They used to be a great company. I started getting hacked often in my PayPal even after many password changes. I started to feel unsafe using it. Customer service seems unreliable.

I only ever had issues with paypal. The first time I used it, it wouldn't allow me to use any of my cards to make a payment. I tried calling customer service and they weren't sure what the issue was either. Venmo is much better

I have mixed feelings about paypal. The service worked, but I have had issues of scamming through the app. Since signing up I always get emails from scammers about paypal. This may or may not be related but it has definitely worsened my ivew of the company as a whole and I no longer use the service.

I am a frequent ebay user and use Paypal all the time. Their service is really good and easy to use, but there fees really add up if you use it a lot. I think they take 3% of all transactions so yes it adds up!
