This includes a minimum of 5 hours of labor and 1 hour of travel time. In order to maintain customer satisfaction, all quotes for local moving services overestimated by relocation coordinators to avoid suprise charges. This quote acts as a cap for the charge of the moving service.

A unique offering provided by Dedicated Van Lines is the flat rate local full pack pricing. This service includes all packing materials and crating materials such as: boxes, bubble wrap, stretch wrap, tv bosex, mirror boxes, picture boxes, wardrobe boxes, lamp boxes, and brace bars. Flat rate pricing is $100 per hour.

Received quote from Jason on inventory over the phone. I reduced inventory 33 boxes and got a quote from Eric that was $700.00 more. When the movers arrived I realized that Dedicated had brokered the move to Princz moving. My contract stated pack one day deliver the next day. Before any merchandise was packed I got a phone call from Princz stating they needed another $750.00 before proceding. $250.00 for 2 mattress pads, I went to Walmart purchased 2 for $15.00. $500.00 over night storage. Told them had a contract next day delivery, they said would not deliver till paid $500.00. I told them fine you want to deliver same day I will meet you at the new location that night which was a 6 hour drive. I got a call about 8PM stating be there next day no charge. I have damage to my old residence, I am told they are not responsible for any damage.

Horrible experience ! DONOT USE THIS MOVERS !! If there was an option to give ZERO stars, I would have done that. Warning : If during the move, any of your items is lost, you WILL NOT get compensation for that ! I had booked a move with Dedicated Van Lines for the end of July 2023. On the day of move, they sent a third party movers called "R&M transportation for the move". In the transit, they lost my 300$+ bike. When R&M transportation delivered by stuff, they mentioned that it would have been misplaced the bike during the transit and they would try to relocate it as soon as they can and if they are not able to do that in a week, contact the movers and if needed please file a claim for it ! So I did exactly what was asked for ! However after submitting the claim, R&M claimed that there was no missing bike and asked me to contact Dedicated Van lines for the missing item which I did. It has been since 6 months since the move, I have been emailing then every 2 weeks for any update on the compensation , but they hardly reply ! The last response from Ryan G from Dedicated Van lines on 27th November 2023 was "R&M transportation has been unresponsive. Will do our best to continue to reach them. I have attached the screenshot of the email communications Before the move, dedicated van lines will be constantly in touch with regarding the move, their customer service agents would be excellent. But once the move has been completed, they will not respond to any of your queries ! Also "R&M transportation" are not professional movers. On the day of the move, just 2 people initially showed up for the move and then they contacted 3 random local helpers in the area. All three of them were not professional at all ! During the move, one of those helpers stepped on my 65 inch OLED TV while packing the TV ! I was in total shock how can someone do that. Thankfully though when the move was completed, the TV wasn't damaged ! I was fine with a third party movers being involved in the move ! However if an item is lost in the transit, neither the 3rd party nor Dedicated Van lines take responsibility for the move!! DONOT BOOK THIS MOVERS !

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This coming fraudulently represents itself as a long-distance moving company when they are a moving brokerage firm. They own/operate 0 moving trucks. They brokered my move out to a company called Witty Mover and Delivery and it was the move from hell. The review I posted for Witty Mover and Delivery is pasted below. This was truly a horrific experience. This company should be shut down. My move was brokered out to this company from Dedicated Van Lines, a company that misrepresents itself as long-distance movers. Relocating from Pennsylvania to New Mexico with this company was hands down the most egregious moving experience of my life. I do not know how to capture the level of dysfunction and fraudulent business practices fully but I shall try. They are the worst: 1. they doubled the cost of my move, 2. they destroyed and/or didn't bring ~$6k worth of my belongings, 3. my boxes were riddled with rodent feces, 4. they were ~2 weeks late, 5. when I called to get an updated delivery estimate their phone numbers were coming back disconnected and I thought all of my property was stolen for 24-48 hours, 6. it took 6 months for them to finally respond to my property damage claims which only happened after I began consulting plaintiff attorneys and threatened them with litigation, 7. the settlement they offered covered ~0.05% of the value of the property they damaged, destroyed, and didn't deliver. Basically, you are better off using anyone but this company. Additionally, under no circumstances book a move through Dedicated Van Lines, they are equally as fraudulent as Witty Movers and Delivery.

They will change quotes, get your initial deposit, day before move will call to change, and day of move the mover will try to charge more. Dedicated Van Lines is a broker, to outsource your move to F BBB rated movers like Whitty Movers and Delivery, Inc. Your items will be on a truck with other moves, they couldn't even fit Items and told me will have to move them, put my items in the storage then move me. They packed all of my items POORLY and false claims of "white glove" is a false advertising. Your items WILL be damaged, they didn't even wrap some of my furniture and what they did wrap was completely damaged, shattered 75 inch tv, broken items in boxes and I can continue on. All to say, even though I was taken advantage of by positive reviews most likely not done by real customers, I hope others won't be deceived. Dedicated Van Lines will put on their website reviews, but there are plenty of us saying this exact same thing. They will not be there on the date you agree on, they will take longer to deliver than promised, your items will be on a truck with countless others, they will hold your items hostage with no eta, and for my experience another delivery company delivered my items 3 weeks later than the initial movers. They will retaliate on negative reviews, that should show enough how terrible they are on customer service. I am trying to file a claim, and there is no response, and level of communication is terrible from start to post delivery. Avoid the headache, avoid the bait and switch, and avoid a horrible moving experience. Find a company that has their own movers and trucks, not a broker. I've had friends have much better experiences this way, and I'm learning too late!

We originally picked this mover because of past good reviews. Clearly, something has changed with the company since after a month and long text conversations they refuse to do the bare minimum to make things right for a move that went horribly wrong. A month ago my wife and I moved from Virginia to Illinois. We've moved a lot over the years and this time purchased "White Gloves Full Service Packing". Almost every day we checked, double-checked, and triple-checked all the details via email, phone, and text. This includes letting Ryan G know that the DRIVER expressed concern over the packing task resources when he called us the day before the move. Moving day: No packers, limited packing supplies on the wrong sized truck. My wife and I had to pack four entire rooms in just a few hours, jeopardizing making our flight to Illinois. A month later, still no refund for the services not rendered, just a complete runaround. Moving day was hugely stressful, my wife had just lost her father a short time ago and had a personal health scare. We asked for the absolute minimum...a refund of the packing services. Dedicated refused, finally telling us to quit asking or their legal department would pursue harassment charges. Do not use this mover...if *anything* goes wrong, they will not do anything. Once I began posting my experience with Dedicated Van Lines, the company tied the less-than-full refund to the deletion of the reviews. I pledged to remove the review *after* they sent the refund because they are completely untrustworthy. They refused. The full refund would have been less than $700 dollars, They have fought and lied over a pittance...that's what kind of company they are. In addition, because the logistics and truck size was totally screwed up by Dedicated, our household goods had to be loaded on a small truck, transferred to a semi, transferred to a small truck, and then unloaded into our house. Unsurprisingly we have many broken and missing items due to the extensive handling. Seriously, contract with *any other* mover than Dedicated.

Ryan G at Dedicated Van Lines contracted our move to LA Transfer and Storage, and the pick up day went terribly. I told Ryan about the issues we had and he promised that he would work with LATS to make things right for us. Around a week after we arrived in AR we found a house to rent so I alerted Ryan of our new address. He told me that he would get our delivery scheduled with LATS and in the meantime he would obtain a detailed inventory from LATS to help with my concerns about some items possible being left off of the moving truck. I waited a week, assuming that Ryan was working on a deliver schedule and inventory for us. When I contacted him again he couldn’t even remember telling me what he would do, and did not have any updates or documentation for me. That happened again the following week so I reached out to LATS myself, only to find out that Ryan didn't call them and they were estimating at least another 2 weeks just to schedule our move due to them running out of trucks and drivers. It was almost a month before we got our delivery scheduled, and it was a full 49 days between pick up day and delivery day. Ryan started ignoring my calls when LATS continued telling me that they couldn’t schedule our move yet. He used religious holidays, family issues, and anger with LATS as a smokescreen whenever we touched based for the few minutes he would give me. He hung up on me multiple times and he never once produced any reliable information. It became clear that Ryan had abandoned me and my family when he quit answering my calls, texts, and emails. That was a full two weeks before I got a guaranteed delivery date from LATS. I am working with LATS separately to resolve issues with them. I have not heard from Ryan once since he abandoned us. This move was a disaster on multiple levels, but it was made much worse because of Ryan’s poor communication and ignorance. DO NOT TRUST Ryan G at Dedicated Van Lines with your family's well-being, he does not care about his customers at all!!

I saw the high reviews and they were able to beat every other quote I received. They were pretty responsive. I added things to the quote to actually get a higher price, so I didn't have any overages and was able to budget. I even took them up on their free service to FaceTime around the house so they could get the most accurate quote possible. When the day came, they were $7000 off. I did not purchase anything between the quote and move day, in fact I actually sold things. They were just way way off. Could a few items slipped the cracks on my side? For sure. $7,000 worth? No chance. Be very careful using them and be prepared to go over budget. Once they are done with you, do not expect a reply back either. They are a ghost.

Couldn’t give this lying thief Ryan G a zero. You book a move, “deposit” is HIS commission. Guys working for RM Movers show up in a U-Haul demanding non recoverable funds to start. Contract for climate control storage-We put GPS trackers in the furniture caught them stashing our belongings in a tin warehouse. After rescuing stuff we are opening box after box of broken China.

Worse experience ever, the representatives are brokers they have ghosted me when the move went wrong. They are brokers and have disappeared. I have not heard from anyone from Dedicated Van Lines about my claim. The movers that were hired and not from Dedicated showed up late, argued with me and advised that Erik , the Dedicated broker, underbid and did not know what he was doing. The mover left my home in disarray and was not able to pack all my belongings. I have not heard from my representative since things got bad.

This company will SELL you to other moving company... Other company will sell you to another ... each of them will charge you more money (cash only) on the top.. and you must pay to get your staff back. Wich I filally did , after over paying $730 on the top of original estimate, contract. As soon Ryan got my initial deposit of $500 , he stopped answering my calls, and nightmare started... Please Avoid Headache ! see pic of one of the companies they sold me to, they just taped it on their Van.

We cannot get our possessions back from these guys. They sub-contracted our move to another company,without our knowledge. We paid them nearly $2000.00 in both fees and tips,before we had to cancel our move due to California wildfires.(we were moving there from N.Y.). Also they nearly doubled the fee from $5580.00 to $9438.24.They have not responded to our e-mails or texts in several days. If I could them a 0 rating, I would. Andrew Reiner

It is very sad to us as a reputable company operating over 29 years to see that clients can just post anything they want online.
This review is completel false and doesnt even clsoely reflect the actual situation, which I will outline.
The client, Mr Reiner, was picked up on 8/22. That is 2 days before this was written. To move from NY to NAPA California. The 22nd was a SATURDAY. We were contacted MONDAY MORNING 9am by the client that he wants us to immediately bring his items back due to the house in Napa burning down due to the California fires. We explained to the client SEVERAL times that the items are in our warehouse in New York and will be delivered within the next week. It is the last week of peak season, we are completely committed with our trucks doing pickups we did not have a full empty truck to send out for a delivery with last minute notice.
To say that you "cant get your possessions back" is not only MISLEADING, its also dishonest.

You paid tips of $300 to the 3 men who picked up along with the note of "what an absolutely phenominal job they did, which is why you said you tipped them $100 each"...

Just because you had an emergency that created you to cancel the move after we picked you up, doesnt mean we did anything wrong here.

Also, the price we quoted you was based on the list of items Mr Reiner gave to the representative at time of booking. It totalled 139 items. Your actual job had over 400 items moved. Please stay off the internet if you arent going to be sharing the whole story with clients. It isnt ethical or moral to try and make a reputable, family owned company seem like a scam just because you had a last minute change and we can not do the delivery as fast as you want.

Absolutely awful. Mike L lied about everything. Said he wasn’t a broker, said he had his own truck when it was a uhaul rental, said my stuff would be there Wednesday didn’t arrive until the Monday after and I was charged $2000 extra. Worst moving company ever.

We had to contact the police in NY and New Jersey, to force them to return our possessions. Ryan G previously hung up on me, when I refused to remove my negative review of his "company". We had to pay ANOTHER $3000 to get our possessions back. He never returned the $1675 "fee" that he owed us, after the move was cancelled [wildfires].

They broke many items, asked us to count boxes being put on truck, two of use but boxes going out three doorways. Told them what was to be put in trash and what to keep like 2-6quart mixers,one was dead well never got either one, and many collectibles in boxes in garage, just disappear. Horrible company and exsperies. 😪.
