Venmo is very simple and easy to use. It removes the necessity for checks to be split or for everyone to carry cash. It's almost universally used among my friends and peers.

I love how easy it is to verify who you are paying just to be safe. I don't love how they take a cut if you want to transfer it into your bank but I understand.

I use Venmo to pay for services from my hair stylist and to send money to my kids. It is convenient to send money but it is a hassle to have to wait for funds to be transferred back to my bank. I use it minimally and is not my main way to pay for things.

I don’t know why everyone loves Venmo so much. It is relatively easy to send money, but it seemed complicated to set it up with my bank. I also don’t like that it publicly shares your activity as its default-you have to turn it off each time.

Venmo has been my go-to for paying friends. But lately they have been asking for information like my address and my social security last 4 digits-- and I don't like that! I still can seem to use it without giving that information, but sometimes it restricts me. I wish they would take away asking for that information!

It seems like everyone is using Venmo now. It is convenient for paying back a friend after a night out, or for getting payment for things like group gifts. I just wish there weren’t all the social tracking of who paid who for what. That part is not necessary.

A fairly simple way to exchange money! Takes a bit of time to get set up (linking your bank account) but once it is you are ready to go! I'm glad people can post pictures so that you know you are paying the correct person!

This company does not realize they are dealing with people's money. They are full of miscommunication. do not use this unless you want to deal with either three hours of customer service conversations or just letting your money go down the drain. Use paypal instead, it's trusted.

Venmo doesn't work with republic wireless cell phones. I would honestly love to have a venmo account, and have tried multiple times to make one, but it just refuses to work. I think it's because of the republic wireless phones because my mother also has one and it doesn't work with her phone either. We're the only people I've ever seen have this problem. It's very frustrating.
