Jakes Moving & Storage

Super friendly, great communicators, hard workers! Jake was willing to take on a rather unique job (moving a 300 pound, 150yr old, stone baptismal font; from one end of the sanctuary to the other). The parish is really thankful Jake and team were able to get the job done well and in good cheer, especially after being turned down by all the other moving companies we reached out to about the job..

We just used Jake’s for moving our home to both a storage unit and some to our temporary housing. As promised, they arrived promptly at 7am with 4 guys and 2 trucks. They loaded one truck for storage and the other for our housing and were very conscientious about what went where. My husband was there to “direct traffic” of our goods but they were great. They took care with our furniture and goods. Done loading and unloading by noon and our price quote was spot on. Thanks again to Jake and his crew!

On time. Courtesy and addressed all my concerns. Two hour drive to my place in the Twin Cities. Two bedroom, two bath, two car garage loaded in just over in hour. Two hour drive to my new home. Completely unloaded in about 30 minutes. No damage to anything. Highly recommend.

Renting totes from Jake's made packing and moving so much easier! The totes are study for all the heavy stuff, stack beautifully, and eliminate all the excess waste and disposal of boxes.
