Dedicated Van Lines strives to provide excellent customer service while helping individuals, couples, and families take care of all of the necessary arrangements before, during, and after making their move. In addition to moving your household goods and personal belongings, Dedicated Van Lines also can help relocate your motorcycle, jet skis, boat, or other large items with professional precision.

Local Moving Services

Local moving services with Dedicated Van Lines includes any moving services within the same state. For local moves, Dedicated Van Lines does provide a minimun service time of 6 hours (half day). This includes a minimum of 5 hours of labor and 1 hour of travel time. In order to maintain customer satisfaction, all quotes for local moving services overestimated by relocation coordinators to avoid suprise charges. This quote acts as a cap for the charge of the moving service.

A unique offering provided by Dedicated Van Lines is the flat rate local full pack pricing. This service includes all packing materials and crating materials such as: boxes, bubble wrap, stretch wrap, tv bosex, mirror boxes, picture boxes, wardrobe boxes, lamp boxes, and brace bars. Flat rate pricing is $100 per hour.

Commercial Moving

Dedicated Van Lines has comprehensive business moving services ranging from internal office transfers to the relocation of hundreds of employees and office furniture and equipment across town. Dedicated Van Lines will pack your things into boxes, protect your fragile household goods and belongings, load the moving truck, relocate your things, unload your belongings, and help with the unpacking process if needed.

Storage Services

In order to provide storage options to every type of customer, Dedicated Van Lines offers cost-effective and climate-controlled monthly storage for personal and commercial valuables. To sweeten the deal, there are no limits to the storage options. All items are stored in wooden vaults protected by an anti-theft security alarm system with private access only available to company personnel. Storage service fees are paid monthly and can be simply cancelled to stop future charges.

Couldn’t give this lying thief Ryan G a zero. You book a move, “deposit” is HIS commission. Guys working for RM Movers show up in a U-Haul demanding non recoverable funds to start. Contract for climate control storage-We put GPS trackers in the furniture caught them stashing our belongings in a tin warehouse. After rescuing stuff we are opening box after box of broken China.

THE best customer experience I have ever had. Ryan G and Allan ext 703 were unbelievably great! I was trying to move my disabled daughter from Phoenix to Kansas City and had situational changes on my end along the way. Needless to say I was quite worried about the logistics with me not being able to be hands on and my initial experience with Allan explaining the whole process Dedicated would do, the care they would take to make it easier on me and my daughter packing anything needed and getting her things out of AZ to here in KS. He made me feel so at ease about all the details and how they would be flexible working with me at every turn. I did have changes and adjustments on my end and ultimately ended up working the mostly with Ryan G. Both Alan and Ryan were so empathetic and kind working with me at every turn. It took so much off my shoulders having Ryan handling all that he did. Ryan’s follow up, complete concern that every detail was taken care of, and taking the reins so I didn’t have to worry was invaluable to me. I have no doubt whatsoever that these guys really care about their customers. This was not fake, I’m just doing my job-care. At every turn, talking to Allan and Ryan, I felt like I was talking to family! That’s how they made me feel. I knew that they genuinely cared and had confidence that they had a team behind them that would deliver. Due to changes with my daughter I set up a move, needed to cancel, and then had it set up again giving a large deposit, then situations completely changed again, ultimately needing to cancel needing deposit back. With all that going on, on my end-my daughter was all over the place with adjustments and they worked with me at every turn reassuring me the care for my daughter’s situation was what was important. I would highly recommend this company. I have to mention that I have never had such a perfect customer experience anywhere in my life-and I am 64! 10 STAR!!!

I applied for a job and got called unexpectedly to begin immediately however, I lived in another county in Florida. Therefore I needed to find a fast, reliable and dependable moving company to serve all my needs especially TIME. After doing some research I came across this company. I realized they provided packing as a service which was one of requirements because I was pressed for time. I was able to get an online quote for the ‘Flat Rate Local Full Pack’ and it matched what I actually paid, no hidden or surprise fees. The workers carefully boxed and wrapped my belongings and was very pleasant, patient, helpful (more than required) and also professional. My possessions arrived unaffected, undamaged and within the time I needed. This company is highly effective and reputable and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality services and affordable pricing.

Dedicated Van Lines turned out to be a great choice for my family. We literally spent 3 weeks doing research for our move from Virginia to LA. The number 1 reason we picked Dedicated Van Lines is because of their reviews and the fact that they could provide us with all of the services we needed. This was for a 4 bedroom home, 2 cars and a motorcycle. Since this was a fairly large move I wanted to make sure we picked someone good that was not going to rip us off or damage our goods. With that said we're reasonable people and understand that damage can occur when moving. We received our things about 3 weeks later and everything was in the condition we left it which is something we were really worried about. They place our stuff where it needed to go and we ended up with no damaged items. I've never worked with a moving company before, but I would use Dedicated Van Lines again if I had to move. I wanted to tale my time to leave this review because most people only leave negative feedback. I give them 5 stars over and over.

I am very surprised with using this moving service as it was my first time using any moving service at all. I had many questions like "How does this service work?", "How much do you guys charge?" and in my case "When would they be available to come?" They answered each question in detail and asked me extra questions I didn't even think about, one of them being "Is everything packed or would you like us to help you?" I actually did need the help since most of the boxes were car parts and I had a deadline to meet that day. When they arrived, the movers were friendly and outgoing which was cool to see because when the employees enjoy their job then you know the service will reflect that. That's exactly what I got from this service. When they were done we said our goodbyes and they were on their way. I will always recommend this service to my friends and family for as long as I live.

I defiantly would recommend using Dedicated Van Lines for any moving services. I have moved a crossed the country now for about 10 years going from state to state and hiring different moving company's from small to large, and i have to say that this is hands down one of the BEST company's i have worked with. They have the most reasonable pricing that could work for almost anymore, and the movers were the most respectful people that have ever helped me. Moving can be more than a week long task once you realize how much of items you possess in your home. I had to move urgently from New York to Miami, due to my husband's recent job promotion. We only had a week to make our new move, and of course with him leaving the his current office meant more time at work, so he left me the task of packing and moving our items within our home. Dedicated Van Lines helped move a small number of boxes and furniture to my new apartment for me. They were SO helpful, professional and easy to work with. First off, I called them pretty last minute to schedule my move and they were very accommodating and didn't give me any grief over it. They also didn't turn me down or give me hassle for how small the move was, which several other companies had in the past. On the day of, they showed up early and I literally didn't have to pick up a thing myself. Every time I've worked with other movers I've ended up doing some of the work, but these guys were so friendly and pleasant. They treated everyone in my building with respect and helped unpack everything quickly, but still carefully. This is hands down the best moving company I've personally ever hired. I would recommend them in a heartbeat

We are giving this company all the stars! We have never used movers before, always had family help. Not this time, all were busy until later in the evening or out of town. We just needed help moving the big stuff, Dedicated Van Lines came to our rescue! 1 and 2 were our movers. They called about 2 hours before letting us know what time they will be at our place. They arrived exactly on time! They worked their bottoms off and had it all loaded and unloaded in 3.5 hours (they even disassembled and reassembled everything) and for a reasonable price! Thank you! Make sure you tip them they are worth it!! Im already referring them to two of our friends who are moving in the next few months.

Had to make a big move from NY to Florida for a new job. My biggest fear when moving this long of a distance is all my prized positions won't make it to my new home. I have heard horror stories from friends that move and expensive personal items are just gone. This, of course, is my biggest fear as I have items from my grandmother that I cannot transport myself so I have to find a reliable moving company that won't steal my treasured items. Luckily I found Dedicated Van Lines they were extremely professional. They went out of the way to make sure my items were protected and delivered to my new home. I was still a little hesitant though, because I had never heard of them before. But, Based on those reviews I decided to hire them. They did a better job than I was expecting. They really exceeded my expectations. Usually you can't trust everyone on the internet, but this company you can. The price was a little high, but they amount of work they did was worth the price.

I was worried because all these are fragile and I want it to be delivered without any damage or breakage. I have never used a moving company before because I always try to save money by doing it myself with a Uhaul. I couldn't get any help as my usual go-to friends were all busy and I needed to move fast. Dedicated van lines did a great job. These guys provided a really good service and I really appreciate them. You don't get that a lot of that nowadays. Their prices were pretty good. I would definitely use them again for sure.

Am from Virginia and I bought a house in West Virginia and needed a moving company. Dedicated Van Lines was referred to me by my real estate agent and my rep from there was excellent. The office was in contact and the kept up with what was coming and ensured things were going well. The delivery was on time and there were no damages. I would definitely recommend Dedicated Van Lines.

was refreshing to find Dedicated when my boyfriend made his recent move from South Florida to his new home in Ocala Fl. We had talked with other movers but were duscouraged as they did not provide a full, detailed quote. Too many add ons and exclusions! Working with Dedicated was great...we had a detailed quote and they honored it! Prompt...kind ...polite...and careful...what a great moving team! We had a full service door to door move! We are so pleased. Great service people who are just a phone call away...great movers...fair price! I would reccomend them to everyone!

I really have to take my hat off to these gentlemen. Not only were they professional and courteous to me and my family. They had the whole house cleared in just a few hours!? one of them even had treats for our two dogs to keep them out of the way! Ryan answered all my questions very promptly through email and phone. I was so happy with how coordinated and organized they made the process. I feel like as soon as i picked up the phone, everything was taken care of. Received quote from Jason on inventory over the phone. I reduced inventory 33 boxes and got a quote from Eric that was $700.00 more. When the movers arrived I realized that Dedicated had brokered the move to Princz moving. My contract stated pack one day deliver the next day. Before any merchandise was packed I got a phone call from Princz stating they needed another $750.00 before proceding. $250.00 for 2 mattress pads, I went to Walmart purchased 2 for $15.00. $500.00 over night storage. Told them had a contract next day delivery, they said would not deliver till paid $500.00. I told them fine you want to deliver same day I will meet you at the new location that night which was a 6 hour drive. I got a call about 8PM stating be there next day no charge. I have damage to my old residence, I am told they are not responsible for any damage.

Horrible experience ! DONOT USE THIS MOVERS !! If there was an option to give ZERO stars, I would have done that. Warning : If during the move, any of your items is lost, you WILL NOT get compensation for that ! I had booked a move with Dedicated Van Lines for the end of July 2023. On the day of move, they sent a third party movers called "R&M transportation for the move". In the transit, they lost my 300$+ bike. When R&M transportation delivered by stuff, they mentioned that it would have been misplaced the bike during the transit and they would try to relocate it as soon as they can and if they are not able to do that in a week, contact the movers and if needed please file a claim for it ! So I did exactly what was asked for ! However after submitting the claim, R&M claimed that there was no missing bike and asked me to contact Dedicated Van lines for the missing item which I did. It has been since 6 months since the move, I have been emailing then every 2 weeks for any update on the compensation , but they hardly reply ! The last response from Ryan G from Dedicated Van lines on 27th November 2023 was "R&M transportation has been unresponsive. Will do our best to continue to reach them. I have attached the screenshot of the email communications Before the move, dedicated van lines will be constantly in touch with regarding the move, their customer service agents would be excellent. But once the move has been completed, they will not respond to any of your queries ! Also "R&M transportation" are not professional movers. On the day of the move, just 2 people initially showed up for the move and then they contacted 3 random local helpers in the area. All three of them were not professional at all ! During the move, one of those helpers stepped on my 65 inch OLED TV while packing the TV ! I was in total shock how can someone do that. Thankfully though when the move was completed, the TV wasn't damaged ! I was fine with a third party movers being involved in the move ! However if an item is lost in the transit, neither the 3rd party nor Dedicated Van lines take responsibility for the move!! DONOT BOOK THIS MOVERS !

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This coming fraudulently represents itself as a long-distance moving company when they are a moving brokerage firm. They own/operate 0 moving trucks. They brokered my move out to a company called Witty Mover and Delivery and it was the move from hell. The review I posted for Witty Mover and Delivery is pasted below. This was truly a horrific experience. This company should be shut down. My move was brokered out to this company from Dedicated Van Lines, a company that misrepresents itself as long-distance movers. Relocating from Pennsylvania to New Mexico with this company was hands down the most egregious moving experience of my life. I do not know how to capture the level of dysfunction and fraudulent business practices fully but I shall try. They are the worst: 1. they doubled the cost of my move, 2. they destroyed and/or didn't bring ~$6k worth of my belongings, 3. my boxes were riddled with rodent feces, 4. they were ~2 weeks late, 5. when I called to get an updated delivery estimate their phone numbers were coming back disconnected and I thought all of my property was stolen for 24-48 hours, 6. it took 6 months for them to finally respond to my property damage claims which only happened after I began consulting plaintiff attorneys and threatened them with litigation, 7. the settlement they offered covered ~0.05% of the value of the property they damaged, destroyed, and didn't deliver. Basically, you are better off using anyone but this company. Additionally, under no circumstances book a move through Dedicated Van Lines, they are equally as fraudulent as Witty Movers and Delivery.

move from NY to Kentucky First of all I believe they are a broker they did not have any trucks with their name on them a company named Trans World van lines did the move. I provided an extensive list to the dedicated van lines agent which encompassed every item along with dimensions. He chose not to use it and used his moving program assuring us it would fit on the 28 foot truck. It did not, there were 300 cubic feet that would not fit had he used the detailed list provided this most likely wouldn’t have happened. I had to pay for another truck because of his miscalculation even though we went off his list it didn’t fit. I was also promised the entire load would be delivered in 2 days on one truck it was not. 8 days later we received the rest of it; one of the major reasons I hired them was to have a dedicated truck with all our things there in 2 days-didn’t happen. So the 9200 move cost me 10690. They did not estimate properly charged me more than my quote and did not deliver on time. It was very stressful I would not use them again and I do not recommend them

Mr Ortman, I was very saddened after our many conversations the MULTIPLE days during your pickups and your full professional packing services we provdied. Here are some key points I want to clerify on your review You received a 3800 cubic foot Full professional packing move with 2 full trucks (one sent direct second shortly after) for only $1600 more then our quote which was for 2116 cubic feet.Meaning you paid $1500 for 1700 Cubic feet full pack and load (1700 cubic feet is the same size as a full Penske truck to give you a visual).
Instead of saying we are a bad company because of the second truck costing you extra, why not look at the fact that we only charged our expenses for it, NOT the volume like you claim. We provided same truck direct delivery on the first 2200 cubic feet as promised and STILL accommodated your extra truck, speedy delivery and full professional packing for only $1700 more.
Also, the only damage to the 2 full trucks that has been claimed by you is the knob on a dryer was broken. We moved over 300 items for you and only had a claim on one, yet we failed to mention that. I hope through now reading my response you can see that we are a good company, we do our best to handle the last minute issues with our client in mind. We had every right as a mover to charge you for the extra cubic feet at the same rate you were charged (as the contract you signed said) but we didnt. If so, your extra truck would have costed $8200, not $1700.
Dedicated Van Lines agents complete all of our work. It is our company who handles the move with you, the client from start (you booked with Ryan) to finish, (Ryan was the one who had the discount applied). Please refrain from misinformation due to it potentially confusing future clients.
