It provides an ease of payment without putting your credit card numbers all over the internet to people you don’t know. Customer service can be hard to resolve issues with at times but they do try to follow up if you do not receive the goods you’ve paid for.

I love using PayPal online. It makes it so much easier for me to trust that my credit card information isn't going to get stolen by some random person who will spend it on heaven knows what. I instantly trust a site that much more when I see that they use PayPal. I have never had any issues with it, and doubt that I ever will.

The times when I had to call them I received bad customer service and wasted my time trying to get my money back from an unreputable vendor who never delivered a product I bought. The only positive I can highlight is that they haven’t ruined Venmo who they bought just yet.

I'm not sure I understand PayPal very well. Their login is confusing and I feel that I get so many emails from them that seem like they have been hacked or they are trying to get information they don't need. I never respond and don't use their service anymore.

I have had a lot of good experiences with PayPal. However , my sister had had nothing but trouble. A few months ago she was scammed and has had to go back and forth with them for the last 5 months. They have made her feel like she was lying when she has substantial proof that the package she was supposed to receive was never delivered. Letters from her bank, the post office, and any other documentation they have requested. But they still have not resolved the issue. It has been a long and drawn out process and I have not been impressed with their service.

I only ever had issues with paypal. The first time I used it, it wouldn't allow me to use any of my cards to make a payment. I tried calling customer service and they weren't sure what the issue was either. Venmo is much better

I have mixed feelings about paypal. The service worked, but I have had issues of scamming through the app. Since signing up I always get emails from scammers about paypal. This may or may not be related but it has definitely worsened my ivew of the company as a whole and I no longer use the service.
