The local office in Medford Oregon is great! It’s a shame that they can’t help clients with customer service problems. The corporate customer service is very poor. The escrow account system is worse. The Recast process was a nightmare. I have a great suggestion; allow the local folks who have earned the confidence of customers to have authority and ability to provide customer service as well after the papers are signed.

This lender (Coeur D'Alene, ID) failed to discover our buyer had outstanding student debt, leading to a last minute delay of TWO weeks while our U Haul was packed and ready, leading to not only a very bad Christmas with an empty house, but expensive & unneccesary truck fees. What are they thinking to not check, of course many buyers will fail to disclose things.
