. They have no clue what they are doing! The companies they hire are a joke. You should see what they did to our stuff. It is completely destroyed! We have at least 20 boxes that are destroyed with broken glass and every single one has fragile stickers on the box’s. My wife had a glass chicken that she got from her mom who had passed. It was broken into a million pieces. The movers that unloaded thought it was funny. Then on top of that they lost all of our clothes boxes! Oh and they lost her wedding dress. Lost all of the bolts and nuts to the bed. The crazy part about all of this is our mattress and headboard weren’t even hauled inside of the truck. It was hauled from Kansas City to Eugene OR racket strapped to the back of the truck. There is so much more that happened. That is just some of it! They might that have not hauled it but the people they picked are horrible!!!! I have pictures of all the damage they did to our stuff. I will bet they copy and paste some fake generic response taking no responsibility in all of this.

ZERO STARS! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Or use at your own peril, especially for an interstate move. They will quote you a cheap rate, book your move with a terrible moving company, (TCLE had a D rating from the industry standards on one website) they will absolve themselves of any responsibility for knowing where you stuff is, (MINE TOOK 7 WEEKS to reach me) and for additional charges that are imposed on you once they have your stuff on their truck. They are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my life- they don't even identify themselves on the phone when you call, or ask how they might help you on the "customer service line." ("United Express" is your greeting.) You will be gaslit into thinking you're crazy for asking questions, lecture you on DOT rules, and they won't produce a single shred of assistance or helpful information. I paid almost 3 times the contracted rate in the end, it was late, no explanation was given as to why. (You won't have a "claim" until it's past 30 BUSINESS DAYS that your personal possessions are not delivered.) I had to pull teeth just to get the freaking real NAME of the company that was responsible for my stuff, and when I was able to reach THEIR customer service, they lied and always had to be pushed to provide any information. Supposedly, my stuff sat in Colorado for at least 4 weeks because of various excuses that they gave me. 3 more weeks later, some guys arrived and said they did the "recovery" of this move, and treated my stuff with very little care, and acted like they were doing me a personal favor. Save yourself NOW! These clowns are the WORST!

They don’t deserve any stars ! My experience with United Express Moving and Storage involved unexpected charges, apparent undisclosed transfer of my moving contract to another company, unprofessional and unsafe moving practices, property damage, inadequate packing and protection of my belongings, failure to meet delivery commitments, and a complete lack of meaningful communication from both companies. I hired United Moving Express on July 28, 2026. I paid a $1,293 deposit at the time I booked the move. I subsequently paid United Moving Express another $2,000 on August 14, 2026. Before the move, United Moving Express represented to me that they would be handling my move. When I specifically asked United's customer service representative, Paul L., whether a third party would be involved, I was told that United did not work with third parties and that United would be handling my move. I later discovered that my move had apparently been assigned or sold to All State Movers without my knowledge or consent. On August 14, 2026, United representative Ryan informed me that my bill would increase to approximately $3,400 or more because of what he described as a miscalculation. Ryan W. also told me that United would contribute $4,000 toward my final bill. That representation did not occur as promised. On August 15, 2026, the driver, Eddie, arrived at approximately 5:00 p.m. in a U-Haul truck rather than a clearly identified United Moving Express vehicle. The people assisting with the move appeared to be local individuals hired from the neighborhood. None of the workers wore uniforms or other identification showing that they worked for United Moving Express. The driver refused to begin moving my belongings until I paid an additional $1,700 through Cash App. I had already paid $3,293 to United Moving Express before this additional payment was demanded. The moving process itself was extremely concerning. The workers did not properly protect my home. They did not cover their feet or adequately protect the areas through which my belongings were being moved, resulting in dirt and mud being tracked onto my carpets. Walls were damaged while items were being removed from the home. One of the workers quit in the middle of the move because he reportedly refused to continue working for $60. My belongings were also inadequately protected. Fragile items were not wrapped in bubble wrap or cardboard before being loaded onto the truck. Instead, blankets were generally used for protection. My mattresses were not properly wrapped or covered. I had to specifically request that the existing mattress covers remain on the mattresses, and the driver told me that mattress covers would cost an additional $50 per item. I had previously provided United Moving Express with photographs of the items included in my move. Despite this, the driver did not properly organize or load the items according to what had been represented. As a result, three items—the television, glass table, and patio chair—had to be placed onto another truck. The driver also had only two boxes available for four televisions. I contacted United Moving Express's floor manager, Alyssa G., on August 15 regarding my concerns. Alyssa acknowledged that the driver's conduct was unprofessional. She stated that she would take the matter to compliance and listen to the recording of my conversation with Ryan on Monday, August 17, to verify what I had been told regarding the charges. She also assured me that she would contact me with an update. Despite my subsequent attempts to reach her, she stopped responding to my calls and text messages. The delivery process has been equally unacceptable. I have been without my personal belongings for nine days! This company is a bunch of scammers that need to be put out of business! A class action suit would serve them right !

After signing a contract, they called at 4pm the day prior to my move to let me know they want 2x the agreed upon amount. Ryan W., a rep with the company, noted if I did not pay, I would be in fault of the contract and would lose what I had already paid them. Clearly dishonest company, and used the bait and switch tactic. DO NOT USE THEM OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!

OMG what a horrendous experience. I was lied to from the start, actual move was 3 x more than quote, delivery company took over 2 weeks to finally deliver. All furniture was damaged with chips, boxes marked fragile were crushed and contents destroyed. I don’t wish this company on my worst enemies. Run far away, do not trust anything you are told, all lies. Price, packing, delivery , set up all lies.

The booking company told me they needed an additional $1,500 for unspecified "reasons." I agreed to pay the extra amount only on the condition that they informed the moving company that they had taken my final $1,500 and that the movers agreed to this arrangement. The booking company assured me that everything would be fine. However, when the movers arrived at my home, they demanded payment. I explained that I had already given the last of my money to the booking company under the agreement that the movers were aware of the situation. The movers then refused to proceed and left. When I contacted the booking company to request a refund, they claimed that because I had "denied service," they were entitled to keep the $2,500 I had already paid. This feels like a deliberate scam. They took the last of my money, created a situation where I could not pay the movers directly, and then used that as an excuse to claim that I refused service so they could keep my payment. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this company. Ryan W. was My Point of contact.

I'd give these clowns 0 stars if I could. They are the WORST. Bait and switch, moved my stuff off of one truck and onto another (placed my furniture in grass) (had grass stains on my couch and bar stools, they called the day of to say the cost would actually be higher and they needed the rest of the money up front, denied of course, then their boss called me trying to make ammends and get me to continue with them, agreed that the rest of my balance would be payable by credit card, teenage boys come, load my stuff on a penske truck, I was going from MI to TX, they drove out of the way to someone's house (I know because I had an airtag in with my stuff), (which, I should also mention the driver called me and asked that I inform him if I had an airtag in with my belongings??? SKETCHY.) Then, when they finally brought my stuff to my home in TX, they demanded the rest be paid in cash- which I obviously did not have on hand, big russian guys came to drop my stuff off, threatened me if I didn't stop recording our conversation, they then got their boss on the phone (some nigerian guy) who was talking russian to them, they threatened that if I did not give them the money they'd keep my furniture for up to 30 days.....Absolutely traumatizing experience and if I didn't want the stress right now, I'd sue them in small claims. Oh and Carl Kemp is the absolute worst human being on this earth as well. Sneaky, conniving man.

Worst experience I've ever had with a moving company. I was lied to multiple times, first by the broker then by Ryan Williams of United Express Moving and Storage. His quote was misleading and after sending a list and a video of my stuff, he wrote a contract that didn't reflect what was being moved. When the movers arrived, the day of the move, they raised the price to 3 times of the adjusted quote. Since they already had 2800 dollars as a down payment, I felt stuck so I let them load my belongings hopeful that the management would correct this. This didn't happen either. Now all I can hope for is that they didn't break all my things, but will finish this review after they deliver my belongings.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a terrible experience with United Express Moving and Storage and would not recommend them. The day before my scheduled move, the company contacted me and demanded an additional $500 deposit. This was despite the fact that I had actually removed two of the largest items from my inventory. While I did add some additional boxes, the request for substantially more money at the last minute felt unreasonable and like a bait-and-switch tactic. When I questioned the increase and declined to pay the additional deposit, the situation got even worse. The customer service representative, Ashley, was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the conversation. Instead of trying to address my concerns or explain the charges respectfully, I felt pressured and dismissed. To make matters worse, Ryan repeatedly hung up on me during our conversations—four times. Being disconnected multiple times while trying to resolve a legitimate concern about my move was incredibly frustrating and showed a complete lack of professionalism and customer service. No customer should have to deal with last-minute price increases, pressure tactics, rude representatives, and repeated hang-ups when they’re already dealing with the stress of relocating. I strongly encourage anyone considering this company to get everything in writing, review all charges carefully, and be prepared for unexpected demands shortly before moving day. I canceled my move and was told that I will loose my deposit. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again. It’s not even a company, bunch of untrained people.

If I could give 0 stars I would! We trusted them to move our entire life for us but the truck showed up around 11pm after we went to bed. Mind you they were supposed to show up between 9a-12p! The guy was just standing in the road! He then demanded $4,000 cash! In a truck that had graffiti all over it and it was falling apart! We turned him away because I’m not sending my entire life with someone I don’t think will take care of it! We call the company the next morning! They say they will find someone else! 2 days later they says they are sending THE SAME MAN! We canceled the first truck and turned him away within the 72 hrs! They won’t give us a refund OR find us a trust worth moving company! We have turns them into the attorney general AND the BBB! I will also be reporting the moving company for to the FMCSA and USMPO! Untied express is supposed to send out companies that are FMCSA certified and everywhere I look it’s “not authorized” or the certificate is “not on file”! The company is seal pack van lines. In the united express website it states “it is the shippers sole decision to hire the recommended carrier or not” they never told us prior to the truck showing up who they were for us to do some research on the company. On their website it’s states they will then dispatch someone else! On their website it also states the movers “verbal quote” is NOT an official estimate that it HAS to be in writing! Seal pack van lines verbally ask for $4,000 they never presented any written documentation! On united expresses website it states it is up to the mover to determine the dates and times for the pickup and drop off. The mover must enter those dates upon the order for service and bill of lading. It is also stated that if your mover is unable to meet either the pickup or delivery dates or provide service during the periods or time specified in the bill or lading, your mover must notify you of the delay at the movers expense. The mover MUST provide you will the pickup and drop up in writing! That was NOT done! In the written contact under the “understanding your estimate” it states “any deviation of the services listed and ordered will result in a new estimate being issued. When I mentioned that they refused to write a new one. I then mentioned how I had called around to other local companies and they all informed me that they are a scam. Once I started saying that and talking about reporting them the phone call ended. When I tried to call back they had my phone number blocked!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I requested a refund after not being able to move and was told I am S.O.L on the large deposit I made. So now my order is sitting in limbo while they get to keep my money. I was told I could have someone else I know use it if they needed but I would not recommend this service to my enemy let alone a friend. Make sure you read carefully because unless you plan to move within a 3 day period youll never get your money back. They will swindle and take advantage of you saying you can move the date out as far as you need to but if you end up not moving at all you get nothing. There customer service is not even a service they did not help me in any way other than making things more difficult for me and no one having authority to do anything within the company.

"Scam" is about to happen if you use them. Moving household items from Utah to Hawaii. David Blackrock (772-828-2223) had me pre-pay up fron $7,202 to secure the move. Long story short and a total scam during the entire process move will cost around $25K!!! They load up your items then switch the paperwork during the process using brokers. Now I am basically hostage and they use my household items as "Ransom". How they are not being prosecuted and sent to prison is beyond me. I filed a report with the BBB so hopefully over time they will be prosecturd. A 42' container is around $12k so go that route "DO NOT" use this company!!!!

Every ‘one star’ review is 100% correct. They flat out lied to me about being a family owned moving company. Of course they aren’t going to let you know they are a broker. They purposely give you a low estimate to lock you into a deposit. And the moving company they sent was a nightmare to deal with. They were actually more dishonest, if that’s even possible. The company is currently under a new name, Moving Services NV, USDOT 4062804, located in Las Vegas NV. Their previous names were Alpha Moving Services, and Konami Moving and Storage. The owner, Aviv Mordechai was indicted a few years ago for moving fraud. He took a plea last Valentines Day 2025. The address under the current name on the BOL is a home address. Website is the same as their current name.. If you look them up through the USDOT number, they already have a hostage complaint.

Scam, They give you a price based on what you say you have. They might say a 26' truck will hold a 3 bedroom house. Then a call two days before your move and jack the price. My price doubled and a lot the reviews at trust pilot and the better business say the same. Think if you have to be out of a house on a schedule and these guys call you two days before the movers are supposed to show and Boom they got you! You may have no choice. I reduced what i was shipping but they didn't even want to know? They said it would be better if I just listened. I actually reduced the items from 43 to 23 and the price two days before my move went from $9535.24 to $19,000.00. Yes that's right these guys are complicit in deceptive business practices. Beware of doing any business with United Express Moving and Storage. You may be very sorry!!! I am!

Don’t use, they tell you what you want to hear, write a contract with exactly what you want to see and find out it means nothing. They take your money and promise you the world but it’s all moot, their contract isn’t close to the contract you have to sign with the actual company who moves your items. They are a broker, nothing more, nothing less. They claim they vet all the companies they work with, yet the company who they hired told me United Express are all cheats and liars. When you call them to complain about being lied to, they tell you it’s your fault. No accountability, just sign their contract and be on your own after.

Worst experience I have had with a moving company. I was quoted $1200.00 by United Express Moving and Storage (UMS) who contracted Front line to “pack and ship” my storage unit of construction tool and some personal effects. After they packed it up and put it on their truck, they called me and said it would be $2400.00. I said no put it back, they said they would not put it back until I paid them $400.00 for their trouble. Realizing I’ld been “had”, I acquiesced to the $2400.00. Then they delayed shipping my belonging. Picked up on 16Jan24 and delivered 08Mar24. When delivered, the first thing I noticed was that EVERY SINGLE box was CRUSHED. (see picture of example). Then as the unloading progress I noticed significant items missing, commercial airless paint sprayer, relatively new power washer, new Bosch router with plunger in hard case, all my shovels, rakes, sledgehammers, picks and assort trowels, brooms, antique Arabian type swords worth over $3000.00 I got in Afghanistan. No one spoke English communicated through iPhone translator. He would not give me a copy the itemized list of what they said they pickup and after repeated attempts by email, text and phone calls to this day have not received said manifest. At this point they will not respond to any of my attempts to reach them. They told me to contact their insurance. Insurance has been stalling and will not commit to value of items. They want to pay pennies on the weight of items. In English they may pay $75.00 for over $6000.00+ for lost or damaged. UMS to date has taken NO RESPONSIBILITY. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I was called the afternoon before the move and told that I would need to pay another $1200. I refused. I was then called by someone who seemed to be working from home who told me that the movers would arrive on Wednesday between 1-5pm. A day late. But then on Tuesday 2 sketchy looking guys in track suits showed up and demanded I pay another $3K or there would be no move. They also told me they would not be packing anything or disassembling anything which was part of the original agreement. When I refused to pay the extra $3K they told me it would now cost more because I was being disagreeable. I refused to pay and they left. On Wed no movers showed up. I am now out my almost $700 deposit. These people are nothing more than gangsters.

UNITED EXPRESS LAIRS AND COWARDS! Run away from this company as fast as you can! I contacted this company to move our belongings from Rhode Island to Florida. They gave me a good price and sent me an “estimate”. I learned that they are not the actual movers but contract the work to moving companies. I contacted them again and told them about my concern that since they are not the actual movers, if there arose any issues that I might be left in the cold, stuck between a company that had our money and the company that had our belongings. I received a call from Jim who assured me that this would not happen and that they would be with us every step of the way to guarantee that things went smoothly. I then spoke with Bill “the ex-Marine” (what a joke) to determine what size truck they would need. I made very clear that we had a storage unit 10 x 25, and another at 10 x 10 so they would need a truck that could take a total of 10 x 35 to fit all our belongings. Bill said they could fit everything into a 10x 25 because the storage units were not filled to the very top and that extra space would not be needed. I informed him that we had 4 large leather chairs and a leather couch that were BRAND NEW and we didn’t want any items stacked on top of them because it would result in depressions on the leather that would ruin them and I was happy to pay the extra space for a 10 x 35 to ensure our expensive new furniture arrived undamaged. Bill kept insisting they could do that and repeatedly said he was a professional and knew how to do his job – that my concerns were unfounded, and he personally guaranteed NO ITEMS would be placed on top of our leather furniture. Also, I said we needed our stuff picked up on a Monday and delivered on Friday. He agreed to everything, sent the “estimate” once again and we paid over $3000 to them. The movers arrived on Monday with a 25’ truck. I was shocked and when I told the movers that the truck was too small to fit our belongings without stacking items on our leather furnishings, they said they’d do their best and when the loaded most of our bins and boxes first, it became apparent they would not be able to fit everything without stacking and said they could bring a second truck but that I would have to pay for a second truck to move our items and that was going to cost a few thousand more dollars. So, I called United Express and spoke with Brittany. I told her the issue and requested to speak with Jim, but the coward would not even come to the phone! I asked to speak with Bill W (“Mr Marine” what a shameful joke he is) but he too is a COWARD and would not take my call. Instead, they let poor Britney repeat to me over and over there was nothing they would do, and our agreement was only an “estimate”. Since we had already paid and they had our money there was nothing we could do. The movers loaded our fine new furniture and packed a lot of items on top of it. THEN they tell us they would not be able to deliver on Friday as Bill promised and they would let us know what day they could deliver. I asked why they would not just drive our belongings straight to Florida because the truck was packed to the very ceiling so it wasn’t like they could get more items from elsewhere to add to their trip. I spoke with the boss at the moving company (the men who loaded the truck were great guys who worked hard) and he told me they would “do their best”. So my wife and I left on Monday and drove to Florida to wait for the movers. On Friday I hadn’t received a call saying what time would arrive, so I called, and they still had no answer and said they’d get back to me. Well, they arrived NINE DAYS late. We sat and slept on the floor for over a week wearing only the 4 days of clothes we left with because we had nothing. Finally, they arrived and unpacked our furnishings. As I feared, the chairs and couch have impressions on the arms, back, and cushions from the items stacked on them. Thousands of dollars of furniture were ruined. These people at UNITED EXPRESS are LIARS AND COWARDS. Run as fast as you can to another company. Tom Sotis, West Palm Beach, Florida

The company 72-hour cancellation policy. They do not accept if the sale of your home falls through outside of that time. I am still being charged for the move even though it did not happen. The company keeps referring to the policy and won't accept that I could not move when everything fell through days later. The company also uses third-party vendors and is not liable for anything done. They keep billing me for the $1,322.

DONT TRUST!!! They stole 1.5k from me and my family. We had signed a contract on Friday, over the weekend it came up that we no longer had to move. Called Monday and they refused a refund!!! The stole this money from hardworking people and hind behind a cancelation policy to do it. They stole my rent my daycare and out monthly food, if you work for this trash company look for somewhere more honest. If you are thinking about this company just take a look at the BBB site they have more complaints then I have ever seen from a company

An agent called and when I told him I would speak with my husband for the pricing the agent said “Ok, go f#!k yourself” and promptly hanged up. He was very pushy so maybe he was a scam pretending to be with United Express (??) The caller ID says United Express tho
