J&J Vanlines offers a range of moving services to meet the varying needs of clients and to relieve the stress that is often associated with moving. The company offers the following moving services:

• Local moving — J&J Vanlines offers reliable moving services for relocations within Cape Coral or Southwest Florida.
• Long distance moving — J&J Vanlines offers fully-insured long distance moving services for relocations across state lines.
• Packing and unpacking — J&J Vanlines provides high-quality packing services and materials to ensure that your belongings are safe and secure.
• Delicate/valuable item moving — The J&J Vanlines team is trained and equipped to handle delicate/valuable items (pianos, antiques, artwork, etc.) with care.
• Commercial moving — J&J Vanlines offers comprehensive moving services for business relocations, including the transport of electronics and other valuable items.
• Storage solutions — J&J Vanlines provides storage solutions for clients that may need a space for their belongings for a period of time. 

It’s worth highlighting that J&J Vanlines focuses on providing each client with personalized service, ensuring that your unique moving needs are met and that your belongings are protected throughout the moving process.

J&J Vanlines Same-Day Moving Services

If you need to move fast, J&J Vanlines offers same-day moving services when available. It’s important to note that the company can’t guarantee same-day service; for this reason, it’s recommended to book your move in advance. However, the J&J Vanlines team understands that some moves can’t always be planned with notice and will try to accommodate your move, if possible.

J&J Vanlines Transparent Pricing

J&J Vanlines doesn’t outline specific service rates on its website, but the company seeks to make pricing transparent and affordable for clients. 

J&J Vanlines provides the following two pricing options:

• Hourly rates — Hourly rates allow you to customize pricing based on how long you want the crew to work based on a timeframe that fits within your moving budget. The downside to the hourly option is that the clock begins when the crew starts working and ends when they finish, despite any unforeseen delays.
• Flat rates — The company will provide you with one flat rate for your entire move, taking all moving needs into consideration. This can provide peace of mind, knowing that even if the crew runs into unexpected delays, the overall cost of the move will not be impacted. It’s important to note that a flat rate is not adjustable unless you choose to select additional services.

J&J Vanlines partners with each client to build a custom estimate specific to that client's needs. Estimates are based on the cubic footage that your items will (collectively) utilize in the moving truck, so you’re only paying for what is shipped. 

At reservation, a 10 percent fully refundable deposit is taken to reserve your move. The final balance is paid in full at the time of item pickup and/or delivery. After you’ve reserved your move, there are typically two follow-up calls to discuss any changes to the move, inventory, dates, etc. — you can make as many changes as necessary up to three business days before your move.

J&J Vanlines Refund Policy

If something were to happen, J&J Vanlines allows you to cancel your moving reservation up to three days prior to the first scheduled moving date.

Additionally, if you cancel within this period, the company will refund your deposit in full. Just keep in mind that the company requires both verbal and written cancellation notices. 

Any last-minute cancellations (made less than two days prior to the move date) forfeit the deposit and will not be refunded.

J&J Vanlines proudly serves Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Naples, and the surrounding areas in Southwest Florida. While the company does provide long distance moving services, it’s important to make note of the J&J Vanlines’ local service area as some services may not be as accessible beyond this area.

Most moving companies have a small local area that they serve, allowing them to curate local expertise and relationships that can help them move clients more efficiently.
