Talk about superb service for moving. Budget Van lines offered the most service for the least cost. And punctual too! The move cost less and our beloved belongings were safe in transport. Committed customer service and plenty of support along the way. It was a great decision to use Budget Van Lines.

Called Budget Vanlines to more from State to another! I was quoted a price and date when my furniture would be picked up and delivered, I called the next day to say I would like to use them. So I gave them my credit card to reserve a truck $753.00. Then told that when they pick up my furniture I would need 1/2 of the rest of the cost then the other half when the dropped off! No big deal right! Wrong! I was called two days before the move told when and who the company was picking up my furniture! Then I was told it was a weight based move! I said what do you mean weight based move? I was told I was quoted for 4,000 pounds, the truck would be weighed before they pick up my furniture and then weighted again so anything over 4,000 pounds would it cost more! Then I was told there was a 10 business day window for drop off so starting on the day I was told it would drop off they had 10 business to deliver my furniture! So needless to say i was pissed! It gets better! The day the movers came they told my husband that maybe if he offered more they could get our furniture to us quicker! So my husband said i’ll Pay an extra $400 if you get my furniture there by the 20th. The original day quoted was the 18th. Then they call to tell us our furniture weighed 10,000 pounds and it now cost us over double then originally quoted! Then I got a call on the 18th that we could get our furniture on the 27th or for an extra $400 we could get it on the 20th! Imagine that! So we paid over double and an extra $400 on top so we could get our furnishings! Complete rip-off! DON’T USE THEM! One pissed off consumer here!
