Moving Ahead Services did an amazing job on our move last August. And since we are moving again this summer, we’ll try to book with them again! We had a tough move - three flights to the house, and house has 3 floors. But the Team was so great! careful with our furniture, organized, and patient. Our experience was very good overall.

The guys were great! I moved across the country and couldn’t have done it without them! They unloaded my large car ( and everything strapped to it), followed me to the storage unit, helped me load my car again and followed me back home to unload. What would have taken me DAYS took them maybe 2 hours?? 10/10 :)

I needed a commercial freezer moved from Madison to Willoughby, they had it picked up and moved faster than I could have done it and without the dents that I would have inflicted. wonderful experience. they boxed all my items really well and put everything back together upon arrival. i gave 4 stars instead of 5 because they did damage two small tables of mine and i was not reimbursed for them. However it was a 3,000 sq ft home and that is the only thing that was damaged out of everything

I couldn’t have been more pleased with my move using Moving Ahead Services. From the friendly office staff who picked up my initial phone call (no voice mail promising a call back) to the very helpful and efficient young men who actually did the “heavy lifting” it was one of the easier aspects of my move. I really liked the online estimating model that allowed me to take the time to list everything I wanted moved – down to the number of packed boxes I did myself. The day of the move the guys and truck arrived on time and worked non-stop until I was settled in my new condo. I have a “bed wall unit” that is a pain to move. It needed to be disassembled and put back together at the new place. It was clear they were used to doing this - what I was afraid would be a major problem was no issue for them. They took the time to ask me where I wanted the bigger pieces of furniture to go and were happy to move them around until I was happy with the placement. The staff at Moving Ahead Services was such a pleasure to work with!
