I was impressed that they sent out a rep to take a look at everything first, then they stayed in contact with me a couple of times before the move just to check in. I had to change dates, and the customer service rep made it happen with no issues and no extra costs. I received a text the day before. The moving team were so professional, friendly, and hardworking. They took care with all of my furniture and fragile items, were efficient, and coordinated with each other like a well-oiled machine. I would definitely use them again!

The teams at pickup and delivery location worked hard and finished in a timely manner. Items were packed and unloaded conveniently so that unpacking the boxes took minimal time for me. The team brought my baby grand piano to the second floor very carefully, it arrived in perfect shape. Unlike previous moves, nothing was broken or misplaced. The pricing was fair and the process- transparent. There was no gauging by taking extra time, taking long breaks or haggling. I would highly recommend them!

BCM provided excellent service. There was a small mishap when the moving truck broke down en route to my apartment, but Carlos was able to immediately call a second crew that came in on their day off to help pack my things until the second truck arrived. Because of BCM’s accommodation and communication, everything still ran on time. The movers were speedy and communicative as well. Pricing was good; be sure to ask about any current promotions! I highly recommend this company for big and small moves.

I have so many positive things to say: The crew was running late due to traffic, they kept us notified every 15 minutes as far as their new arrival time. When they arrived they quickly got to work. They were so efficient, focused, strong, aware and friendly. When we got to our destination they again kept us notified of their arrival time. When they unpacked the truck they once again worked beyond our expectations. They were so quick and careful with each item. We felt the final cost was much lower than expected. The company is VERY fair and trustworthy. There is not once thing we were disappointed with, except ourselves, by not giving them a better tip.

Courteous, friendly, and above all professional. High attention to detail and care in estimating, providing suggestions for me to reduce costs, and care with our belongings. We had a pack and move that we underestimated (because I had expected to pack and move a couple of rooms in advance of the movers but I was unable) and the company coordinated quickly to help assemble a team to return for another two days and help me complete my move. It was a very stressful time that was made better by the compassion, attention, and professionalism of every team member, especially the leader. It was a pricier move than would have been with some competitors but worth every penny and I don’t have a single regret (besides me not being ready for the move). I was in a lurch from my own insufficient preparation and Best California Movers came through and rescued me with a plan that worked and met my move out date required!

Easily the best moving experience I have ever had. With all their amazing reviews I had very high expectations. Not only did they meet my expectations they exceeded them. I figured this move would take from 6 - 8 hours. They were done in 5 1/2. All of my belongings were carefully wrapped transported and unwrapped with great care. From the moment I connected with Jennifer at Best California Movers, set up my appointments and moving dates; to the actual move (it was a storage unit my team was using for a major event - there were 2 trips involved - one to load out the unit, deliver the items to the venue and then return everything after the event ended) - the client service and care I received exceeded my expectations. The team was super friendly - everyone I spoke to on the phone and in person was so kind, patient and went out of their way to be helpful. They also made many cost-saving recommendations. Every item during the move was handled with extreme care. I highly recommend Best California Movers - for jobs large, small and in between. Even after our event was long over, they followed up to make sure we were satisfied with the service we received! It was more complicated than we originally thought but everyone I worked with at Best California Movers just took things in stride.

Best California Movers is our favorite company in Los Angeles and the surrounding areas. Buckle up, this is quite a story. The people we bought our house from highly recommended Best California Movers. We wanted to get 3 bids. After calling and emailing multiple companies, we got really frustrated because no one got back to us. Another company said that they would do everything virtually which bothered us because it made no sense to us. We wanted a real person to come and estimate what our move would cost. Another company just gave us an estimate by what we guessed we had, and it seemed super expensive. Finally we called Best California Movers. A real person who was polite and helpful, set us up with another real person, Richard, who came to estimate what the move would cost. The price was very fair and significantly less than what the astronomically priced company was going to charge. Their bid came way under some other random estimates we got which were also virtual. Richard was wonderful. He was quick, efficient, funny (always a plus in the stress of a move) and he said the movers could work with our sometimes difficult requests. Here we go. I was really sick at that time. Most of my days were spent in bed because I was not able to move much. Also, I had to sleep a lot, like most of the day. So now we get to move day. I was so stressed out, I slept in bed, in the middle of the house, all day. Alex and his team of movers ended up packing me out while I was asleep and they were so quiet that I never woke up. Who does that? My partner said that one of the guys was actually wrapping up my bedside table, next to my head, and I didn't seem disturbed. Once again, what mover does that? Anyway, they safely got our stuff from Los Angeles to Lancaster. One other major thing, it was hot. Super hot! The final part of the move was in the triple digits. They never complained. Neither my partner nor I could believe how fast and efficiently they worked, despite the extreme heat. If I could give Best California Movers more than 5 stars, I would. They are a fantastic moving company. My partner and I highly recommend them and hope that you choose them for a fair price and actual human interaction. Best California Movers is actually the BEST in our opinion.

I looked into 3 different moving companies and found Best California Movers to be the best price and the best process to determine our needs. They brought an extra truck just in case we couldn’t fit everything in one truck and we ended up using it. They packed everything carefully. Nothing was damaged. Crew of 4 guys were great to work with. They worked hard and it was a long 12 hour day. I plan on using them again when we downsize for retirement.

I've used Best California Movers twice now and they were very professional, timely, efficient and everything arrived in perfect condition. I even had them move a very large and delicate flat panel TV. I got the moving insurance just in case but it wasn't necessary as they delivered it with care. They photographed the set powered up and working prior to moving and then once again after all the packing materials were removed to ensure operation. There were no careless nicks or trade damage on any walls and floors. I recommend them highly and will use them again for sure!

These were the best movers I've ever worked with in my life. We moved from LA to SD and it was less than $1k. They wrapped everything up super secure and finished everything in 3 hours including the 2 hr drive. 30 minutes to pqck and 30 minutes to unpack is unheard of but they did it.
